They also helped store our luggage EVEN AFTER we already checked out, just because we didnt want to drag our luggage around while we went out for lunch before we left Kyoto..

Offers a convenient option for a stay. A very hands off approach to hotel service. For two night it was absolutely fine. The area might be more convenient for party goers, however room was quiet and area didn’t affect sleep.

It’s our second time in this hotel. Rooms are big enough for two. We were very comfortable. Front desk and cleaning staff were very tentative and friendly. Really enjoyed our stay! The only thing I was disappointed was the Japanese buffet. The quality of the food’s were not fresh and less selection compared from my first time I visited (12/2023). Too bad, I was looking forward to it, too.☹️

Location is good in Nakasu. Just right in front of the river. Surrounded by eateries and covered shopping street. Next to convenient stores and Donki shop. Monorail station is just around the corner. One stop away to the Tenjin high end shopping area. Iwataya is a must go. The canal city mall and the yatai area is also close by.
Must stay in the top floor duplex unit with your own open roof private onsen. It’s heaven.
Breakfast is delicious but variety is not much.
Free yogurt and bath salt in the lobby for guest.
4 parking slots in front of hotel at 2000 yen per day. They double charged me.. already paid for parking when paying for hotel but when I went out and came back to hotel … they collected another 2000 yen .

Free drinks, smoothies, bath mixes and great staff was overall a great stay. The room was definitely small but it’s mostly just to sleep after a day of exploring the city so I can look past that. Staff were very helpful and allowed us to store our bags after check-out and called a taxi for us.

Our room was clean and everything looked pretty new. My only gripe is the room is very small. With 2 twin beds, there was about 8 inches between both beds and they were both against the 2 interior walls. There was no room to lay our luggage down other then on the bed everytime we needed to get something out. Also, they could have used a smaller chair at the desk considering the size of the room, but i guess this is normal for Japan sized rooms.

アメニティのシャンプーや入浴剤を好きな物を選べたり等、他のホテルではない気配りが嬉しかったです。
朝食が少し思っていたより残念でした。
写真と比べるとおとっていたように感じました。

食後のデザートは好きな物をいくらでも選べ、お部屋に持ち帰り食べれるようになっていてよかったです。種類もあり美味しかったです。

お部屋も清潔でスタッフの対応も丁寧で、全体的には満足です。

朝食の予約はお早めに

部屋のサイズはあまり大きくありませんが、2人が快適に過ごせる広さは確保されています。内装はとてもきれいでした。
電源も何ヶ所かにあり充電に困ることはありません。

朝食は内容がとても充実していてよかったのですが、スペースに余裕がないのですぐに予約でいっぱいになります。このホテルで朝食を食べないのは泊った意味がないので、早目の予約をお勧めします。

また、駐車場の数が少なく近くの提携している屋内パーキングを紹介されましたが、朝8時からしか営業していないので、翌朝早朝に出発する方は注意が必要です。

好處是：有自助飲品機。
冇買自助早餐的客人可以獲得每日一張自製果汁的券。
地點算是方便。
晚上有湯和白飯宵夜。
有自助領取沖涼物品區。
可以改善的是：房間細。
清潔很一般。
有一日放件行李在床邊，酒店藉此就唔執房，要注意很細的房間，還要將行李放僅餘的位置二不靠近床邊，有點困難。
有清潔房間那天，清潔完廁所地下仍然有毛髮，廁所板仍然有lotion未清潔，很質疑他清潔的方法有幾表面。
佢嗰時問清楚職員可否幫手代call的士去機場，亦問清楚要帶的士，他說都可以，但回來攞行李時，他又說不可以，很浪費時間，溝通完原來又說不行，問都多餘。
除此以外，尚算一間OK的酒店。

조식을 기대하고 간건데 딱히 메리트는 잘 모르겠고 방이 일단 너무 좁아요ㅠㅠ 너무 좁아서 캐리어 한개만 펴져요! 그치만 다들 친정하시고 돈키호테가 정말 가깝고 나카스강도 가까운 위치적 장점이 커요!
위치와 친절만 좋고 조식 때문에 오시려는 분들은 고민해보세요! 조식 먹고서 음식을 안남기는것도 좋지만 음식 버리는 곳이 전혀없어서 직원들에게 민망하더라구요

훌륭한 일본식 조식...시내 관광에 편리한 동선을 주는 위치...

나카스에 있다보니, 기온과 텐진 양측을 이용하는 데 모두 편안했다. 후문을 통할 경우, 블럭을 돌지 않아도 되는 동선이 나와서 도보이동에 상당히 편리했다.
방이 좁은 거야 어쩔 수 없지만, 1층 식당 내 식탁을 이용하면, 포장해 온 음식을 먹거나 동반자들과 얘기를 나누기에 부족함이 없었다.
호텔의 이름과도 같이 제공되는 조식은 훌륭했다.

房間非常小，一個行李箱都無法完整打開，晚上說有提供宵夜，但時段內下樓餐廳沒有服務員。早餐有自助吃到飽的生魚片丼飯、現做和牛燒肉丼、生蛋拌飯，可以為了早餐去，其他不建議。

ホテル選び間違えた。

このレベルでスーペリアというならスタンダードの部屋はいったいどんだけ酷いんだろうか。
床の材質のせい？なのか、とにかく落ち着かない。靴を脱いで安物のぺったんこのスリッパに履き替える気にもならない。
ビジホの方がもう少し高級感感じる。
他の部屋は絨毯の部屋もあるんだろうけど、私の泊まった部屋はいくらキングサイズのベッドでもスタンダードに下げた方がいい。

そして初日だけ？ミネラルウォーターの一本も置いてない。赤ちゃん連れだけど、ミルクを作るのにわざわざ一階まで降りてミネラルウォーターを紙コップに入れて部屋に戻りました。
中級クラスのホテルなのにミネラルウォーター置いてないとか初めての経験でした。
というかミネラルウォーターって置いてないですかね？の電話しようにも電話も部屋に見当たらない。
外まで探しに出てみると、
その階ごとにエレベーターの前に一台あるのみ。
どんな節約の仕方だよ、って感じ。

あとカードキーがなければエレベーターが動かない。防犯面は良いんだろうけど２台しかないエレベーターで正直不便。しかも私の選んだ部屋はエレベーター乗ったとこから謎の扉と、部屋の扉と３回カードキーが必要でした。両手塞がってると本当に面倒くさかった。

そして自慢の朝食。
至って普通。
というか、このレベルで売りにするのはどうかと。食事美味しそうだったけど、写真を撮るのが上手いだけだったんだな、って感じ。
魚自体は美味しいだけで、味付けとかが特別美味しいとかとは違う。
ちなみに別にうちはグルメでもないです。

極めつけは、
私はヤマト運輸からホテルに直接スーツケースを送りました。
そのスーツケースにはヤマト運輸で購入したしっかりしたビニール袋をかけて。
ヤマト運輸いわく使いまわせるので今後も使うようなら、と勧められて購入したもの。
部屋ではスーツケースを広げた後、滞在中はもちろん使うことがなかったので、部屋の隅に置いておきました。
帰る日、探せど探せどビニール袋が見当たらない。
フロントで聞くと掃除係の人が捨ててしまったようです。と言われました。
今時、ゴミ箱の中に入ってるもの以外はお客様の物はビニール袋一つでも一切捨ててはいけない、というホテルの清掃のルールを知らないのに驚き。
まぁホテルのミスというより清掃会社のミスなんだろうけど、
フロントの人に「一応お金かかってるんですけどね」といったけど返金するわけでもなく謝罪のみ。
確かに高価なものではないです。
でも誤廃棄の場合相当なものを返すか弁償しませんか？
確かに500円もしないビニール袋です。
でもたかが500円くらい、って感覚だから謝罪のみなんだろうな。これ３万円のピアスでも謝罪のみなのか疑問。
だったらその、たかが500円をオタクホテルの全部屋から値引きしたらどうでしょうか。って思いました。
言わなかったけど。


多分この最後の対応で、
部屋の質も朝食の質も、カードキーが３回も必要な事も、ミネラルウォーターを一本も置いてないことも全てマイナスの記憶になりました。
口コミとか初めてしました。

위치는 진짜 최고였어요 제가 가려고했던데는 근처에 다 있었고요 직원분들도 정말 친절하고 좋았어요 근데 청소는 별로인거 같아요 욕조에 털이 여러개 있었고요 냉장고는 너무 안시원했고요 베게는 불편했어요 터가 안좋은건지 엄청피곤했는데 2박동안 잠을 거의 못잤어요 옆방 알람소리도 다들리고요 좀 아쉬운 곳이었습니다
