You can tell the building went through some rounds of remodeling, but not necessarily coordinated or well thought through. For example, the room is equipped with laminated floors throughout into the bathroom, but the shower glass wall is not sealed properly, so there is water seeping underneath the floors after every shower, which I could foresee mildew issues in the future or maybe already?

I also left my little purse hanging in the jacket closet when we checked out. I found it out 10 minutes later but I was already waiting for my antelope canyon tour to start and couldn’t go back immediately. I called the hotel to ask them to locate it and keep it for me. Even though I gave them the exact location of my purse, the staff kept saying in such a vague way like “sure, we will contact you if we find it; and no, I cannot send someone to check for you now”, just very unsettling. In the end, I did get my purse back because my husband didn’t feel well and had to skip the antelope tour, so he went back and got my purse. I was just disappointed by the staffs passive reactions and unwilling to help when I called.

The hotel is old needs paint and overall updating. Ac made noises all night and you could hear the people above walking around so needs more soundproofing. Our shower had a crack all through the bottom so we did not use it. However the staff were friendly

would not recommend it for anyone who parks in their parking lot. someone is breaking into cars using a digital device. Our family stayed in the hotel and all three of our vehicles were broken into and items like Binoculars, Sunglasses and other items. all storage compartments were gone through and strewn all over the floors. management seemed aware of it but would give any kind of discount as a compensation.

Good location with good customer service. Hotel is older. The first room assigned to us had an odd sulfur smell. The front desk staff reassigned a room without hesitation and indicated some of the rooms have an odd odor because of the old pipes.
We picked this hotel because the photos online showed balconies off the rooms with views of lake Powell. It does not appear that there are any rooms with balconies, and our view was an ugly parking lot. Ask for an odd numbered room at check in if you want a view. The breakfast was fine, but the staff working the breakfast room were very friendly and good at their jobs.

This Best Western hotel is located at a beautiful part in Page, Arizona. For the price I paid while traveling in March, it was worth so much more. The rooms are nuce; some rooms have a view of the landscape, which is quite beautiful. The staff is extremely hard-working and courteous. They are very friendly especially the guy in the front desk was always smiling and giving me great information. Would highly recommend this place. It’s not a five star hotel, but it definitely strives to be fantastic and is more than worth the price!

No view of Lake Powell.

How can they call a place \"View of Lake Powell\" when there literally is not view of the lake.

I paid extra for a room with a view, and was actually looking forward to seeing the lake.

What I got was a slightly better view overlooking a parking lot.

After some complaining, the hotel eventually credited a small amount of money to my account, as a token gesture.

Yet they are still advertising the hotel based on the non-existent view.

Otherwise, the hotel is fine.

The hotel is good in most of the aspects. We were happy staying here and will continue to re-visit. The hotel was clean, has no carpets (in the room we stayed); this is major.
We would like to see an improvement in the breakfast menu diversity. The food was good, but there were no changes throughout our three days stay.

Th hot tub was empty and shut down which was a huge disappointment to our kids, and we were not aware until arrival. Photos show a beautiful pool and property but it’s not. It’s run down and cheap. The pool water was full of stuff, not clean. The bedding fell off our bed all night. I re adjusted and put my fitted sheet back on twice through the night. The front desk lady was rude. Overall we were not happy and would never stay there again or recommend it. It was a waste of money, we wish we would have stayed somewhere else.

The floor is dusty, not in good condition. About the breakfast, they said it’s included. There’s only two waffle machines. Nothing else. After 8:00AM they don’t refill the waffle powder. Son no more waffle and juice machine and coffee are empty after 8:10AM.
The employees come check the machine is empty but didn’t do anything. Just suck!!!
I’ll never come back again.
If you want to ruin your vacation then you must come here to experience this “wonderful “ hotel.
Oh by the way, they don’t provide bottle water.
The bathroom sucks too, water pressure is weak.

Upon checking in, I was informed the pool, hot tub, and outdoor patio were closed for renovations. The person checking us in said it is clearly stated on the website and Expedia. It is not. Our room smelled damp and moldy. In the fitness center, the one treadmill was out of order as well. I would not recommend this hotel.

A very old, dingy hotel that felt like it was a barely renovated mental hospital. The bathroom had an odd window between the bedroom and shower room, and the toilet barely flushed. The views were of only desert as the lake levels are very low. The room was also not super clean with stained sheets and every surface looked worn and need of replacement. Would not stay here again.
