I visited the La Union El Salvador a Friday to Tuesday, and I had an amazing experience. Their hospitality truly went above and beyond, and the customer service was excellent. The entire place was very clean, including the rooms and the pool area. The view was absolutely beautiful!

And the breakfast—wow! It was top-notch and honestly doesn’t compare to other hotels I’ve stayed at in El Salvador .Everything about my stay was wonderful, and I will definitely be coming back again. Highly recommend! 😊

The staff at the hotel was great, the food was delicious, the rooms were clean and comfortable. My only complaint was that we were looking forward to using the pool when we arrived, as it was extremely hot out but unfortunately we couldn't because there was a private event. The next day when we arrived at the hotel, the tiles in a large part of the lobby were removed and they were doing active construction. It was messy and loud and we could hear the drilling outside our door rven though we were on the second floor. They didn't suspend construction for the night until almost 10pm and resumed at 7am. It would have been nice to have been notified of these things prior to arriving.

It’s in the middle of nowhere. You definitely need a car to get around. I didn’t see any buses go by. The hotel is clean my only concern is that the rooms are directly next to each other and there are connecting doors. I had no idea who was next to me and didn’t feel comfortable with a connecting door.

Best Hotel in the city

This Hotel was clean, excellent service and separated from the downtown area which was a good thing. The room was a bit small and the had an individual air conditioner that was extremely loud making it almost impossible to have a good night sleep. The breakfast was included which was very good. The best hotel in the city,

Pool closed with a party.

The hotel location is great, above a hill, the only issue was that there was a wedding going on the pool area. We arrived from a long day driving along the coast and wanted to take a dive in the pool and have some drinks, but it was impossible. We were not advised that a party was going to take place. It is very important to advise customers if this is going to happen. There was also a fetid smell in the hotel that bothered me for a while. Maybe due to Sewer problems.

A good hotel at a reasonable price. The room was a bit small but clean. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The pool was cool and had some palm tree debris on it when I finally decided to go have a swim. I opted for the kiddy pool instead but it was only slightly better. It has been breezy early, so it wasn’t the staff’s fault. Just bad timing on my end. The food was delicious and not overpriced. Happy to recommend. No beach at property but you can probably drive to one nearby. It’s next to the port of La Union and you can see the Bay of Fonseca. The Parque De La Familia is very close by. You can take tours of the gulf from there. The hotel will get you a contact number for that.

Comfort Inn Real La Union El Salvador

Great location with great views. Close to La Union, beaches and the Volcan de Conchagua which has beautiful views. The road to the top is a bit rough (High SUV recommended if not taking tour truck).

Great staff and security. Very basic room, but clean. I would definitely stay here again if I was in that area. The hotel food was very good as well.

The property is nice and quiet and the outside grounds are well maintained. The problem we had is that we extended our stay and switched rooms the second room had a mildew smell and when you looked around the room we saw a lot of mold and spider webs. Curtains, lamp shades, AC unit and parts of the walls have mold. This is the only semi decent hotel around for miles. The Hotel is nice but it does need to be updated due to wear and tear over the years.

Muy bonito el hotel, bien ubicado y sus instalaciones cómodas. Lamentablemente las últimas veces que he visitado el lugar hay algún evento y se pierde la tranquilidad y el silencio. Le falta un poco de mantenimiento a las habitaciones. El desayuno buffete está de regreso y eso es muy bueno. Bien en términos generales.

I order a fillet mignon and what I got wasn’t a fillet mignon. I spoke to the chef about it, but didn’t have the knowledge about what a fillet mignon is. He needs to know what he is cooking. Everything else was good.

Excelente servicio y lugar limpio y bonito para pasar la noche. Una lastima el desayuno incluído, parecen las sobras del día anterior, todo revuelto y no hay opciones, deberían de darnos la opción de elegir aunque sea un continental, nada más caro pero almenos no todo revuelto como lo sirven.
Varias mesas regresaban la comida o pedían que la sirvieran por separado, como en mi caso otros mejor lo dejamos allí y comimos afuera.
El café podría ser de mejor calidad, este país por mucho tiene buen café a precios muy competitivos.

This is a wonderful little hotel. Although small, it is big on service and cleanliness. It is very well maintained. The grounds are always neat and clean. The views are very nice.There is always someone cleaning in the common areas. The breakfast buffet is excellent! If you are lucky enough to be served by Isaac, Daisi or Noel, you will be treated with excellent service and a very friendly attitude.
