This was my best experience in Japan. The hotel is extremely well located in front of the train station and easy to spot.

Good low-budget hotel! It’s LITERALLY next to Fukushima station! There’s 2 convenient stores and an Ito close by. My room had a lovely view of the sunrise too!
Only a few headaches about this place… there’s no microwave in the room, so you’ll have to go downstairs to the lobby to use the public one. (Can be troublesome if you’re already comfortable and relaxed in your room, especially if you’re higher than the 5th floor). Also there are limited power outlets. So if you have several electronics that needs charging, it might be a hassle.
Overall, the place is great and the staff was friendly! Will definitely come back! :)

従業員の杜撰な対応

夜に室内の暖房がほとんど効かず寒かったためフロントに連絡したところ簡易の電気ヒーター？を持ってきてくれたがブレーカーがあがるため弱で利用して様子をみてくれとのこと。
暖房も強くするから待ってくれと言われたが一向に温かくならないため再度フロントに連絡したらようやく毛布を持ってきてくれた。
従業員は自分のせいでないというような事務的な対応とともに寒い思いをしてとても不快であった。
2泊する予定だったがキャンセルし近くの別のホテルに泊まり清潔で快適だった。
朝食のサラダ？がキャベツだけでとても金を取って出すレベルではなく驚いた。
駅西口で飲食店もほとんどないので東口のホテルのほうが便利でしょうね。

福島の優しくて穏やかないいところが、沢山あるホテルでした。駅に近く、安くて快適に泊まれるホテルでした。スタッフの皆さんがとてもよく、おもてなしの精神が伝わりました。カレーのサービスやウエルカムドリンク、居酒屋のチケット、お得感が沢山でした。また泊まりたくなるホテルです。働く人が良いとホテルはそれだけで輝きますね。１２０点満点のホテルです。

駅の目の前でアクセスは良かったと思います。提携駐車場が遠いのでホテル南側の元イトーヨーカドー駐車場が便利。福島駅西口前に居酒屋含めお店が少ないのでご飯を食べるときはやや不便。コンビニも近くにはないので徒歩5分くらいは歩く感じでした。ホテルは通常のビジネスホテルで一般的な対応と感じました。コーヒーのサービスはあったが夜は豆切れで飲めず、朝はモーニングコーヒーを飲めたので一安心。部屋も一般的なビジネスホテルでしたが水回りのリノベーションがされておりその点は清潔感と快適さがありました。ただしとユニットバスのトイレは古いタイプのウォシュレットなのが残念でした。また、オートロックがないので外出時、就寝時はチェーンロック、鍵を自身でかけなければならない点も安全面的には不安が残る印象でした。全体的に普通にあるビジネスホテルなので出張時には問題なく使用できると感じました。

過ごしやすかった。ウエルカムドリンクでコーヒーのサービスが２４時まで、朝は６時から１０時までととても嬉しかった。また、２２時までカレーのサービスもあり、とても親切なホテルだと思った。
気になったのは、お風呂につかるとちょうど目の辺りに「黒カビ」のようなものが見えた事と、バスカーテンの「裏」がバスタブ側にあり、「裏についているタグ」を見ながら湯船に浸かると少し「虚しく」感じた。
それ以外は、お値打ちで駅も近いしお勧めである。

利用した感想

料金に見合ったお部屋でした。一見清潔に見えますが、あちこちにホコリや汚れがあります。
カーテンの裏の窓の木枠や、バスルームのドアの蝶番辺りのホコリなど何年も放置しているように見えました。
ロビーのコーヒーは美味しかったです。

プロントの男性が全く愛想がない。（ガチの無表情）部屋のバスルームのカーテンが物凄く臭く、シャワー中に具合が悪くなるレベル。シャワーもイライラするほど水圧が弱い。ベットシーツも非常に簡易的なタイプで、すぐにズレてしまう。ホテルの指定駐車場は、建物から300mほど離れていて不便で、料金は1000/日します。しかし、指定駐車場すぐ横のコインパーキングは500円/日です。（土日祝600円/日）ホテル目の前の駐車場（指定ではない）ですら800円/日です。指定駐車場の照明はとても暗いが、500円/日　のパーキングはとても明るい照明です。残念な滞在となりました。同行した家族に申し訳ない気持ちになりました。

部屋もバス、トイレもきれいでしたが、浴槽の縁に毎日髪の毛が付いていました。たぶん掃除した方のでしょう。髪の毛はふつう毎日100本くらいは抜け落ちますから、仕方ないでしょう。対策するなら、キャップを使うのも一法でしょう。
夜食用カレーをロビーに置くユニークさ、駅の利用しやすさなだ、また利用したいホテルになりましたので一言コメントしました。

駅至近（と言うか目の前）なのでアクセスは抜群。既に口コミに書かれていますが、水回りのメンテが残念。洗面ボウルの内縁のカビ、バスタブ内に髪の毛が点在。（色や長さからして同じ人のモノ？　クリーニングスタッフさん？）　部屋替えを申し出たかったのですが、食事の予約時間が迫っていたので、シャワー利用を優先しました。　クリーニングの質が上がれば、宿泊料がもう少し上がっても通年の利用客は増えるのでは？

久しぶりの、福島

館内は落ち着いた雰囲気でゆったりとした感じがしました、部屋もくつろぎやすく清潔感のあるお部屋でゆっくりと過ごすことが出来ました、朝食も4種類から選ぶのですんなりと決めることが出来良かったです。駐車場がホテルから遠いところに有ったので、年寄りには

専用駐車場は在りますが

出張で１泊利用しました。ホテル自体の施設は多少古臭さを感じましたが、特に大きな減点箇所は有りませんでした。可もなく不可もなくと言う感じです。ただ、駐車場については専用駐車場が在るのはいいのですが、ホテルから離れた場所に在るので、徒歩での移動が長くなるのは大きな減点箇所です。せっかくの駅前の好立地が消されてしまうと思いました。

福島駅前のロケーションは便利だと思います。ただ、繁華街などは駅の逆側になるため、外食するには地下歩道を通る必要があります。

チェックインはスムーズで、さらに部屋に空きがあるからとシングルからツインにアップグレードしてくれました。ありがとうございます。

部屋は古臭いです。エアコンは強弱小のみで温度管理が出来ず、部屋内にコンセントがあまりありません。ドアもカードでは無く鍵タイプでオートロックでないです。いわゆる昭和の部屋です。ただ、トイレとバスルームはリフォームされていたので快適でした。

駐車場は歩いて3分くらいの場所にあります。1000円/日とフロントで言われましたが、道路を挟んだコインパーキングは500円/日…もちろんコインパーキングに停めました。ホテル向かいのコインパーキングは最大1000円ですが、24時でリセットされるのでホテル駐車場より高くつくので注意してください。

近すぎて最寄りのコンビニに行く方が遠かったですが、それも十分近いため利便性には問題ありません。
オートロックでないドアに古さを感じましたが、バスルームは新しく綺麗で使いやすかったです。
