I was super impressed! I travel a lot and stay at a lot of different types of lodging. I would say this is in my top-10. I randomly picked this for a stopover on my way deeper into Indonesia. The staff was super attentive and friendly. I was treated with the utmost respect. Communication about arrival and pick up could not of been better. All in all a top notch stay!

The room was Quiet, Clean, and VERY comfortable.

Ate several times at the in house restaurant and enjoyed the food and service.

If passing this way again, I would stay for sure!

Beautiful resort hotel perfect for a transit day in Jakarta. Complimentary airport pick-up and drop-off was perfect for a hassle free stay. Staff are super welcoming, restaurant served great food. Onsite café bakery, convenience store, spa, gym and pool made for a great experience. The room, modern, spacious and clean.

The room was great. Nice hotel. The check in was smooth but the front desk clerk did not explain how to get to our room. It’s very confusing. Our room number was in the 300’s, however we were on the first floor. Also the 600 rooms were on the first floor and there were stairs with no ramp. And no signage. We were offered help but didn’t realize we needed help with our luggage and stairs. I had to go back to the front desk for further explanation. It’s an easy fix.

Everything was fine about the stay. The front desk could have been more friendly, and I was really taken back by the fact that they charge for ice! The massage was the highlight, 90 minutes for 24 US. Also, the hotel is very inexpensive for its quality. Per night stay was just under $50 US.

This is a fantastic option, near the Jakarta airport. The hotel smells amazing as soon as you enter the lobby. The rooms are spacious and clean. What really stood out was the pool and gym facility. The hot pool was actually hot. The cold pool was actually ice cold. Both steam and sauna rooms were large and hot.

The drain did not work in the bathroom sink, water backed up. Could not control the air conditioning in the room, very COLD!! Call the desk, but the guy who came couldn’t do anything about it So I turned AC completely off, and then it was too hot. Quite an uncomfortable night.

Got in from airport too early to check-in so they held my luggage.. went out got back just in time to sleep, room was very nice, very clean and comfortable.. Shuttle to Airport was perfect. If I need to transit again there is no question I would stay here again

Shuttle drivers were prompt, but once they found us, rather than one of them running to tell the shuttle driver to come pick us up from where he was parked, they had us walk almost a mile to where he was parked??? Why not drive to your customer, not make them walk?

It’s convenient for the airport and has a free shuttle. However, it’s not a 4*. It’s a huge hotel with many many long corridors and cell-like rooms (at least superior rooms). So small, there’s no room to open the luggage. Bathroom partitioned off by a glass wall so if anyone needs to use it in the middle of the
night - all room lits up. Shower doesn’t have a door so water sprays all over. Room service - whatever I wanted to order was sold out, and tortilla chips portion was meagre for the amount of $ they charged. Also, there’s a karaoke place there which was very loud and I could hear it in our room with was quite a distance away. It was ok for 1 night stay, but I wouldn’t return

Excellent facilities, especially the pool/spa/sauna area, swimming/relaxing every day.
Staff are always friendly and helpful, was able to get a decent cup of tea too (we're Aussies and appreciate that).
Big shout out to Maura who, at the request of istriku tercinta, set up our wonderful honeymoon suite - truly amazing and greatly appreciated. Give that lovely young lady a raise and promotion!!

I stayed at FM7 primarily as I had a very early flight out of Indonesia, and its location was ideal for this. In addition, the hotel has a shuttle bus that leaves right on time and gets you to and from the airport quickly.

The rooms are comfortable, the facilities good and the staff were uniformly friendly and helpful. Great place to stay if you're transferring onward, highly recommend!
