This was our first stay at an APA hotel. We were very impressed. The staff were incredibly professional and spoke excellent English. Our room was stylishly furnished and well stocked with many amenities. Additionally we liked the information channel that was provided. The air conditioning could have been a little stronger. Clothes washing facilities were excellent. All in all, we have to say APA is #1!

The room was a little too tight for two adults, but it was only a night so we made it work. Everything was average, the elevators were always crowded and because there are so many floors it took a while. This is just a personal preference but I did not like the interior decor of the hotel, the textiles were very tiring to look at it, and the colours were also on the tackier side. The bathroom was uncomfortably small. I understand this area needs more exposure and tourism to help the recovering economy, a nicer, more roomier hotel at a reasonable price I believe will go a long way.

The hotel is located very near to Fukushima JR Station (you can see the hotel building once you step out from JR Station). The location is very good and there are two supermarkets within walking distance (50-150m). The supermarket that attached to the JR Station (Pivot) will always offer a 50% discount on instant foods (like Sushi, Fried Rice, Noodles etc) after 6:30 pm. The foods are delicious.
Basically the room is not big but clean and has all the basic facilities. The staff speaks good English and the check-in process is smooth. Overall it's a great 3-star hotel & I will definitely recommend this hotel to my friends.

And the staff searched my earliest bus of the next morning instead of me while I was taking the spa.
Then I had got an excellent resting by the next morning.

Wow, it's a new APA hotel, located literally 1 minute walk from the exit of the main Fukushima train station. When you exit the shinkansen, you can see the hotel immediately.
