Wi-Fi is not working in room, Customers should go to reception desk to get Wi-Fi connection. Very limited Drop off to airport, they advertised every 1 hour but only one time in morning. i paid another cost to go airports. Poor meals, and they construct noise early morning. however staffs are nice. Rooms are too old. Rooms are need to improve. I will not book with this hotel.

Property really noisy. Didn’t sleep at all as right next to a very busy and loud road. Tv reception in bad condition abd there was revolting gunk in the sink hole in bathroom which didn’t drain. Would not recommend this hotel.

It was ok for a one night stop over, but that's really it. The room is very small and had no windows. It's quite dark and not pleasant. The bathroom shower door was broken and could not be closed. The breakfast spread was okay, but expensive when you have to pay for an extra person. The free bus to the airport was alright. Food is quite pricey as there's not much restaurants around the hotel.

Overall, not a great quality, but I guess you get what you pay for.

windowless sex hotel that looks like it's near the airport on a map but in reality isn't near the airport at all. it's located in the middle of a building site off an overpass that you can only get to by a dodgy airport taxi. never again.

Staff was very friendly and courteous. Free airport shuttle. Very convenient location for overnight stays by the airport. Free breakfast. Room was nice, you have to put your key in a slot to power the ac but once it got running it worked very well.

Good hotel for airport pickup/dropoff

My first impression when I walked in the room was that it's a little smaller than I had expected based on the pictures I saw online, and it smelled a little funny. However, once we got the a/c going and cracked open the window, the smell dissipated. The bathroom felt clean, and I appreciated the water pressure and hot water. The staff was polite and friendly whenever we encountered them, and getting dropped off at the airport in the morning was super simple. You just need to email/call ahead and give them your flight details. Getting picked up was a little more confusing the night before because we weren't told where to meet the shuttle. The driver eventually found us though (with a sign with your name on it), and they pick you up in a black and orange van marked with the hotel name.

The worst part of our stay was the little bugs (size and feel of small ants) in our room. There were only maybe four that I saw, but no one likes insects in their hotel room.

The best part of our stay was the included breakfast-- it felt like a large spread, and because we were jet lagged, it was so nice that they start serving breakfast early at 5:00am. They had hot Indonesian food, a continental breakfast, porridge with various toppings, coffees, teas, and juices, fruits, health drinks, and at some point in the morning they set up an omelette station and a noodle station. This was a pretty sweet deal. We will probably stay here again when we have a quick stopover in Jakarta.

Awesome hotel service and airport shuttle pick up

Overall very satisfied with service the hotel provided. The airport picked up was great. They called you to confirm it, but you need to call them to inform the time of arrival and flight details. It is 12 minutes drive from the airport. The main purpose I picked this hotel was for an overnight rest before I continue with the next flight the next day. The premessa was what I expected. But the hotel service I highly recommended. They even called you to remind about the breakfast about to close so you won't missed it. Definitely will go back there again if I am looking for a awesome service and the convince of the airport distance

Ask for a room with a window. Interior rooms do not have windows and they feel claustraphobic. The staff switched the rooms promptly for us. It was nice, modern, clean and popular with Indonesian tour groups. Restaurant food was inexpensive and good. Would stay again. Also, hotel provides complimentary airport shuttle.

Super close to the airport. 24 check-in was appreciated. Great breakfast and there was an airport shuttle every hour to save cost driving back to the airport in the morning.

Amazing Breakfast Buffet

Booked this place as a transit hotel at the beginning of my Indonesia holiday. Got upgraded from a Deluxe Room to a Superior Room which was surprisingly windowless, but was OK for a two night stay. Everything's all right with this hotel, room is clean, staff is friendly but the best thing is the breakfast buffet. The selection is outstanding and the quality is very good.
Hotel is 2 minutes walk from a small convenience store if basic supplies are needed
Can recommend this place to anyone.

Great for layovers, perfect pick up, drop off.

In terms of service, our stay at J was really smooth and effortless. They picked us up at the airport and dropped us off really efficiently. The location is extremely convenient for layovers. Of course not the best neighborhood for tourism. Beds are comfy and clean, bathrooms are run down.

人やサービスは普通だけど、建物が古い。

•深夜に着く成田からの直行便で利用しました。フライトNo.を事前にメールで知らせたらワッツアップで当日到着したら電話するようにとのことでした。
電話してもお互いにら聞き取りにくくてメッセージでやりとりしました。
ホテルのロゴをプリントした車で、制服を着たスタッフが迎えにきてくれました。

•気になった点は部屋のお掃除。朝食の食器は綺麗だったのに、部屋のガラスやポット、カップは不潔な印象だった、欠けてたり水跡がついたままになってた。ポットでお湯を沸かすと黒い何かがカップに浮いていた。

•500mlの水2本がサービス
　
•お部屋のエアコンはしっかり効いてます

No me gustó nada. Es un hotel de bajo standard. Viejo, ubicado en un sector donde la calle está destruida y llena de camiones y a pesar que no está lejos del aeropuerto, eso hace que se demore como 20 minutos o más y debería ser menos de 5 minutos. Es un hotel de baja categoría. Aire acondicionado no funcionaba bien

スタッフの方々は、英語が通じて、丁寧でフレンドリーでした。
空港への送迎サービスが旅行前に上手く連絡が取れずタクシーを使おうかと思ったのですが、空港のインフォメーションデスクでダメ元で尋ねると電話をして下さり、20分位で迎えに来てくれました。空港から迂回するので、車が渋滞してなくても20〜30分かかります。片言なりに英語で色々と話してくれるドライバーのフミナリ？さん「僕の事も口コミに書いておいてね」と言っていたので、書いておきます。笑
ホテルのすぐ隣に小さなコンビニがあり便利でした。

シャワーのお湯が出ず、言ったら対応して貰えたのかもしれないですが、気づいたのが遅い時間だったのと、気温が高かったので諦めて水浴びして寝ました。チェックインの直後にちゃんとお湯が出るか確認しておくべきでした。

A stop over hotel for transfering flight

Hotel ok not more. Room small , Bed really stiff, verybusy road big truck passing all night so if you have a room close to the road you cam ear them all night. Restaurant have good menu selection but half of the choices are not available. Cheap ok hotel if you only stay there couple hour before taking a flight

整體來說，若是過境必需夜宿旅館，這是經濟實惠的選擇˙。但有兩個問題要注意，（1）機場免費shuttle等得有點久，車況不佳；（2）旅館外面環境不好，只能待在房間。

空港母近い便利なホテル

インドネシア出張の時はいつも利用しています。理由は空港まで近い、シャトルバスで送迎してくれる、朝食の種類が多い、ホテルの近隣に３つコンビニがある、食べ物屋さんが多いからです。とても便利で気に入っています。

Rats in walls

No one really spoke english so communicating with the staff was really hard.
The condition of the hotel room was really bad. It was clean but really old and a lot of stuff broken.
It would be ok for a one night stay it it wasn't for the rats in the walls. The little guys footsteps woke us up in the middle ok the night.
Would definetely not recommend.

Transit at Jakarta

We spent only one night for the transit and it was perfect. We already came at the beggining of trip and came back without any doubt. The pickup at the airport was on time despite. I recommend this hotel for a transit knowing that the city is far.
