First, the pluses. The staff was friendly, the breakfast was good, and the rooms had been cleaned. When we needed items, they got them for us.
They would not send a shuttle to get us from the airport because we landed at 11pm. We asked for connected rooms but got two rooms on different floors. One smelled strongly of smoke though we had asked for nonsmoking. Both rooms’ couches had food stains and cigarette burns in them. Bedding seemed clean but was stained. When we used the bathroom sink bugs crawled up out of the drain. Bathrooms were very tiny.
The biggest issue seems to be with long-term maintenance of the property. The public areas seemed nice, but the rooms weren’t very good. We would not recommend going there.
