Motel quality at hotel price. Room was extremely damp humid, with some moist linens, the AC emitted rusty metallic odor. We were given a different room after complaining - thank you. The second room at least not damp, but the two large insects were certainly not welcome for us. Rusty radiators, 1960s feel. No breakfast, instead a Keurig only in the lobby. I realize the Greenport area is pricey, but I expected more for the $490/night. Will never return to this “motel”.

Well, I wanted to like this place, but the longer we stayed the more little things we found. Asked housekeeping to address something, they didn't. Asked to have the fire pit lit, 1st told igbwss too late (it was not), then story changed to mechanical issue. Loaner bicycle had steering issues. To be fair, the young lady who check us in Friday afternoon was very nice.

We stayed here for a wedding at one of the beautiful vineyards on the North Fork. I have to say we were very impressed. The Greenporter is a small boutique hotel with quaint decor that is peaceful and welcoming. The rooms had all the amenities you need with lots of lighting if you wish and very comfortable beds. The town is also very quaint too. We walked to Goldbergs for bagel sandwiches and coffee in the morning that were great and enjoyed the whole experience in Greenport.

I thought that it was a wonderful stay. Pretty clean and neat a little outdated but eventually they’re going to be redoing the whole place, including the restaurant. The staff was wonderful and accommodating and friendly. We would certainly go back.

It was a decent room. Nothing fancy. Bathtub/shower was difficult to get into. Very slippery and no grab bars to hold on to. View from the windows was at a picket fence two feet away from the widow on one side of the room and a not so neat side yard and chain link fence 3 feet away from the window on the other side of the room.

I love the the location which is walkable to everything in town - Greenport's great restaurants, shopping, beaches, parks. The hotel has great amenities - pool, hot tub, gym, and my favorite - no cleaning service unless requested! It was the perfect getaway!

We took a ride to the beach and a winery for the day, and even grabbed breakfast nearby with just a quick bike ride. Without exaggeration the worst hotel I have ever stayed in - your average Super 8 or Motel 6 is nicer. Ruined my trip.

I love the property's location. My husband and I walked to town every day. I loved the pool, which was enclosed within the hotel and private. One thing I didn't like was that my husband had to work at the desk, which made it impossible for me to watch TV, as the TV was located just above the desk. Other than that, I will definitely be returning to this hotel. Loved our vacation.

The Greenporter was exactly what we needed for our visit to the North Fork. Nothing too fancy, but the bed was very comfortable and the AC was excellent. We visited during a heat wave and we really enjoyed having a pool to relax near. The pool chairs were incredibly comfortable and there was a cooler of free cold water bottles for guests. We had to force ourselves to leave the pool area for a dinner. We would love to return!
