This hotel is awesome! Super convenient! Drug store, 24 hrs convenience store, subway and bus station, all of major department stores, and bento shop (opens at 8am), different kinds of bar/restaurants (behind the hotel just walk along with river) arel super close!!!
Only one issue. Taxi driver had the hardest time finding the hotel when I told him the address. Google map points parking lot. He should not have follow it's direction. The main entrance is facing the main road, Watanabe-dori. Just tell him it is located at right before the Eishinkan (cram school) on Watanabe-dori, almost across from LOFT the department store!

室内とても広くて清潔。バスタブに浸かりたい人は向いてないが、シャワーだけでいい人は全然大丈夫！だけど、シャワーブースの中に洗面台がある為シャワー後に歯磨きや、朝の仕度する時は足場が濡れている為しばらくは使いづらそう。フロントマンがとても上品で親切。コンビニや食事処も近くにあるからとても便利！

西鉄福岡（天神）駅へのアクセスが良く料金も手ごろです。部屋はビジネスホテルとしては十分な広さがあり、掃除が行き届いていて快適に過ごすことができました。フロントでの対応も丁寧でした。
バスタブはなくシャワーブースだけですが、素泊まりのホテルですのでこれに自体に不満はありません。洗面所がシャワーブースの中にしかないのは少し困りました。

地理的には、便利な立地場所で良かった。施設内サービスは、あまりに整っていなくて驚いた。アメニティやタオル類、メモ帳、筆記具もない。荷物をおける台もない。飲み物用のコップ等もない。空調の音であまり寝れなかった。もう少し改善されないとまた利用したいとは思えない。

一つ不安だったのが、フロントは24時間ですがお客様が用がない時は基本裏にいます。そして、エレベーターも誰でも乗れるので、セキュリティーが怖いなぁ…と感じました。
一応、フロント周辺を通る時に「ピンポーン」と音は鳴ってるようですが、別にフロントの方は前には出てこないですし、ベルで呼んだ時には慌てて出て来た様子で…。
食事は、ホテルの隣にはセブンイレブンがあり、道路の向こう側には屋台があり、ホテルの裏下にはご飯屋さんもあります。
また歩いて10分ほどで西中洲まで行けます。
西中洲まで行くと遅くまでお店も空いており、食事には困りません。
博多駅までも20分あれば歩いて行けますし、バスや電車もあるので簡単に行けます。
なので、お土産等を買うのも困りません。
もしまた福岡に行くことがあれば、利用させてもらいます。

텐진역에서 도보 7분 정도의 거리에 위치하고 있습니다. 다른 숙소에 비해 저렴한 가격임에도 불구하고, 객실이 넓은 편이었습니다. 욕실은 상대적으로 작은 편이나, 수압이 강해서 샤워하기에도 좋았습니다. 인근에 드럭스토어, 잡화점, 편의점이 위치해 있어 이용하기 편했습니다. 다만 아쉬운 점이라면 벌레가 좀 보이더군요. 이 점은 개선해주셨으면 합니다.

전반적으로 아주 좋아요
지하철역이랑 버스정류장이 근처에 있어서 자유여행하기 좋았어요. 호텔 끼고 코너로 돌면 바로 물 흐르는 작은 강도 있고 그 바로 옆에 맛있는 만두 이자카야집 있어요. 호텔 근처에 쇼핑할 곳도 많았습니다. 호텔 주변에 걸어다니면서 구경하는 것도 아주 좋았습니다.
그리고 청결 상태 아주 좋아요. 프론트에 계신 분도 친절하셨어요.
단점은 베개가 너무 높고 딱딱해서 베개말고 수건 깔고 잤어요 ㅠㅠ 화장실은 매우 깨끗하나 너무 작아서 남성분들한테는 샤워하기에 힘드실수도 있을거같아요.

部屋は狭かったけどすごく綺麗な部屋でよかった。宿泊ができれば大丈夫っていう人には安いのでおすすめ。
ほんとに泊まるだけ。天神南駅はすぐだけど、天神駅は地下街を少し歩かなきゃいけない。博多や箱崎、ヤフオクドームとか福岡空港などどこにでもアクセスしやすいし、コンビニも隣にあったので立地的にはいいと思う。
