I recently stayed at Hyatt House Gebze again and had an absolutely wonderful experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, making me feel right at home. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and I was impressed by the cleanliness and modern decor of both the lobby and my room.

They had upgraded my room which was even more spacious, well-maintained, and equipped with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was extremely comfortable, and I appreciated the little touches like the complimentary water and toiletries. I also had a fantastic view from my window, which made my mornings even more enjoyable.

One of the highlights of my stay was the hotel’s breakfast. The variety of fresh and delicious as always.

What truly stood out, however, was the exceptional service. Every staff member I encountered went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed. Their professionalism and kindness truly made my stay memorable.

I highly recommend Hyatt House Gebze to anyone looking for a top-notch experience. I will definitely be returning again and again in the future!

Amazing hotel. So clean and the facilities provided are top class. Games room with pool table and playstation and Xbox to amuse the kids.

Swimming pool was clean amd steam room was perfect.

Staff are polite and welcoming. I cannot fault this hotel and wish them all the best.

The whole experience was amazing, no issues at all, we chose this hotel for an overnight stay as we were driving to bursa the following morning,as the hotel is situated close to the main routes it was ideal for us to catch up on some rest before our onward journey.

I asked for 1 more shower gel and tooth paste.receptionist told me to go to the reception desk and pick them up.

The staff was very friendly. We were a geoup of 10 and everyone was asling for something. The staff and the chef (who was kust one young lady) did it wonderfully and whole heartedly. Our only concern was they were so understaffed. They forgot to make my daughter’s bed. When we asked, the gentelman had to leave the reception and do it. He just spread the sheet. He left immediarely. No pillows no blankets. He expectwd us to find them.

Brand new hotel, very nice people, it's more an apartment then a hotel room, very nice balcony also. Good food even if not plenty of choices. Perfect place if you need to go to Tubitak. There is a shopping male next door. Just the area are is a bit ugly (industrial area).

Beautiful facility with amazing view

Beautiful spacious apartment, fully equipped with amazing terrace and view. The hotel is nearby a shopping center and it takes 1 minute to walk there in a very protected “tunnel” (protected means you can just walk to the shopping center without an umbrella even if it’s raining). Staff is super friendly, we will be definitely back.

Kaldığımız oda inanılmaz ferahtı. Tavanın yüksek olması da oldukça iyiydi. Hava soğuk olduğu için balkonu çok kullanamadık ancak yaz ayları için çok iyi bir imkan. Ancak balkon kapısı inanılmaz zor açılıyor kesinlikle yapılması lazımdı. Hijyen açısından mükemmeldi. Mutfak kısmında her şey düşünülmüştü. Suyunuzu kattaki arıtmalardan doldurabiliyor olmanız çok iyi bir şey oluyor. Yalnızca odada nereden geldiğini tespit edemediğimiz bir çınlama sesi vardı. O çok rahatsız ediciydi. Yatak çok rahattı ancak yastıklar maalesef çok rahatsız ediciydi. Havlular, nevresimler ve yastıklar yeterli sayıdaydı. Televizyonda ücretli platformlar olmasını tercih ederdik ancak yoktu. Kahvaltısı açık büfe ve gayet yeterliydi. Genel hatlarıyla çok iyi bir konaklamaydı.

Modernes Hotel in top Zustand.

Tolles, modernes Hotel. Zimer sehr groß und sauber. Comfort der Matratze und Kissen war sehr gut. Die Auswahl am Frühstücksbuffet war in Ordnung. Dies könnte definitiv noch ausbaufähig sein. Sauna, Schwimmbad soweit Fitnessstudio sind vorhanden und in sehr gutem Zustand. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in direkter Umgebung. Die Anfahrt vom/zum internationalen Flughafen IST beträgt ca. 1h.

Ich spreche eine klare Weiterempfehlung dieses Hotels aus.

Herşey mükemmeldi, konaklamamızdan keyif aldık. Odalar temiz ve konforluydu,kahvaltı oldukça çeşitli ve lezzetliydi. Eleştirebileceğim tek konu; otelin girişinde aracın parkına ve eşyaların taşınmasına yardım edecek bir görevli bulunmaması. Onun dışında herşey olması gerektiği gibiydi. Tavsiye ederim.
