The location was great-right in the middle of Fukuoka between Hakata and Tenjin. We stayed on a Saturday and things quieted down by 10PM. The room had seen better days-the lock on the bathroom was broken and the areas around the beds looked a little beat up. The remote check in worked okay (make sure you do it before you arrive or the process takes a lot longer) but one guy got assigned the same room as us-we had the correct door code and he didn’t do he requested help from the staff while we settled in. We didn’t see him again, so assumed he got taken care of. Overall, the cost makes sense for the location but the room and setup itself could be improved.

404号室エアコンが故障していた、音だけがうるさく寝付けなかった。土足厳禁とあるが、入る前に解るように表記していてほしい、スリッパに履き替えたら気を付けないと滑って転びそうだった、特に年寄りだと危険では。その他の設備は問題なく満足です。であい橋のイルミネーションがクリスマスバージョンの時期で部屋から眺められ良かった。またいつの日か中州に行くことがあれば利用したいと思います。

There was no breakfast and no staff on premise so I did not rate for either of those things.
First impression upon arrival was not great. I didn't realize when I booked this hotel that it is 100% self serve. No staff are on site. The hallway carpets when you walk in are completely stained and give off a vibe of college dorm. The room itself wasn't in great shape either. The sofa looked dirty and was sunken. The bed frame had plastic tape holding it together and my daughter's reading light was broken. The room's tablet which was meant to help you contact staff if needed was not available. The bathroom door looked like something had splattered all over it and no one bothered to wipe it down. The vent in the shower was also full of dirt and dust. Our room faced the canal which sounded lovely but was loud until midnight. The beds however were actually quite comfortable and towels were surprising new and fluffy. There is coin laundry on premise and a shared kitchen available with a few dishes. The location is also very convenient for transportation - walkable, close the main bus lines and only a couple of blocks to the train. This neighbourhood is great for restaurants and amentities also. There is a Lawsons right downstairs and a 7-11 around the corner.
Overall it was pricey for the condition of the property and I'd chose something else next time in the same area. If you are a group of young people out for a couple nights of partying then you likely might not mind this place.

room has blinds so i couldn’t sleep well bc of light from outside at night and morning. Hotel feels kind of dirty. A lot of stains on the carpets. but room was clean good towels comfy beds.

False advertising with pictures. Make sure appear you’re getting an apartment. You’re getting a small room with four beds. Cement floor that was dirty. Two small pillows per each bed the size of 1/ third of a normal pillow. Bed is extremely hard. Not what any of the pictures look like. Had to book another hotel room felt more like a Hostel.

When they say the hotel is “unmanned,” what they really mean is “understaffed.”

My stay started off on the wrong foot: despite being told months in advance that I’d receive an email with check-in details 24 hours before arrival, no email ever came. I ended up frantically messaging them through Expedia at the front desk trying to get in.

The common areas (hallways, elevators, kitchen, etc.) look like they get a quick surface clean every few days but haven’t seen a true deep clean in a long time. The guest rooms are the same story — beds made and surfaces tidied, but a layer of dust everywhere and a grimy feel in the bathroom.

As others have noted, the rooms are small, and given the location and the type of businesses lining the street, the place feels more like an hourly-rate hotel trying to rebrand itself without making the investment to actually improve.

Avoid the 4pm self-checkin queue by arriving a little later. There are ear plugs free at reception and you will likely need them as the street is prime entertainment district. The blinds didn’t block all light so bring an eye mask.

若い子供連れには良いかも

無人チェックインは面白いかなと思って予約しましたが、要領が悪く、ネット回線も途中で切れてチェックインに1時間近くかかってしまいました。最後はスタッフが出てきて部屋に入れましたが、ほかの若い人も手こずってたようです。チェックインでイライラして気分は良くなかったです。今回はひとりでしたが子供連れには二段ベッドで楽しいかも。 でも高齢者には適していませんね。

It is able to house family of 5 members to foster family bonding. Nice view of the Naka Canal and thoughtful to have wall plug with 2 or 3 pins and USB charging.

Area for Improvement: Maximize space by having foldable seat or sofa since limited space for luggage space. Need to have lock feature for toilet and more clothes hangers since it is meant for 5-6 persons stay.

We have stayed twice on the same trip.

The beds are so so comfy, the duvets are nice and thick and cosy and the linens really crisp.

I love the interiors wood, concrete, white walls and black bits and bobs. Exposed ceiling and ac conduit. Plus a tan leather chair and a teal sofa.

Hubby and I loved having a double bed each.

Would come again.

The hotel location is great as the subway station and bus stops are just nearby. Shopping malls are all walkable from the hotel. The staffs are helpful and friendly. The downsides are the rooms are not soundproof and can be noisy during the weekend. Not much space available if you have many and huge luggages.

Great location 2 min walk from Subway station with a large Family Mart just around the corner. Lively neighbourhood with many eateries, Ichiran Ramen, Don Quixote and pharmacies all nearby.

Rooms are small and simple with electric kettle and a small fridge. No wardrobe but hooks and hangers. No table and only 1 chair in the room. 2 of us booked into the next smallest room available with double bunk beds so we had some space for our luggages. Tablet in the room to contact front desk but doesn’t do anything else. Can be much better if tablet can be used for Netflix / Spotify as there is no tv in the room. Overall simple, convenient and fuss free. Book a slightly room for more space especially if you have luggage.

10月末に宿泊させていただきましたが、暖房が28℃までしか上がらない設定になっている上に天井が高いため下まで風が届かず夜は室温かなり寒かったです。
部屋にあるはずの案内用のタブレットが無かったり、路上ライブの音がかなり聞こえたりしますが、部屋からの景色も良く、地下鉄駅や複合施設へのアクセスはとても便利です。
また利用させていただきたいです

가격만큼의 기대를 하시면 될것 같습니다!

다른 후기에서 하수구 냄새가 난다고 하여, 예약을 해놓고 가장 걱정했던 부분이 냄새였는데요. 502호 객실 냄새 나지 않았어요. 그래서 도착하자마자 안도했네요.

이불이나 바닥 화장실 등은 전체적으로 깨끗한 느낌이었지만,
블라인드 위 천장에 각종 전선 위에 먼지는 소복합니다...^^;;

객실은 2층 침대 2개 있어서 4명이 자기에는 불편함이 없었으나,
나머지 공간은 좁은편이었고, 냉장고에 맥주가 무료인 점이 아주 마음에 들었어요.

잠만 자고 밖에서 열심히 돌아다니실 목적으로는 맞고
호텔에서 좀 머물러야 하는 분이라면 다른 곳이 어떨까 싶습니다,

4시 이전 체크인은 안되고, 짐 보관해주는 곳은 그냥 선반만 있습니다. 자전거 자물쇠 가져오시면 보관할때 도움이 될듯 하고, 3층에 코인라커도 있으니 이곳 이용을 고려해 보심도 좋겠네요.

事前チェックインが出来てスムーズですが、7階がフロントなので初めての方は注意。
とにかく外国人だらけ。
部屋のドリンクサービスにはビックリした。アルコールの種類が全て無料！！
お風呂はシャワーのみ。
車で行く方は注意。
駐車場はあるが高すぎて利用出来ない。
カップルや中洲の夜を楽しみたい方にはオススメします。

진짜 너무너무 더러워서 수건 깔고앉는것도 불편했고, 화장실 먼지랑 머리카락 장난 아닙니다;;;; 심지어 2박3일에 딱70만원 냈는데 이 가격이 맞나 싶어요. 무인이라 아무런 서비스 없고요, 나카스강 진짜 바로 앞이긴하나 걍 술집 골목입니다. 호텔 자체가 그냥 다같이 술을 더 마실 수 있는 2차 모텔같은 느낌으로 만든듯해요.

チェックインは、エレベーターに乗らないと何階でチェックインするのか分からなかった。HPかフロントに表示があるとスムーズだと思う。それが意外は立地もかなり良く、部屋からのリバービューも良かった。チェックアウトも部屋に備え付けのタブレットからやるのでフロントに行く必要もない。

お部屋の掃除がしっかりされていない！！
最初にお部屋に入った時の第一印象は、こじんまりしているけど、おしゃれで清潔感のあるお部屋だと思いました。ですが、お部屋を使っていく中で、部屋の隅に埃が溜まっていたり、洗面台やお風呂の水回りはカビで汚れていたり、ベッド周りの床にゴミや埃が目立ちました。不快感がすごかったです！そしてお部屋にゴキブリが出ました。
清潔感は感じませんでした。残念です..。

福岡に来たら必ずこちらを利用しています。チェックインも無人でタブレット操作から簡単にでき、部屋も必要な設備は標準的なクオリティで全て揃っています。
個人的にはダブルベッド×2、シングルベッド×2の部屋がお薦めです。2段ベッドの分、天井が高く抜け感があり非常に贅沢に感じました。内装や照明もインダストリアル系のもので揃えており、お洒落です。リバービューの部屋は天井までの大きな窓から福岡を感じる景色が見え、大変綺麗なのですが、外からは照明の付いた室内がよく見えますので注意してください笑

この時期は夕方の屋上カフェも良い風が流れて良い感じに過ごせます。

清掃スタッフは外注？
いつも連泊で昼過ぎまで寝てから出かけますが、清掃スタッフは一切挨拶なし。
それに廊下に搬出したシーツやタオルが置いてあり通路を塞いでる。

他が良いのでそこだけが本当に残念。

さらに、一階にローソンがあり、必要なものが雨に濡れずに買えることと、ゆうパックの発送ができることが、利便性を大きく向上させています。
残念なのは、窓側の清掃不足。食べカスやら、何やらが多く、外の景色を見ようとするたびにゲンナリします。ブラインドを開けようとすると、ブラインドに溜まったホコリが目につきます。
それ以外は特に気になりません。
システム含めて、使いやすかったです。

概ね満足

立地は最高です。駅も飲食店もコンビニも近くにたくさんあって、便利です。川向かいの天神中央公園は景色もよく、散歩しても気持ち良かったです。
お部屋はコンパクトながらスタイリッシュで、必要なものは揃っています。
部屋の大部分を大きな二段ベッドが占めているので、角にぶつけると怪我をしそうで怖かったです。緩衝材が貼られていたであろう跡のある部分も多くが外れていて、子どもが怪我をしないか心配でした。
全体的にはきれいに清掃されていますが、トイレの床の角や窓枠などに大量のホコリが溜まっていて、ちょっと気になりました。
でもこの料金でこの場所に泊まれるなら、満足です。

ホテルには関係ありませんが、目の前のであい橋付近で夜遅く(23時過ぎ)まで楽器や歌の演奏が続き、部屋にいてもかなり聞こえてきて、賑やかでした。早く寝たい人にはちょっと気になるかもしれません。
