The pillow was hard as a rock and the toilets didn't flush well. Bed sheets smelled like smoke in a non-smoking room. The hotel called us at noon while we were taking a much needed nap to inquire about room cleaning even though the do not disturb sign was on our door.

Located in the red light district

This hotel is located in one of the largest red light districts in Japan. The result is constant noise and clamor outside the hotel into the early morning. The noise is so loud it can be heard through closed windows. Aside from that, great location not too far from Hakata Station.

Not that far from the hotel

I think the hotel is not easy to find, but once you found it, you will see it's not that far from the station. Not new hotel, but still good maintenance. I may stay here again if I visit the town again.

Good For A Night

I had a layover Flight in China and made a last minute reservation to this hotel. The lobby and room were clean, however it smell like cigarette smoke. Since I'm not a smoker you can only imagine my discomfort. Upon checking in I asked the front desk attendant to have a taxi ready by a certain time the following morning; upon checking out the taxi was waiting on time as I requested.. Overall good experience.

Solid Accomadations

This hotel is pretty decent for the price I paid. I stayed here for a week and was able to access everything from the subway system to canal city which has many dining options. I would stay here again if I explore Fukuoka City

nice location for shopping and night life

really hot bath water and a tub that fills quickly. nice folks and good resturant on site. Also many choices of food in the area. bad part is the air codnditioning never gets the room cool, only just bearable. Of course this was on extreemely hot days, but found the same problem during several stays.

very good hot water and bath. Air condition is a little under powered, leaving the window open is a good alternative, but the location is active till the moring hours so lower floors can be a little noisy. Location real close to night life and shopping arcade is in easy walking distance. Nice city views from the windows.

We had a very pleasant stay at Hakata Nakasu Washington Hotel! It was at a convenient location near Canal City and just a few blocks away from the subway station. The room was nice to stay at, clean and comfortable to stay in!

事前の決済で税金を払っているはずなのに、フロントで地方税を払うように言われる。
フロントは事前に払った税金の内容を把握していない。
バイクは駐輪できないことが書いていない。
たまたま、スペースが空いていたので、駐輪できたが、駐輪代が公表されていないにも関わらず、500円請求された。

歩いて数分で博多に行ける立地はとても良いです。
朝食は博多の駅などでも食べられるので、そちらでも、と思います。

中洲屋台から徒歩圏内でした。
ホテルはレンタカーで訪れましたが駐車場も利用できたし、便利でした。建物は新しくないですが設備は問題なく泊まるだけなら充分快適に過ごせます。

위치와 주변 교통까지 편리하고 좋았어요

시설이 깨끗하고 좋았습니다.
에어컨이 벽걸이형 이 아니라 건물자체에 내장되어있는 것이라서 별로 시원하지 않을것 같았는데 의외로 엄청 시원하고 좋았습니다.
위치도 근처에 지하철 나나쿠나선이 있어서 텐진이나 하카타역까지 이동하기도 좋고 편리했습니다.

部屋がめちゃくちゃ綺麗で広い！
ベッドもキングサイズで快適！
キングサイズなんて要らないよって思ってたけど、キングサイズのベッドをプライベートで購入決意するくらい快適。
机もソファーもあり、パソコン開くのも快適。
トイレとお風呂は別れていて、洗面台も広い。
廊下も広い。
高級ホテル並の設備でこの値段。
そして、ホテルマンのホスピタリティも完璧。
完璧である。

駐車料金に難あり。

立地条件は良いですね。居心地は至って普通です。宿泊がtwinでリーズナブルではありますが、駐車場が¥1900一泊は、ちと高い！近所の駐車場に案内されました。

立地条件はかなりいいホテル。駅からは少し歩くので荷物がある場合は要検討

立地は中州にあり、駅も中洲川端と祇園のどちらにもアクセス可能。櫛田神社も近く、キャナルシティーもあるので便利。
ホテル自体はかなりの古さを感じさせるが、使用するのは特に問題なし。
もう少し内装を新しくはしてもらいたい。
チェックイン前に荷物も預かってもらえるし、早朝のタクシーも手配してくれるのでサービス面も特に問題なかった。

とても良い立地でした

ホテルの立地は最高です。
夜の飲食については全く心配がありません。
博多はどこでもそうかもしれませんが、遅い時間帯でも空いている店も多いです。
コンビニも近くに数件あります。
朝食は美味しのですが、カウンター席や1人席が少ないので、4人席に1人で案内される場合もあります。場合によっては待たされる時もある気がします。
駅は遠いのでバス利用かタクシーをお勧めします。
部屋のLAN及びWIFIはとても通信速度が遅いです。
PCでの動画などの配信サービスを受け取る事は困難です。

ホテルに入ると、団体客が大勢フロントに居たので私も並んでいました。しかし、代表者がチェックインしているだけで、受付カウンターは空いている状態でした。何人もカウンターに居るんですから、入ってきたお客さんを誰かが案内するとか、目配りが欲しいと思いました。お風呂の浴槽内が少しザラッとしてて、清掃が行き届いてない感じでした。
