For a solo female traveler, the property is located in sort of an alley or very short narrow street, which made it a bit uncomfortable coming back at night. You also have to go to another location about 15 minutes away to pick up your access keys, No coffee.

Rooms were clean and close to the Beach and restaurants/shops. The only issue was to pic up the keys from the main soho hotel and walk down a mile or take an uber/ taxi and get back to the hotel. Just a reminder when you book the room please go to the main soho on Cordoba stop pick up the keys first.

We stayed in a duplex apartment that was very spacious. It’s in a great part of the town near the Picasso museum. The check in at the hotel was easy, and you should note there is about a 10 minute walk to the apartments from the hotel.

First of all, the hotel reception is very far from the place of residence, so any problem that may occur must be gone to the reception, for example, the apartment key did not open the outside door, so we had to go to the reception to activate the key again. The receptionist, whose name is Irina, is very, very bad in her dealings. She is not able to absorb the customer's anger. She must change her behavior because she is harming the hotel.

The only inconvenience is checking-in in one place and staying in the apartment which is actually closer to the action. Once you get past that initial walk from the hotel to the apartment (around 800 meters), you’ll be at a walking distance to dining, shopping… the Roman theatre you can actually see from your balcony.

The staff was great, they really went beyond to accommodate our needs with our travel schedule. Great value over all.

You have to check in at a different hotel and then walk with your luggage over half a mile. The apartment was spacious and had a beautiful view, but the floor is damaged and there was no kitchen towel.

Check in for the apartments is at a hotel which is a 10 minute walk away, so it's either an additional taxi or a walk in the sun with your luggage.

Once there the apartment is quite nice, close to bars etc but tucked away so it's quiet.

However, you open the curtains to look at the view and find you've got a perfect view of another apartments bedroom, and them yours. This means you end up closing the curtains so no natural daylight.

We tried to check in but were provided no instructions that we had to check in through another location. Some waiters from an adjoining restaurant helped us. The hotel blamed Expedia but we have been travelling all over Spain through Expedia and always the individual properties contacted us directly. This property did not.

Book direct! I actually built one of the first online reservation systems and feel somewhat qualified to complain about their poor setup

The location is excellent, right in the middle of everything. The Roman Theater and Alcazaba were right next to the entrance; the Cathedral, Picasso Museum, shops, restaurants, etc. all within a few minutes walk. Parking garage was just a short walk away, also.

Nice big apartment, king sized bed, kitchenette. Made the stay very enjoyable.

Wonderful location: quiet side steeet off of pedestrian walkway near the Picasso museum. Easy to pick up key beforehand to access private apartment. Ours had two bedrooms; upstairs had magnificent view of ancient Roman fortress lit up at night. Access to private rooftop terrace! Very clean and modern, nicely decorated. Walking distance to beach. Outstanding property—highly recommend!

I was first taken to one address where I could not check in, then I was taken to a watch guard who checked me in, gave me a set of keys and some guidance written in Spanish Language and sent me to a third address. I spent an hour searching this address before I found it in a dark narrow lane, When I should lock me in, I could not do it, because apparently the keys did not fit. Then I decided to book me in to Marriott Hotel and here I stay.

The location of the hotel is perfect. You are right in the middle of the sites and restaurants. The major draw back is that the hotel is not staffed and if there is a problem you are pretty much on your own. The breaker for the water heater kept tripping leaving us with no hot water. I would have to continue to set it.

Great central location, though very quiet as tucked away down a side street. Modern, clean and spacious, and only very minor gripes being lack of full length mirror, and a shelf for the shower, but otherwise it was faultless. The water, orange juice, pastries and preserves that greeted us on our arrival were a nice touch. Staff were friendly and communicative, and now provide keys in addition to the app to access doors, as this can still be a little temperamental. Great apartment and would definitely stay there again.

The apartment was beautiful and in such a brilliant location. Everything you need and very kindly was left two coffee pods, orange juice, water and croissants. Unfortunately the hot water was limited and the electronic door lock started continuously beeping at 04:30 one morning. Otherwise a perfect stay and would definitely return!

Good corporate apartment in great location

The apartment is a stylish corporate-let type of accommodation in a convenient area of Malaga. Very clean with excellent amenities. The only issue was that you need to go to another office to pick up the keys, which is super inconvenient with luggage. This detail is not listed on the hotels.com blurb, but apparently they sent an email which I didn't receive with this detail. When I called to say I couldn't access the apartment, a representative did deliver the keys to me.

great apartment, horrendous check-in application

the check-in using the smartpgone application was a tedious thing. After about 15 minutes of stuggle, and fearing I had to actually book another hotel, I managed to find a phone number - good old-school, they picked up immediately and someone came to the apartment within 2 minutes. The apartment was great, the service was great, excellent wifi. Just fix the check-in application; which is an horrendous ordeal. I can recommend this apartment, but keep the phone number handy prior to arrival.

The propert was located in the perfect location, near the downtown but on a very quiet street in the zona peadonal.
If you have a car you must park at the public garage nearby and walk the last block. Also, make sure you have read through all the instructiins before arriving because you need to have an app on your phone to get in and your phone needs to have plenty of power so you arent stranded outside. Once inside the property is comfortable, clean and well situated. I loved waking up to the Alhambra of Malaga right across the street! Very romantic!! The hitel
Is next to a historical zone which is why there is no street parking, like I said, there is a very convenient parking lot less than one block away.

If you have rental car you will need to park couple hundred meters away in parking garage and walk with luggage. Not easy to find driving. In great location by Roman theater, right out the door. Walls had mold issues and AC didn’t work well. Nice decoration and great open space for price. Overall excellent location once you settle in.

Wish simple instruction or tip what is best way to get there. Like if you bring your car, try to park (suggest area) & walk instruction to hotel Or if you take cab, ask him to drop you off ( suggest area) and walk instruction.

Wonderful location in Malaga, close to the Picasso Museum and the Roman theater, streets without cars, a thriving restaurant scene and the beach. The hotel is a boutique hotel, very modern, next to an old church. Quite a contrast, but the whitewashed building is unobtrusive and fits in this context. No desk clerk for check in, no map, no concierge—unlocking the building entrance is done by a code on your mobile phone. Sometimes we had trouble gaining access with the phone code due to signal problems; however, getting the app to use the code was simple. The hotel messaged the code to us via Expedia; yet there was always a shadow of anxiety about whether we’d get in. We missed a human face to talk to. Alas, the taxi ucan’t drive you to the door, but Tourist Information is only two blocks away. We reallly enjoyed the spaciousness of the room and the kitchen with refrigerator, cooktop, cabinets, plates, and utensils. We’re glad we stayed here.

Shower was a wet room and water flooded area wetting entire floor so had to ensure nothing on floor. Also no kettle so had to boil pan if wanted hot water for drink, however did have an nespresso. Stunning view and great location

Very chic boutique hotel with an incredible view from the balcony of the Alcazabar and amphitheatre, lit up at night it was stunning. Not sure if you stayed in any room that you'd get that view, we were in 3d, the duplex 2 bedroom with city view. Only little niggles were: getting the key code, ended up emailing direct, but I think this was because they send an email asking for your details ahead of the visit and expect you to type out your email address, don't assume that because you've replied by email they know your email, you have to state it. Niggle 2, you must download the viphoom app before you go as advised, you won't get in otherwise as your phone is the key. Obviously if you don't have a smartphone, it's out of battery, or, like me, you can't get a signal (fortunately someone else could) you're a bit stuck. Niggle number 3 is it isn't actually 2 bedrooms, it's an upstairs bedroom and a room with a large double bed, double sofa bed and kitchenette below. This was fine for us but might be a problem if you're expecting a private second bedroom. Finally, upstairs en-suite is a bit pongy from the drains. May sound like a high score with all the complaints but every negative here wasn't an issue for us, it's just to advise. The decor is lovely, the location is perfect, the staff attentive and friendly, and that view...!

We had apartment 3D which is a two level duplex with its own terrace and uninterrupted views of the Roman amphitheater and Castles which looked amazing with the lighting at night,

Amazing place to stay when in Malaga

This was by far a superior experience. The location is private and quiet while being close to major historical sites. The room was very clean and well decorated. This is a very new set up and they even thought of some extras like some breakfast foods. The staff was wonderful, very friendly and extremely helpful. They even organized a taxi driver to wait for me close by to take me to the airport. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience I will be definitely returning next time I’m in Malaga.

Incheckningen kändes inte vänlig och välkomnande. Man får checka in först kl 16 och på nåder fick vi lämna väskorna i bagagerummet men fick tydligt veta att de inte gör så vanligtvis. Den lilla lägenheten ligger bra på en lugn bakgata men supernära centrum och de stora sevärdheterna. Duschen saknar däremot helt tryck om man vill duscha varmt (vilket i sig endast räckte 10-15 min per dag) och badrummet är superkallt. Man får inte lämna skräp/sopor på rummet men får ingen info om var dessa ska kastas. Städning ingår endast mot avgift.

Odamız çok merkezi bir yerde konumu harika tam şehir merkezinde plaja, tren istasyonuna 15-20 dk lık mesafede. Odamız gayet temizdi ve ihtiyacımız olabilecek temel şeyler mevcuttu.
Anahtarı almak için 10 dklık bir yürüyüş yapmanız gerekecek ama yürüdüğünüz yollar o kadar güzel ve resepsiyonda ki Juana o kadar güzel yüzlü ki o yüzden mesafe hiç önemli değil. Sadece odamızım manzarasının boşluğu değil şehri görmesini tercih ederdik. Tavsiye ederiz 🙏

Die Wohnung entsprach leider überhaupt nicht unseren Erwartungen. Das Bad roch nach Schimmel. Außerdem gab es Schimmel an der Decke. Der Schimmel hatte sich bereits auf das Sofa ausgebreitet. Darauf möchte man auf keinen Fall sitzen.

Die Fotos hier haben uns einen anderen Eindruck vermittelt, als wir es vorgefunden haben. In diesem Haus gibt es wohl sehr unterschiedliche Wohnungen. Nicht alle sind so zur Straße hin ausgerichtet, wie es auf den Fotos zu sehen ist. Unsere war lieblos eingerichtet und zum Innenhof hin. Dementsprechend dunkel war die Wohnung. Eigentlich hätte sie von uns nur einen Stern bekommen. Den zweiten Stern ausschließlich für den netten Herrn am Check-In, der unsere Situation verstand, uns sehr freundlich bediente und einen kompetenten Eindruck machte. Er organisierte uns ein Zimmer in einem Hotel der gleichen Kette. In der gebuchten Wohnung hätten wir nicht übernachtet.

Wenn man ein anderes Apartment bekommt, wie die meisten Fotos hier auf Hotels.com, dann ist es wohl in Ordnung. Unser Apartment war es definitiv nicht.

La ubicación del apartamento is ideal. El piso no es como en las fotos y eso nos decepcionó mucho. No era muy limpio, habían manchas en el sofá y suciedad en el suelo del baño. Lo más top de este piso es la ubicación!!

Bra boende, perfekt läge. Vi bodde i en twin/etage-lägenhet där övervåningen med sovrum, badrum och takterass var fanatisk. Första plan med öppet sovrum, kök och vardagsrum ok, men lite mörkt.

Loft ideal para ir en familia

Nos ha gustado mucho el alojamiento, muy cerca de los pontos turísticos, la cama enorme y nos han dejado una cuna para el peque. El baño agradable.
Hemos llamado la recepción para coger las llaves y no han cogido la Llamada, pero quitando eso ha sido todo genial.

El wifi, no cuente con el 😣

Alojamiento bien, pero MALA organización.

Pues sinceramente fue un poco lio, primero tener que ir a otro hotel a 20 minutos andando a por las llaves, cosa que no se advierte en la información inicial antes de hacer la reserva. Luego la Wifi no iba bien, mi portátil no pudo conectar, incluso llamando a recepción que estaba en el otro alojamiento no se solucionó. No repetiré, sinceramente

It’s a really nice modern apartment in the city center. Not that easy to access with a car but once you have settled in it’s great! Beware there are a few Soho Boutique Hotels so you aim for the correct one! Have a great stay🙂👌
