I and my wife and 13yo son stayed at the studio for 2 nights.

Start with goods:
1. Great location
2. Clean and tidy room

Now the bads

First, when we arrived we were surprised to find the reception is actually located at a completely different place from the rooms. It's a 5 mins walk so it's manageable. However, the instructions could be clearer to save us walking back and forth with the suitcases.

On our first night, the smart door lock broke and it could not be open from the outside. Luckily my wife was in the room when it happened so we could still get inside. I contacted the reception and the lady responded quickly and gave us the physical key to open the door so it's sorted. Not a big deal.

On the 2nd night, we went back to the room at 10pm after dinner. We found there was no hot water from any of the taps, including the shower !!! The water was not ice cold but it was chilling cool. There is a sign in the bathroom stating that it might take 45mins to get hot water after depletion. So we waited and waited but the water is not getting warmer with time. The reception closed at 10pm so we couldn't get anyone! We had no choice but to take cold showers !! In Feb, the night is still chilly at 10C !

When we checked in the morning, the water was even colder than the night before so clearly it's not about the depletion and recharge but the boiler is not on !

The apartment was in an excellent location we had the penthouse with a terrace it was superb. We would definitely recommd it for a stay in Mslaga. Although it was in a very busy/noisy location it had a real vibe to it a and once you closed the doors to the terrace you couldnt hear a thing.

The appartement is in the central part of Málaga, so all the shops, beach, and restaurants are close. The check in desk in the other building, but we found it very quick.
Cleaning ladies checked the apartment every day.
Terrace is a great thing to have, especially in the morning...so you can enjoy your cup of coffee there.

security is low, PIN codes for entry to main building was incorrect had to contact main desk repeatedly, door to apartment required multiple attempts before code was accepted, we are educated this was not user error. overly fragrant soaps shampoos, coffee/tea amenities was enough for one day not worth paying extra for. Window view allowed for day light but view was of a building .5 meters away a giant skylight. Malaga was great this space lacked comfort.

Check-in was a hassle. After lugging our luggage to this hotel, we were confused on how and where to check-in because there were no desk or person in sight. Luckily, we ran into housekeeping on a random level of the building while searching for a check-in desk. She kindly directed us to another hotel for check-in. I walked over and checked-in, but the detour was mostly an inconvenience. And on route to check-in at their sister-location, I passed people using hard drugs on the street in an area that reeked of urine. I will say I was very shocked and overall disappointed with this experience. After all of this, we finally entered our room which was as described. However, the walls could use some upkeep because they were very dirty. Lots of wear and tear on the walls, in the shower, and on the couch. Overall nice room but could use some extra love. I like staying in rooms that look untouched and very crisp and clean. Aside from the room, the hotel was in a great location, which we loved.

Wonderful Stay in a Perfect Location!!
We had a great stay! The location is fantastic — right on a pedestrian street filled with restaurants, cafes, and shops. It’s within easy walking distance of the Picasso Museum and the Alcazaba, which made exploring the city incredibly convenient.

Communication with the hotel was excellent. They were responsive and helpful, and the check-in process was smooth and straightforward. Everything was exactly as expected, which made for a stress-free arrival.

Overall, this was a great experience, and we would definitely stay here again!

Great location, not such a great apartment

The location is what makes these apartments worth going to, with so many lovely bars, restaurants & shops right on the doorstep. But I'm surprised that so many people gave this place a 5 star review. It was OK, that's all. If cleanliness is your top priority then this is for you; if you actually want to spend time in the apartment then not so much. Just as well Málaga offers so much to do.
Ours had no view other than the sides of the light well, and sitting out there is like sitting in a cage. It's also not very suitable for those who like to prepare some meals themselves - it lacked cooking utensils although amazingly there were sharp knives. The coffee machine is not suitable for making tea as the water isn't hot enough but you can use a saucepan. The lighting in the bathroom was very dim. The bar stools are far too high for the breakfast bar. But the fridge was a good size and the shower excellent.
The most disappointing element was that the reception (which is a 10 min walk away) was unmanned when we got there, with an obviously well-used sign saying \"Back in 5 minutes\". By the time the receptionist got back, a bit over half an hour later, 2 more people were waiting. She gave us some story about needing to sort out the lift in our block but at 8.00pm this didn't seem that plausible. We got 2 vouchers for tiny cocktails in the bar upstairs.
The free bottle of wine was nice and when we asked for more dishwasher tablets they were supplied. So, a very mixed bag I'd say.

The location is A+ if you want to be close to everything. Nice and clean building with a great view from the window. The only negative is that the beds are small for a couple and instead of giving you coffee for each day of your stay, they only give you one day’s worth. The roof bar was amazing! Overall it was a great experience!

What a fabulously located and equipped apartment. Made our short trip very comfortable and enjoyable, and would have served just as well for an extended stay.
Reception and housekeeping staff really friendly and available. Welcome drink on terrace of sister apartment a real bonus on arrival.
Only niggle would be no corkscrew, and only one comfy chair in balcony area, but otherwise wanted for nothing.
Just be aware it's in a busy commercial area with lots of bars and restaurants, which is excellent for enjoying the best of Malaga, but there is noise until late and then early from bin wagons and deliveries. Tip: take ear plugs, I slept through it all.

We thought that the property was clean and it is located in a great area. It is stylish and it was well-equipped for our short stay.

However, the main issue was the noise. There is a bar right above the apartment which the same company owns, that they open for private events. There was a birthday party on the evening that we were staying. This not only meant that we couldn't access the bar, but it also meant that there was a lot of noise until very early in the morning and we hardly got any sleep. The walls appeared to be very thin as we heard music, talking and shouting for most of the evening. The party being directly above meant that we also heard chairs scraping and dancing. We struggled to appreciate the beautiful terrace due to the extreme noise and due to the fact that the private event looked down onto our outside space.

There were also party guests wandering on to our floor of the building looking for the event. Again, the noise disturbed us and we didn't feel like the building was very secure.

We complained but we were told that the noise should have ended at 12 am (it definitely didn't!). We didn't see the private venue space above the apartment declared anywhere, so we wanted to write this review to warn others. If you actually want to get any sleep, we wouldn't recommend this apartment.

The terrace we had was outstanding, a little more attention to detailed cleaning would be welcomed. Dusty baseboards, throw cushions on the bed and sofa upholstery could use some cleaning. Towel bars or hooks at an appropriate height are needed.

Fabulous But Noisy Location

Fabulous location in the center of activity. Be prepared to walk 2+ blocks with your luggage from a taxi cab drop off point to the check-in office and then walk the equivalent of 3 or more blocks winding through the old town over various cobbles (durable luggage necessary) to the apartment. It was very difficult to sleep due to people noise until 3 or 4 a.m. then just when you get to sleep the city workers noise begins: dumpsters beneath the window. many delivery trucks and the streets were washed with power hoses being pulled by a truck every morning.The apartment floor was dirty. It was mopped after I contacted the office. Dishwasher was full of dishes upon our arrival. Perhaps these things would not bother some folks but they did us. On the plus side: Nice walk-in shower, big bathroom. We used the two twin beds to place our luggage on which was convenient. Bed in main bedroom was comfortable. Too bad it was so noisy but walkable close to everything.

Excellent location right in the centre of old town Málaga. All attractions are at walking distance. You do need to bring earplugs as it gets loud outside. The apartment is surrounded by restaurants with patios so everybody is eating outside. The streets get cleaned by 3-4 AM so you will hear an engine truck that stays there for about 20 mins. Goods delivery happens at 6-7 am so more noise. You can barely hear all this if you are wearing good quality earplugs. The apartment had dirty floors when we checked in. They were never cleaned during the 7 days we were there. Garbage gets picked up daily. Sheets/towels are changed every 3 days. You have to check-in in a different location but for check-out you just leave. There is no physical key. You open the door with a numeric pad outside the suite. There is a Dolce Gusto coffee machine, toaster and iron. No safe box. There is a Carrefour mini market 5 mins walk. Big nice supermarket at El Corte Ingles which is a 15 mins walk. There is no taxi entrance to the street where the apartment is. You can walk to the end/beginning of Larios street. There is a taxi stand there. It is a very roomy apartment. You just have to be aware that is gets loud outside until very late but that is not the apartment management’s fault. Just bring your ear plugs.

We had the loft with the view on the street. The loft was perfect for our needs and very clean. The location is perfect for walking, it's located in the middle of the tourist area, but that turned out to be a huge issue because of the constant noise from the street! Impossible to sleep without earplugs and I would not go back there for this reason. It's too bad because everything else was perfect.

Heart of the city

The location was great, but comes with a fair bit of noise in the evening. Nothing egregious, it’s not right over a bar or anything, but there’s a lively street below. The layout and furnishing of the apartment was great and check-in was very easy.

Really lives up to its name

Our 3 night stay at the apartments of Malaga Premium were amazing. The cleaneliness of the apartment was really good.The views that our rooms offered us gave us the excitement to wake up to a new morning to look down and see the streets of Malaga. The beds and couch/bed provided us good night sleeps to rest up well. The tidyness of the kitchens cutleries and dishes made cooking food easy, and the fancy tech electric hob and integrated microwave. The size of the rooms and bathroom were just right and spacious to provide enough air flow for the apartment. At the checkout, the staff were really friendly and co operative with trying to cross the language barrier. The security of the apartment made us feel quite safe which was really good. Other than that, the only thing that future holiday makers should be weary about is the navigation from the reception to your apartment block throughout the tight streets as we had to ask locals for directions.

This apartment is perfectly located in the cobbled streets of the centre of Málaga. We came to see the historic Christmas lights in Calle Larios, which is a two minute walk away. There were lots of bars and places to eat nearby. Nice big studio apartment with good facilities. The helpful man on reception spoke Spanish and English, and we were able to get into our apartment despite arriving three hours before the 3pm check in time stated. Recommended!

The place is in the center, so it is close to all of the attractions in the historic area. Lots of places to eat and shop. Because of this, it is not a quiet area; in fact, there is people on the streets 24 hours. Parking is relatively close to the building, but you still have to walk a few blocks pulling your suitcases. We love the place.

Difficult to find with a car it was stressful to get there. It involved a walk then another, a validation of of a ticket so quite complicated. Nice enough place, but hadn't realised there was a rooftop bar that was apparently open till 2am. A big worry for me. Lovely staff, clean and orderly, but I would not return.

This property's location is fantastic! The room was everything I expected based on the photos. One caveat: The regular studio says it has \"city view\", and there are no photos of the view in the description of the room. This is because the view is of a scenic ventilation shaft. It wasn't a problem - I stayed here during holy week and this kept it quiet in the room even with drums and trumpets blasting in the street outside - but it was a shock it would have been nice to be warned about. If staying here during holy week again, I'd choose one of the rooms with a balcony (not terrace) to get a fabulous view of the processions in the street just outside.

予約したアパルトメントスに泊まれませんでした。ボイラーが故障したそうです。掃除やタオル、シーツ交換など宿泊中はありません。電気ポットも中はサビていました。アクセスは抜群なのですが、アパルトメントス前の道が脇道で夜は怪しい人がいて、朝は浮浪者が寝ていました。残念な滞在となりました。

Pysäköinti onnistui hyvin ja majapaikan alennuskin onnistui. Huoneisto hyvä ja tasokas. Saamamme huone oli valokuilun pohjalla eli ylemmät kerrokset olisivat olleet ehkä mukavampia. Sisään kirjautuminen ja majoitus eripaikoissa eli jos Malaka ei ole tuttu voi joitua vähän suunnistamaan.

Hotelli jousti uloskirjautumisajassa, kun lapsi oli kipeänä, mikä tuntui kivalta. Huoneisto oli todella kiva, vaikka ilmastointia siellä ei ollut tai se ei toiminut. Ilmastointiluukuista ei vetänyt mitään ilmaa pois tai sisään. Jos tarkeni pitää ikkunoita auki, se ei haitannut.

Não tem estacionamento. Mas vendem uns tickets que podem ser usados com descontos nos estacionamentos publicos. Maquina de lavar roupa tbm não consegui usar..por ser comunitaria estava sempre ocupada.
A ajuda pelo WhatsApp sempre foi muito boa, onde achar parking livres, para entrar e sair. O pessoal é maravilhoso!

Die Ausstattung entsprach voll der Beschreibung. Die Wohnung hat eine tolle Lage. Die Wohnung war sehr, was an den ausgezeichneten Reinigungskräften liegt und den regelmäßigen Reinigungen liegt. Negativ ist der unzureichende Stauraum. Im SZ gibt es nur 1 Regal mit 1 Schublade, wenigen Regalbrettern und nur 4 Bügel. Der Kühlschrank ist etwas laut.

Check In (vorher nicht ersichtlich) in einem anderen Gebäude ca. 400 m entfernt. Die Beschreibung bzgl. der Anfahrt zum Parkhaus (vergünstigt 18 Euro pro Tag) könnte detaillierter sein, denn Google versucht einen durch die Fußgängerzone zu lotsen. Personal beim Check In sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Der Zugangscode hat zuerst nicht funktioniert, wurde aber umgehend behoben. Die Lage ist super, das Studio mit Blick zur Stadtseite gut bis sehr gut. Selbst eine gut ausgestattete Küchenzeile ist vorhanden. Nachts hört man schon, dass man sich mitten in der Stadt befindet, aber ich mag das. Wer lärmempfindlich ist, sollte eine Unterkunft nach hinten raus (dunkel, da Innenhof) bevorzugen. Ich würde hier in jedem Fll wieder buchen. Preis-Leistung war super.
