위치가 좋아서 그런가 한국사람이 진짜 많았아요 ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ 세탁실도 있고 짐 맡기는곳도 간편하고 좋았네요.
일본이라 방이 추울까봐 걱정했는데 방도 따숩고 좋았아요!
생각한것보다 룸사이즈도 좋아서 또오고싶네여!!

Well the bed was comfy, and the sheets were warm. However when I checked in to my room, there were strands of female hair on the floor in which I informed the front desk and they sent someone to vacuum immediately. Unfortunately I did not check the bed and found one strand of long female hair on the bed. I did also complain about the loud buzzing sound the mini fridge and I assume there was nothing they could do about it. Other than that, the location of the hotel was in a good spot to go to multiple konbinis as well as a train station. What could be improved in my opinion is the cleaning staff. I would also like to note that out of the 5 hotels I’ve stayed at this month, your hotel was the only one who did not help me fill out the luggage forwarding sheet. Of course I’m not entitled for them to fill it out for me, but it would have been a nice gesture.

Pros- clean room, quiet with excellent soundproofing, plenty of power outlets, 2 built in international adapters, good disposable slippers, enough space to open 2 luggages if staying in Queen room with sofabed for 3ppl. Comfortable and modern. Front desk helped with making dinner reservations.
Cons- room a tad dark if you're trying to put on makeup using the big mirror at the entrance area if someone else is in the toilet, the entrance auto lights keeps switching off every 30 seconds or less as well. Washing machines needs a clean there's visible mould, clothes don't smell nice after wash & dry. There were 3 elevators but always a wait especially from 9pm-1am due to everyone heading to public bath. No in room bottled water you're to grab the jug from your room and head to level 2 to fill it up using the water dispenser. No shower caps.

Room was enough for 4. We booked a loft room. Bathroom and toilet was clean and basic necessities are available. Close to station, shops and restaurant. Staff was very helpful and the buffet breakfast was amazing.

Loft room was a bit small/narrow staircase and low ceiling for the bed at the upper level but young kids enjoyed it/were fine. Location reasonably convenient, service was great, enjoyed the onsen, thank you!

Great experience. Very convenient location and new facilities. The public bath and sauna is very nice. Breakfast is amazing spread with both regional and western options available.
Staff is very friendly and generally at least bilingual. There also are digital checking kiosks as well.

Lots of nearby restaurants and relatively quick walk from the train station.

Good location and adequate hotel

We stayed for 2 nights at this location. The hotel room was not too large but not small according to Japanese standards. It felt pretty clean. We got 2 beds. They are put together which is fine. Theres a little sitting area and a table. Theres enough room for luggage and belongings. There is no closet but there are places to hang belongings.

Beds were pretty comfortable. I loved the location of the hotel. I loved that it was in between Tenjin and Canal city. Theres a lot of small restaurants near here and a 24 hour supermarket as well. I used the onsen facilities and it felt pretty clean. Theres only 1 onsen but when we went there was no one there so it felt huge.

Overall I would recommend a stay here.

It takes around 15-20mins walk to Tenjin Station. Ramen and coffee place around, location is decent.
The hotel room is neat, not very spacious.

Location is great. 7-8 mins walk to Tenjin Station. Near to Canal City. Plenty of small restaurants near the hotel so you won’t go hungry. The room is considered big by Japanese standard. Wish they could give us international sized pillows. The pillows are small. Got a neck ache after sleeping in them for a few nights😅 Otherwise everything was nice! Bought breakfast. It was simple and decent for the price. Thank you!

No recommendation when you reach out to fukuoka. The elevator seems horrible and they will never change your bed sheets even though you request.
The room is way smaller to the images shawn and to comparing other hotels in fukuoka in price wise.
And eventually the lights in the room is too dark.
The only thing i could enjoyed was the speed of internet wifi. You can not call a taxi at the hotel due to location. You have to walk out to pull over the taxi

1) Good location with eateries within walking distance.
2) We were lucky to get come across one staff who was so willingly helped to take taxi booking 2 days ahead as our departure was very early in the morning at 5am. We did a check the night before our departure with another staff and he told us that they CANNOT MAKE booking. We were shocked and told him that his colleague had already pin up the request. Very inconsistence service.
3) One of our rooms (corner unit) layout is not good and if you are staying with friends, there is no privacy in the use of the shower room. There is no space or area for your towels/clothes...etc. You will have to leave everything outside the shower room.
4) Great that this hotel comes with self-service laundry room which is a big PLUS point.
5) Other than point (2) & (3), the rest is fine.

酒店位置好好，附近好多食肆，又有24小時超市，又鄰近天神地下街，行10分鐘到又可以到中州運河城，同屋台真係好方便，酒店前台同餐廳員工都好有禮貌,英文好流利，早餐麵包款式好多好好味，有溫泉可以浸，房間都夠大，可以打開三個喼，有小小唔好就係有一日垃圾多小小放唔到垃圾桶無幫手棄丟，都有放張紙溫馨提出示太多可以早上放房門口有人收，酒店整體表現良好，下次都會再入住

洗手間細正常，但可以連掛衣的地方也沒有，洗澡乾淨衣服和污衣不知放那裡，多餘的水機把洗手盆全霸佔，失敗！溫泉酒店不用浴衣，衣服細到穿不下。完全沒有浸溫泉。可以在簡介講清楚叫客人自帶衣服。接待員英文聽不懂。體驗太差😡😡😡

위생관리가 되지 않은 호텔입니다. 수건에서 여자 붙이는 속눈썹이 발견되어 수건 교체를 요청했습니다. 한국인 직원이 있지만 전혀 친절하지 않고 매우 사무적입니다. 현지인 직원이 더 친잘합니다. 영어 및 일어가 된다면 한국인 직원은 피하시길 바랍니다.대중 교통으로 접근이 어려운 지역에 있어요. 하카타, 텐진 중간에 위치해 있지만 짐들고 이동하기는 무리가 있습니다. 호텔 객실에 비해 편의시설이 부족합니다. 또한, 관리도 그러합니다.

其實因為周小姐的真誠熱情服務令我給予高分，酒店仍新有很方地方須要慢慢改善，所以我簡單說一些。
讚:感謝周小姐的殷勤服務及熱心協助，新的溫泉浴池非常吸引早餐其實都好吸引特別係包點類只可惜我不吃cream感覺真的浪費美好的美食
需改善
浴場需要清潔多些因為坐在浴池地上感覺滑潺潺, 另外房間如是兩張單人床不應放梳化因為令兩張單人床貼在一起巳失原意。行李秤請買回正常的行李磅讓客人安心地預計行李重量完成美好旅程，不應給哪些簡陋的秤完全不合規格

息子家族と私計4人で3泊4日で宿泊致しました。
スタッフの皆様笑顔で対応して頂きとても気持ち良い対応でした。嫁がSNSを見てここに決めたのは息子が好きなサウナがある、朝食バイキングが美味しそうな所。朝食バイキングは、嫁孫はお皿にはカラフルな料理、息子私には朝から生クリームたっぷりのクロワッサンサンドとかは重いかなぁ〜と…。でも、和食も充実されてたので満足でした。不満を上げるなら、インバウンドの方が多く、大浴場のマナーが悪い！身体を洗わず、かけ湯もせず入浴！湯船内で桶で身体にお湯を掛けたりタオルを入れたりお風呂上がりもタオルで拭くこと無く床はべちゃべちゃ！ま〜文化の違いと言われた仕方ないかもですが…。ホテル側も注意喚起が必要だと思います。
