Best hotel breakfast we've ever had. Freshly made tofu in house, fresh eggs for TKG and 12 different soy sauce types to try, fresh hot food, freshly made gnocchi in a large parmesan block. Very new and clean. Public bath on top floor was very clean and comfortable with an outdoor bath option. Rooms very well organized even if it is small, and bathroom is bigger than the standard unit baths in hotels in japan. The price for the you get is unbelievable value. Highly recommended!

Staff was great and held our bags as we were really early. They did offer early check in but at 2200 yen per hour. We went and got food and came back and they were ready for us. Only thing I recommend is 3-4 towels in the room instead of two. When using the spa you need to take your own towel and I accidentally dropped mine in the shower and didn’t have a replacement in the room. Room has tea and bottled water a plus.

We stayed for five nights so our son could play with a nearby football academy. We knew we would need space to have comfortable downtime in the hotel room and also room to eat meals. Candeo Omiya was great in that it had three dedicated beds and a couch with enough space for us all to sit comfortably. We also made good use of the laundry on the 14th floor.

This is a Japanese business hotel, made for 1 or 2 people for 1 or 2 nights. We stayed with 3 people for 4 nights. The rooms have no shelves or closets. Only hangers on a bar against the wall. There is no safe for valuables. And only a 3 foot wide walking area at the foot of the bed to the door.

Just steps from the hotel you’ll find both 7-Eleven and Lawson, plus a lively shopping district, endless dining options, and the local train station. Although it sits away from the busiest tourist spots, it still offers everything I wanted—at prices for food and shopping that beat central Tokyo—and a swift 30-minute train ride lands you at Tokyo Station. It’s a bit further from the airport, but for value, convenience, and a comfortable base to start your trip, this hotel can’t be beaten.

The organization with the breakfast was chaotic, lots of people all the time so you have to sign on a list and wait until there is space available (even on Sundays when they give you 3 options: 6:30-7:30-8:30).

I’ve stayed at Candeo Omiya several times now and always enjoy my stay there. The rooms are comfortable, staff and friendly and helpful and then rooftop onsen is always a reward at the end of a long day of sightseeing. Tattoos are ok if covered. There’s plenty of convenience stores, shops and department stores very close by and the station is only a few minutes walk away.

I’ve stayed at this property a few times now (including as a leader of hiking groups) and this stay was the only negative experience. I rang reception early in the morning and asked if I could have a late check out of 4pm but was told I could only stay until 1pm. At no time was I advised that for staying an extra 2 hours (check out is 11) that I’d have to pay. When I surrendered my room key I was charged Y4400. Given my frequency of staying and the fact I wasn’t advised there would be a charge I’m disappointed and will be wary should I choose to stay here again.

残念なところは子供のルームウェアですが、小さかったのでサイズを変えてほしいと伝えたところ、スタッフ様が外国の方でうまく通じず大人2人が入れるくらい大きなサイズが届けられました。何回も伝えるのは申し訳ないので諦めました。サイズの記載表があればいいなと思いました。
3人で利用でしたがコップ類は２セットずつでした。以前はペットボトルは人数分置いてあったと思いますが今回は1本でした。
