The AC is locked and the minimal amount that does flow is definitely not enough and hotter than the thermostat claims. Terrible non existent wifi. In this day and age, WiFi should be a given. But it doesn’t work at all at the hotel. Super hot suffocating rooms, no WiFi, also no phones in room to call front desk. Have to always go down in person to ask for anything from front desk.

Great place to stay! One on the largest, most comfortable and best rooms I have ever stayed in, located on the canal. Friendly, helpful staff. What’s not to like about a hotel that provides a room service high tea on check in! I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone.

This was our first hotel after our international flight. It was fairly late at night but they offered plenty of amenities, including a tea time service of desserts, which for us was amazing since everything around was closed by the time we checked in. We’re sad we only stayed one night here, but is on our list to stay longer next time!

This property was falsely advertised on Expedia as family friendly which is completely untrue. The staff are atrocious, they lie about everything. They are very shady in the way they operate the hotel, if it can be called that. Some of the staff who are foreigners are extremely rude and belligerent. They abuse families or vulnerable women if they patronize this business. I have already filed a complaint with both their corporate office and Expedia. It blatantly false advertising to call this family friendly. The pictures do not represent the facilities. The elevator closed while we tried to enter making it extremely unsafe to be operating it in that condition. We will not ever return even if it was offered for free and they paid for us to visit. That says a lot.

The room was spacious and the location was great. We received a complimentary afternoon tea. It was lovely. In the guise of eco-friendliness. The hotel did not make the beds nor vacuum. They did change the towels and throw out the garbage. We stayed for five nights. At least vacuum a bit during one of the nights. Nice views!

Below expectations

A medium hotel of about 50 rooms. Staff are friendly but not much they can do. No extra pillow and luggage rack when asked. There is no drawer to store anything. The hilarious thing is two nightstands with fake drawer covers. The room is spacious but empty space. The WiFi rarely works. I would not stay there again.

Great location within walking distance of train station, Tanjin station, shops and restaurants. Large room for Japanese standards and loved the balcony overlooking the river. Very clean, super comfy bed and fluffy white towels that were changed each day. The only negatives were in the space layout. There was a lack of hooks in the bathroom and sink area. There was only 1 hook and when you hung anything on it it covered up the light switch for the toilet.The craziest layout I have ever seen was in the bathroom area. There were 3 separate rooms for the small space that was bathroom, toilet and sink area. Each had a door and the doors opened into each other. You had to close each door in order to open one of the other doors as the doors when open blocked access to the other spaces.

Two things make this property stand out: the location with the view of the river and dessert tower (Villax Time). We had a room with a king bed and a small balcony overlooking the river. The room layout is a little crowded. There is a little L shaped sofa with a round table that is too big for the room which makes it hard to move around the bed to the desk. The TV is mounted to the wall and does not have a positional arm to adjust the TV to watch comfortably from bed. The balcony only has one chair. The carpet in the sleeping area was stained and looked old. It would be nice if the management added small coffee makers to the room rather than offering instant coffee packets in the lobby. However, there are more positives with this room than negatives. The location is great for walking around and close to many restaurants and attractions. The dessert tower is as beautiful as it is delicious. The staff speaks good English. The bathroom was nice with good water pressure in the bath and shower. There are adequate plugs to charge devices at the desk and bed sides including USB plugs. Overall nice hotel. There are still many COVID restrictions in town so eat dinner early many places were carry out only after 7:00 p.m. or stopped selling alcohol early.

For now, on check in, you also get a complimentary \"tea\" set which was both tasty and visually appealing.
The deep soaking tub is a full size tub, complimentary bath salts were a nice surprise, very large bathroom with separate toilet and adjoining freshening up/wash basin area (fancy for this style of hotel which seemed more like a business hotel). Large room with sofa and river view of nightlife. (Beware windows are not tinted and the diners enjoying their yakitori outdoors can see you clearly outlined).
Breakfast across the road at Il Palazzo very nice (buffet suspended due to COVID 19).

The room is spacious and have a good view facing the canal. The complimentary tea set was very nice, however only teabags were provided and we had to prepare hot water by ourselves.

There is no parking in the hotel but many parking spaces nearby. However we experienced heavy rainfall during our stay and it caused great inconvenience to us. It needs great attention when driving to the hotel as the road is narrow and full of pedestrians.

칫솔,클렌징폼 같은 자잘한것들은 1층에서 가져가면 되서 처음엔 불편했는데 오히려 필요한 만큼 가져갈 수 있어서 좋았고, 고층이 좋을 것 같았는데 2층 뷰도 나쁘지 않더라구요~! 제공되는 애프터눈 서비스는 인스타용 사진 찍기 좋아요! 조금 아쉬웠던것 창문 바깥쪽이 좀 더러워서 밤에 선명하게 안보이는게 아쉬웠어요~

ゴミです。もう二度と泊まりません。

布団にこんな汚れが付いているのが初めて見ました。驚きすぎる... 部屋には電話がなく、廊下にある電話で何度フロントにかけても繋がらなかったんです。仕方なくフロントまで行き、事情を説明すると、スタッフは信じられないようで、部屋まで確認しに来ました。スタッフは汚れの写真を撮り、また確認が必要と言って一度戻りました。数分後、カバーだけを交換してくれましたが、そのカバーにもまた汚れがありました。スタッフはもう一度交換はできますが、また汚れがついているかもしれませんと言っていたため、交換をやめました。

さらに、最初にもハプニングがあります。シャンプーが部屋にないことに気づき、フロントに説明すると、「シャンプーは部屋にあります」と強調されました。ボディソープとローションしか置いていなかったことを伝えると、シャンプーだけ渡されました。部屋に戻った後、リンスもないことに気づき、もう一回フロントへ行くと、また同じように「4本揃っているはず」と言われました。もう一度「2本しかない」と伝えて、やっとリンスがもらえました。

誕生日のお祝いで宿泊したが、最悪の経験でした。

おしゃれ、清潔、レイアウトが良い。夜中きら朝方迄は、場所的に仕方ないのですが、外の騒がしい音が気になった。
入り口から、何もかも、満足しました。
博多に来たら、また利用します。

도심에 위치해있어 아주 편리합니다.
덴진, 하카다 역 주변이고 택시로 5분이내 거리입니다.
저녁에는 나카스 포장마차거리 및 음식점이 다수 인접해있어 도보이동에 굉장히 용이합니다.

룸 컨디션은 최상이며, 일본출장이 잦지만 이가격에 이정도 시설, 룸넓이를 가진 숙소는 찾기 어렵습니다.

この場所でこの設備、広さ　大型のホテル設備が必要無ければ、ベストチョイスでした
1泊を3連泊に変更して滞在しました　
　但し朝食の部屋に届くセットはとても美味しいのですが　毎日は飽きます
welcome ティーセットは素晴らしいサプライズですが甘いものが苦手な方だと壮絶な戦いとなります　とはいえ次回も選びたいホテルです

숙소 좋아요~~

일본에서 묵었던 숙소 중 가장 넓고 깨끗했습니다.
직원들도 친절하고 위치도 왠만한 맛집 걸어다닐만한 정도에요.
다음에 후쿠오카가면 재방문 할 의사 있을 정도로 만족했습니다.

とても綺麗で心地良く過ごせました。中洲屋台から近く食事をしてすぐホテルに帰れることも魅力だと思います。アフタヌーンティーを頂きたかったのですが、満腹で頂けませんでした。また利用したいです。

アフタヌーンティーも良かったが、持ってきてもらいたい時間はいっぱいとの事で、少し困った。15時すぐにチェックインしたのに…。ホテルの予約時点で、スイーツの時間予約も出来たのかしら…？？

ピエールエルメのアフタヌーンティーを目当てに宿泊しました。お部屋のゆとりもあり快適に過ごすことが出来ました。目的のスイーツ・セイボリーともにとても美味しく大満足です。ドリップコーヒーがコーヒーカップの口径に適してなくてまともに淹れることが出来なかったので、カップを変えるか豆を変えるかした方がいいかなと感じました。
またリピートしたい素敵な時間を過ごせました！

またインターフォンや電話がないので受付に確認したいとこがあるとき、若干不便だった。

アフタヌーンティーのサービスもとても良かったです。
但し各部屋に電話が無くて、フロントに連絡するのにいちいちエレベーターの近くに設置してある電話まで行かなければならないことがちょっと面倒くさかったです。

スタッフさんの対応も良く、部屋も広く綺麗である。トイレ、洗い場、バスユニットが別なので、ゆっくりくつろげるのも良い。また、アフタヌーンティーには良い意味で驚かされた。是非再度利用したいホテルです。
