Outside of the hotel doesn’t look that promising but inside it was immaculately clean & I loved my room on the eleventh floor with panoramic view of the city (prettier at night!). Kettle, fridge, iron & toiletries provided. Gym was small but more than adequate. Pool was lovely although sadly the sun didn’t shine. Mall next door was an added bonus. Food outlets, a supermarket and a pharmacy. Approx 25 mins from airport depending on traffic & IDR 140,000 with tolls etc. Perfect for a stopover between flights. Thank you.

This was a perfect hotel for our one night stay between flights.

It’s just 20 minutes from the airport and connected to a small shopping mall were there was a good selection of small restaurants.

We had a one bedroom suite that was good value, well appointed and spacious with a great bed.

The buffet breakfast was as good as a buffet breakfast gets and the young woman on the egg Station made a perfect omelette for me.

the bed is quite hard, woke up with back pain every morning, the hotel lift always have weird toilet smell, and leaking from the lightbulb area. the shower are is quite uncomfortable as the shower head kept sliding down from the handle, very unpractical to use.

The hotel was great. Breakfast was amazing everyday. A lot of choices and fresh options available. Stafff were really attentive and friendly. Always cleaning. Rooms were very nice and well kept. Enjoyed the pool and outdoor lounge area. Has an attached mall for some shopping and restaurant options. Getting ride shares was no problem. It was an excellent stay here.

Great breakfast, location right for us

Lovely, clean, modern hotel with a great breakfast. Wonderful staff. No time to eat any other meals there but the restaurant area seems very hip and modern. We needed this location for proximity to friend's.
Jakarta traffic a beast. The airport not too far away, but be prepared for possible slow downs.
The hotel is part of a large mall, handy for us as we needed some minor things.

Everything else was good except the check in. During the check in, I was informed by the receptionist that breakfast was only for one person and asked to pay for my son’s breakfast if he were to eat breakfast with me despite of my booking statement indicating that breakfast was included. Over the night, I went back and forth with the front desk/3 different persons at the reception about honoring my booking statement to which I was informed that the travel agent was the one to blame and no resolution was provided. They refused to honor my booking statement and refused to refund my payment for my son’s breakfast. If there is a discrepancy between the hotel and the partnered travel agent, it should be between them not me as the customer. However, in the A.M, Mr. Hadi, the staff from the restaurant asked about my experience and shared the concerns with him. He understood my concern and informed me that he will have the issue resolved once management arrived. Unlike the receptionists, Mr. Hadi was the first staff that understood my concerns and provided resolution to which the payment made for my son’s breakfast refunded.

The hospitality and genuine kindness of every staff that we have come across, are simply amazing. My wife and I unanimously agreed that everyone and all departments are just extremely helpful. It is connected to a modern clean mall, I could pick up a few snacks at grocery store, liqueur store, and drugstore along with getting pedicure and manicure without driving around. All within mall!
Staff are amazing spoken English well and very friendly and professional. Wanted to use swimming pool which is roof top and ver cool, but ran out of time. Easy access to airport. Food delicious! Thank you.

Not standard hotel for hilton

When i book this hotel months ago, i specifically ask to clean the rooms well cause i have dust allergy. The room that i booked is suite room. When we check in after 3 pm, the Front Desk said the room is not quite ready, so we have to come back about 30 minutes. After 30 minutes, still not ready. So wait for awhile, finally she said ready to check in and enter the room. After waiting for so long, when we saw the room still not clean completely. The floor still dirty, the coffee still sticky and have some residue and dust. The sofa have cigarette burns here and there, I thought this room is smoking free but … long story short, the room not what we expected as suites room. Also we have to wait for mgr in duty for long time, until I asked again to the housekeeping mgr. Very disappointed

Got a suite here, though I was given the floor just above the pool, i barely hear any noise. Staff were great and quite responsive to turn off the corridor music after 3am.

Breakfast was great with a generous amount of options to start your day with.

I like the fact that the hotel is attached to a sjopping center. Very convenient to get what you need and eat.

This hotel was total luxury for us, we got connecting rooms for us and our two kids. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The swimming pool is lovely. The breakfast really is amazing, so much choice and quality. We used the onsite restaurant for dinner which was also very good. We asked for a late checkout as we were going to the airport and they gave us a couple of hours extra for free which was so useful, it meant we could use the pool for one final time. The onsite mall is also very useful which a great supermarket and restaurants.
It's close to the airport at around 20 mins and there's no issue with traffic, but the centre is also accessible.
All in all highly recommended.
