Excellent location and in-house onsen

Rooms are small (even in Japanese standard). Nice thing about it was its onsen with natural hot spring water. I try to book Dormy Inn when I travel to Japan as it offer onsen experience without going to onsen towns. Also, one nice touch is its late night ramen .

Dormy Inn has always been our preferred choice whenever travelling to Japan, but this branch is somewhat tired and breakfast selection is not as great as other branches that we had stayed before (no sashimi dishes at all). There is another branch very nearby and seems to have better quality but price is much higher, although this branch that we were staying carried the word ‘premium’ in its name.

While we do like the other dormy inn hotels or kyoritsu resorts in other cities, there are many other hotels starting to replicate the similar concept at much lower price now. May have to rethink our strategy next time when we come to Jap again.

What a gem of a location with natural Onsen!

In the heart of Canal City and centrally located from Hakata Station and Tenjin as both location can be had in about 15mins walk. Not to mention the subway line is directly infront the hotel and the bus stop is 3 mins walk away. The highlight of the hotel I must admit was the natural Onsen. It truly was instrumental in recovering from the jet lag as well as nursing the daily sore and ache feet. Also, their breakfast buffet (wasn’t included) was an absolute delight, as every bite and morsels were equivalent to a gourmet restaurant. We’ll definitely come back and stay here whenever we’re in Fukuoka!

Great overall experience

Not sure what is \"premium\" about this Dormy Inn. I've stayed at many Dormy's around Japan and love them but found the breakfast at this to be sub-par. The spa and room were standard Dormy Inn - small rooms but great Onsen.

Expedia showed the property has free parking but upon arrival I had to pay to park, the parking fee was 1800 yen.
I am not sure if this was a result from mistake of Expedia (incorrect advertised) or from the hotel itself (provided false info to Expedia).

I have been a customer of Expedia for nearly 15 years, though I never bother to create an account but you have been my Go-To always. This is one of the few cases that made me really upset, not because of the parking fee but because of your misinformation which put me in an embarassing situation where I had to waste time to explain to the hotel staff, not to mention this was my wedding anniversary trip.

I strongly suggest you to get the fact straight, reinforce with proper auditing process, before publishing the hotel information on your business.

As always - a very pleasant stay! For a change, the in-house onsen is not on the rooftop but on the second floor. The Hotel is right next to Canal City Shopping Mall and only 10-15 minutes on foot from either Hakata Train/Subway Station or Gion Subway Station. There are before 12 noons free shuttle buses between the Hotel and Hakata Station. My only complaint was that the Wifi in my room is terrible - but it is very strong in the corridor - I have to resort to loiter in the corridor just to ensure I get Wifi!

Stay was amazing! Hotel is in a great location. Right outside of Canal City. JR Hataka station less than a 10 min walk. Lots of shopping and restaurants just outside of the hotel. We picked this hotel because it has an Onsen. Perfect to go for a dip after a long day of sight seeing. Would definitely stay again :)

Reliable dormy inn near shopping and dining spots.

This dormy inn was located right near the huge canal city shopping and eating complex. That meant it also wasn’t far from the yatai food stalls and holiday market on Nakasu. It was less than ten minutes’ walk to JR Hakata Station. The hotel has a free morning shuttle to the station. Breakfast was different from other dormy inns. More international items; many regular Japanese items were missing. Things were tasty, just unexpected. The breakfast area is too small; lineups form during peak times. Yet there is a TV function to monitor whether the food area and onsen bath are crowded! It told us not to worry, and it was correct. The onsen is on the smaller side for dormy inn, but there was plenty of room for soaking and washing. There was the usual small outdoor area, and it was very refreshing. I liked staying here, and I would consider it next time I’m in Fukuoka.

The hot spring onsen is awesome. Has both hot and cold baths. Lots of stickers about tattoos not being allowed, but they have some skin colored patches at front desk they can give to guests to cover them up.
The rooms are adequate and include what you expect. Microwave is in lobby.
The nightly noodles and beer was a nice touch. Small portion but perfect just before bed.
Location is perfect for shipping and restaurants. Little bit far for walking to Sumo, but not bad, at all.
Has a free shuttle back to Hakata Station.

WOW! This hotel offeres everything that a tourist is looking for.... Great location (next to a huge shopping mall and other tourist attractions). Plus, it was a only 8-minute walk from the Hakata Train Station. The hot spring is increditable! The room was spacious and clean. I will highly recommend this place to all of my friends!

遅めのチェックインにも関わらず，夜鳴きそばのサービスがあり嬉しくありがたくいただきました。
部屋は清掃が行き届き、お風呂も綺麗で過ごしやすかった。
朝食は文句なしの大満足です。

キャナル劇場でミュージカルを観る為に宿泊しました。キャナルまで徒歩3分、ホテルの前でタクシーも停められるし、アクセス良くとても便利でした。大浴場も気持ちよく、予約が取れる時はいつもドーミーインに宿泊してます。入浴後のアイスのサービスに母も喜んでいました。朝ゆっくり寝たかったので朝食無しのプランにしましたが、キャナルに近いのでブランチにも困りません。

旅行先にドーミーインがあれば、ほとんど利用しています。
朝飯が充実していて、入浴後のサービス、洗濯機無料など魅力的です。
ただ今回のドーミーインプレミアム博多は部屋内が高湿度なのか？2日間洗濯物を干していても完全に乾きませんでした。

友達からドーミインは朝食がめちゃくちゃ美味しい!と聞いたので、今回選ばせていただきました。確かに、夜泣きラーメンも美味しかったし、朝食もめちゃくちゃ美味しかったです。博多で食べたかったものがいただけました。
お風呂が泊まっている人数に対して、狭く、洗い場とドライヤーの場所がなくて、困っている人が沢山いました。

ドーミーインプレミアムから探すようにしてます。今回もとても良かったです。お部屋ゆ機能が充実していて、スタッフの対応も素晴らしかったです。
部屋に加湿器が無いので、この時期は困りました。

도미인은 일본 어디를 여행가든 꼭 넣는 숙소중 한곳 입니다.
우선은 대욕장이 있어서 그날의 피로도 풀수 있어서 좋구요.
그것과 연결되어서 어디든 편하게 입고 호텔내를 다닐수있는 의복이 제공된다는점!
저녁에 살짝 출출함을 달래줄 라면이 제공된다는점도 좋았어요ㅎ
조식도 다른 호텔들과 비교를 해봐도 뒤지지않을만큼 잘 준비되어서 든든한 식사를 해서 좋았어요ㅎ
위치도 캐널시티 바로 뒤라서 가기 편하구요.
지하철, 버스 다 이동하기 편합니다.
단, 객실내에서 이불이나 커튼등어서 먼지가 좀나서 재채기하고 눈에 날리는게 보여서 쬐끔 아쉬웠다는점ㅎ
그거 말고는 좋습니다ㅎ

立地がとても良いです。

博多駅から徒歩10分、七隈線の櫛田神社前駅から徒歩1分、中洲まで徒歩圏内と、とても立地が良いです。また、温泉もナトリウム泉質でとても温まります。博多観光・出張にお勧めの宿です。

方便的酒店

酒店就在地鐵櫛田神社前站7號出口, 可惜是樓梯的出口, 要用電梯運行李就要用對面馬路的出口. 房間不算大, 但也可以開到大行李箱. 酒店早餐$2300日圓, 但食品選擇不算多. 有牛腸鍋算有博多特色. 溫泉浴場有室內和半室外. 都很不錯. 去天神式博多都只要乘地鐵一個站的距離. 算很方便. 運河城就在背後也方便購物.

온천과 조식, 위치 모두 좋은 호텔

온천물이 너무 좋아 마사지 받은 느낌입니다.
노천탕이 있어 더욱 좋았습니다.

온천후 제공되는 야식과 다양한 간식이 즐거움을 더해주네요.

조식은 일본가정식의 느낌이라 푸짐하고 종류도 다양하여 눈과 입이 모두 즐거웠고 맛도 한국인 입맛에 맞아 맛있게 먹었습니다.

룸의 청결상태도 좋고 구비되어 있는 종류도 좋았으나 트윈룸인데도 룸의 크기가 너무 작아서
캐리어조차 놓을 공간이 없는것이 아쉬웠습니다.

호텔에서 도보로 이동가능한곳이 많아서 위치가 좋아요

역시 가성비와 서비스로 승부하는 도미인 답습니다. 무료온천에 무료아이스크림 무료라면 무료 요그르트까지 쓸고 왔습니다 조식도 저렴하고 퀄리티가 좋습니다 지하철역도 바로앞이고 캐널시티도 근처여서 좋았습니다. 서비스도 훌륭하고요 여기보다 저렴한 호텔도 많겠지만 20만원대 호텔중엔 여기보다 가성비 좋은곳은 없을것 같습니다.

다만 퇴실전 옆방에 에어컨 공사를 해서 한두시간 시끄러웠네요. 그리고 온천수인건 좋은데 염분이 많이 포함된 온천수여서 멋도 모르고 얼굴 담궜다가 튀어 올라왔네요ㅋㅋ

ドーミーインお馴染みのお風呂上がりの無料アイスと夜鳴きそばおいしくいただきました。
