Excellent buffet breakfast. Serving starts early, at 3 am. A free Skytrain is available between T3 and T1 to the Terminal 2 station near where the hotel is situated. Clean room. Strong wifi. Very pleasant and helpful staff. Highly recommended hotel.

Very convenient location in terminal 2 CGK. A good place to rest from a long flight. The staff are very friendly and helpful, I've stayed here three years in a row and the staff remembers me. Has a full service restaurant, beer and drinks, room service, shuttle service and a smoking lounge.

I have used this hotel for circa 25 years. The standard has not changed, as good today as when we first stayed. Whilst not 5 star, the hotel is very convenient for transit, and the staff very friendly and helpful. Other more modern hotels exist nearby which are lower cost, our choice is always to stay here.

The breakfast was good, but the room floor is dirty and the bed sheet its got stain on it. I can’t ask the staff for changing the sheet since I arrived nearly in the middle of the night. Also the water jug is not working. Is not really good situation after long flight. I only stay for 1 night because I need to travel to other city.

The staff attended to my check-in, Riki, was extremely helpful and has great initiative. As we travelled in a big group of 3 families (11 ppl including kids), priority was transportation as we were heading to Bandung via Whoosh. Old but comfy and good value airport hotel, 5 mins walk from Term2 however not at all Accessible as was advertised - no elevators, escalators were working at time of visit 16/06/24 and no concierge or bellhops at ground level to help carry guests bags up steep flights of stairs. This was the nearest hotel to the airport that we could find for a nine-hour layover at night. The free shuttle was on time, and the driver quickly found us via WhatsApp. The hotel furnishings are old, and the room was small. We had a non-smoking room, and it was clean. But the lobby and hall reeked of tobacco. The hotel is in terminal 2, and our flights were in terminal 3. We requested a return shuttle ride to terminal 3 to catch our flight, and we got it. So everything worked as planned, and we enjoyed our rest. However, when our flight returned to Jakarta about 10 hours later because of a volcano eruption at our destination, we chose to stay at another hotel as we waited to rebook our flight. The new hotel, Fairfield by Marriott, was cheaper, a lot newer, free of tobacco stench, and also had a free airport shuttle.

Unfortunately, I booked this hotel for family member who couldn’t travel due to airport being closed/Mt Ruang eruption and no matter what they wouldn’t refund/credit the account.
Travel was just postponed on a different date but sadly no budge from the hotel management to do anything but keeping the money.

This is an ultra-convenient and nicely priced hotel in terminal 2E at Sukarno Hatta. Staff are professional, friendly, and helpful. Rooms are spotlessly clean and well laid out. An additional standout is the included breakfast, which has many options -- Indonesian, Western, and Chinese. All in all a very good airport hotel.

The check-in facilities weren't friendly, especially when you travel with large luggage, requiring a lot of manual lifting and dragging. Because of the hotel layout, certain rooms require long walking to reach. Facilities in the room are extremely legacy, some even unusable. The power outlet and USB ports are not working in my room. The water system is quite old too, as showering/toilet/sink cannot be used at the same time because the water pressure is too low. Free towels are limited to 2 per room.
