Staff was great and I like how the housekeeper would refill our towels daily. However the beds were extremely hard, pillows were too deflated an it was super nosy. I couldn’t sleep for three nights because of all the noise. I would not recommend this place if you want a hotel to sleep in. It is close to station and foods but nothing else is good about this place.

Room was ok. Not too spacious but I think that's common in Japan hotel rooms. Bathroom was really spacious, which is good. They did not provide the usual complimentary items such as lotion, cottons, cotton buds & washcloth, but they have a water refilling station and free coffee/tea by the lobby. Overall, the place was ok for a decent stay.

Great hotel. The bed has no sheets and the covers will leave you sweating in a few minutes no matter how cold the room is. I think the blanket they give you, could keep you alive in a freezer. Unfortunately I couldn’t get much sleep until I found another blanket. What is the point

텐진에 위치하고 있어 쇼핑을 하거나 외곽으로 나갈 수 있는 니시테츠전철, 버스를 이용하기 좋아 접근성이 우수합니다. 출국하기 전날 스마트폰을 택시에 놓고 내렸었는데, 그 다음날 프론트 직원의 도움으로 경찰서에서 무사히 찾아서 귀국할 수 있게 되었습니다. 친절하게 도와주신 직원분께 너무 감사합니다. 다음에도 이 호텔에서 숙박을 하고 싶습니다.

Room was on the smaller side but it was comfortable, the location was close to a subway station and big department stores, there was a place to exchange currency within a 10-minute walk, and the hotel staff members were very professional. Will stay there again, or near that property, if we should ever return to Fukuoka.

Friendly reception on arrival. Room of medium size - a superior double. Very clean and well laid out. Decent clothes hanging space for a short stay. Tea making facilities in room. Excellent multi function shower. TenjinMinami station very close but Kuko(airport line) at Tenjin more of a walk away. Bit of a problem with suitcases. Did not use the cafe for breakfast.
Location good for walking to the Central Park, shops & Tenjin nightlife.

Canal City was an easy walk.

Great location only 5 mins walk from the train station. Staff speaks good English. The private hot spring bath was excellent (after a long day walk). We stayed at GR 1 which is close to the main house and entrance, perhaps the owner can consider plant some trees around the window area in order to provide privacy. I personally enjoy the firm mattress but not my 11 years old boy. Highly recommend this hotel if you don’t want to spend crazy amount.

It's a matter of preference.
I have praises for the staff, the location of the hotel, the cleanliness, the cleaners leaving us replacement for our towels and toiletries when we placed the 'do not disturb' sign.
But the three things that would have been better were the bed - it was on the very firm side which caused us back and neck aches: the breakfast options which was white bread and other pastries. The breakfast would be otherwise good for others but since we were in Japan, their breakfast could have been friendlier on our tummies if it were buffet style with fruits, vegetables and rice. But this was easily remedied by eating breakfast elsewhere. There's this plca right acr the hotel that served great meals called 'Sukiya' - if your diet needs rice then that could be the place for you. Lastly was the noise outside, which if you are a light sleeper (like us), woke us up a number of times during the night.

Great location for eatery, for shoppers and convenient store. Its takes about 5 ~ 8 mins to Tenjin Minami / Tenjin station subway, underground, shopping malls. The room is clean n tidy. Washing n drying clothes machine available 300yen. I like the shower design :)

Conveniently located. 5 minutes walk to Tenjin station. Plenty of shopping malls and restaurants near by. Fairly priced.

Staff can be more helpful with their language skills. Hotel coffee shop serves good breakfast. Beware they might assign you to smoking area (I had a small child with me).

Overall good hotel but unfortunately it does not have car park available for customer, you could possible park nearby but the rate is not cheap either. Also the lobby is just beside main road hence loading and unloading if luggage is some how inconvenient.

Convenient hotel just 5 mins walk to tenjin shopping. Bathroom extremely new and modern you’d be surprised, plentiful amenities and comfortable shower. Hotel room and common area quite small but adequate in Japanese standard. Love the cleanliness of everything including blankets and pillows. also very reasonably priced, staff is cold but polite. Would stay here again just for the bathroom!

Great new option in central Fukuoka (Tenjin)

Brand new hotel so as expected things look very fresh and refined. Price very reasonable considering how conveniently located the place is. Getting to Tenjin Station is very easy and on a hot or rainy day it's nice to be able to get to the elevator down to Tenjin-minami and the chikagai underground walkway.

Only downside was the breakfast included. Very basic small portioned set meal. Several options to choose from, but personally I prefer a bigger portion and/or buffet style.

그런데 딱하나, 바깥 소음차단(바깥의 대로에서 나는 소방차/앰뷸런스 소리, 차소리 등)이 너무 안되서 밤새 잠을 잘 청하기가 어려웠네요.

ホテルの子供の年齢設定が17歳未満だったので予約する時16歳の子が子供料金？？

交通も便利でLAWSONが近く、コメダが併設されていた。
繁華街が近くにあったが、治安は良いと思いました。

위치가 최고에요!!

9살 아이와 함께 3명이 자기 딱 좋았어요~ 싱글침대 3개라서 서로 거의 간섭없이 잘 잤습니다. 욕실이 생각보다 컸고, 바닥도 미끄럽지 않았어요. 해가 잘들어오는 방이라서 암막 블라인드가 필수였고, 4일을 묵었는데 앞에 이틀은 밤새 앰뷸런스 소리가 계속 들려서 잠을 조금 설쳤어요. 이건 워낙 도로변에 위치해서 접근성이 좋은 반면에 생길 수밖에 없는 단점인거 같아요. 텐진미나미역에서 내려서 출구로 나와 2분정도면 숙소에 도착하니 많이 걸어다니는 여행에선 너무 좋았구요. 주변에 맥주한잔 마실 맛집과 커피맛집도 있어서 위치적으론 최고였습니다.
아참, 숙소가 아주 신식은 아니다보니 에어컨이 소음이 좀 있는편이라서 감안하셔야 해요. 시원하긴 했습니다. 그리고 물이 생수로 제공되지 않고 1층에 정수기 같은게 있어서 받아와야하는데 그 물 마신후로 남편이랑 저는 둘다 물갈이를 했어요. 예민한 분들은 물은 사드시길 추천드립니다.
