I wouldnt recommend staying in this hotel. I booked a room and we were given a smoking room, I went to check it and I couldnt even breathe at the hallway not mention in the room. the receptionist told me if you want non smoking you have to add another million rupiah. I have no choice since I am already so tired from long haul international flight from US. never in my life that I booked a room and given a smoking one, and have to pay extra 50% if you wany non smoking one. find some other hotel if you could, I do not suggest this place.

"The property itself is lovely, the food was great, but the bathroom had noticeable mold, which was disappointing. The minibar wasn’t working, and when it was replaced, the new unit arrived dirty—with mold on the door. Definitely not up to the hygienic standard.

This property is required better maintenance. For example, the drain in the shower is slowed and shallow, flooded the whole bathroom. At another hotel where we stayed last year had similar issued. I guess the drain design and maintenance is not up to par and required serious corrections to mitigate this issue.

Not the best Mercure compared to other locations

This mercure hotel cannot make it.

1- floor trap is disgusting
2- tissue box not filled. Hv to ask to top up
3- bathroom not big enuff to change
4- shower door turn outside so all water dripped outside bathroom
5- linen is very coarse
6- towel equally coarse

Efficient business trip

Great lobby staff and very convenient location.
Room is new but small issues with safe not working but fixed rapidly. There was solvent smell on first day in the floor but resolved. Why would you use solvents in enclosed space I don’t know ?
They offer bikes and helmets, it is a great service but hotel can improve the maintenance of the bikes periodically.
Breakfast quality was average, better to skip it.

I rarely gave any reviews. But this time I feel obligated to give this feedback and hope actions taken by the business so that others would not experience what I had. I was given a room before my check in time. Once i got in to the room there was some kinda smell. I stayed there for 3 nights 4 days. On my last night when I came back around 9 pm , my sink water was brown. Called front desk and sent technician and water still brown color but lighter. He mentioned there was a filter changed the day before. I kept the water running hoping it’ll be cleared out but still the color light brownish. It was already 11.30 pm and I had not showered yet. Called front desk again to move me out to different room. When i got to the new room, the smell was so fresh different with my old one. But later found out the sink is leaking water while running it. I didnt want to complain anymore since it was very late and i needed to sleep. I told mgt about this and no extra incentive or anything given to me considering a very bad experience I had. Really disappointed with my stay.

I stayed here for 2 nights as it was very close to the airport. Making this spot ideal for anyone catching an early flight. The check-in was smooth, the hotel is attached to the mall and the neighborhood is great with a lot of dining options. The room is good and decent size, I do wish they would add more lighting especially on the work desk as it gets darker at night. The bathroom is good and the bath amenities is decent. I didn't try the breakfast or pool unfortunately. The team members is very friendly and helpful especially the front desk staff. I have to highlight that they seal the room after cleaning which is great during this pandemic time. I highly recommend to consider this hotel.

Meh..and it could have been better..Details!

While overall it was acceptable there were items that were well below standards.
I had asked for a high floor suite with a bay view and that was confirmed by email yet my room was a city view on a lower floor.
I had mentioned in my booking it was for a birthday but no attention given to that special occasion
Shower had a problem holding a temperature and would cycle from too hot to warm.
The shower had a sewer smell.
Parking. This was never mentioned upon arrival. In order to gain the parking allowance it seems it was needed for each day of the stay. My out of pocket cost for parking was over 100,000 IDR. It should have been suggested upon arrival and no need to sign a new waiver each day.
Drinks in the refrigerator were not marked as free to suites.

Perfect hotel in a great district!

Great new hotel with fresh interior - perfect for business and vacation! Excellent service by everyone. Only around 15 mins drive from CGK airport. No hassle to go through the heavy traffic in Jakarta. Not so near the city area, but it's connected to PIK Avenue which has everything from Uniqlo to H&M! Plenty of Japanese eateries in that mall as well.

1) overall very pleasant stay
2) relative to our purpose, location was great - connected to PIK mall, many food establishments in vicinity of hotel
3) staff were very friendly, courteous n helpful
4) room little on small side for price we paid (2 rooms) with barest of amenities. Shld have been 10-20% cheaper for no bfast n no value added svc
5) 1 negative aspect though. My room was near to elevator whose chimes were so loud. Imagine the no of times u gonna hear it. Fortunately we were out during the day. But was really loud in the toilet, though still audible in room.
6) many nice cafes in PIK mall, equipped with a supermarket n some eateries. Good for bfast.
