the AC very NOISY, the staffs are not friendly, we didn't get our breakfast, they said it was not included, the supervisor in the restaurant told us that we must pay extra for the breakfast, which i already included by the time i ordered the room, and i was rescheduled for a month later suddenly they said breakfast was not included, and it made my 7 years old daughter cried because she didnt get her breakfast, service are horrible, no way im going back to this hotel

Wonderful stay at Swiss-Belhotel near the airport in Jakarta. Rooms were comfortable and clean. Showers were great, with wonderful water pressure. Breakfast was delicious with a wide selection of local and international foods. Great service and welcome. Would definitely stay again when flying into and out of Jakarta.

This hotel is very convenient for air travelers. The staff are friendly and attentive to guests’ needs. The room is bright, spacious and the bed is comfortable. The breakfast has lots of selection. The free shuttle is a plus.
I have a pleasant stay. The only suggestion is the reclining sofa needs to be upgraded as it is sagging. Other than that, all is good!

This hotel is located a short distance from the airport, shuttle is provided both ways. The hotel is very clean and modern with good amenities and the plus side is that there are food options within the precinct of the hotel in a mini mall area. The hotel location in terms of distance from airport and downtown should be weighed with your needs when visiting Jakarta

The reception guy is TERRIBLE,, so FAR from bring friendly or helpful..
The guy who served me called PUTRA and absolutely NOT SUITABLE for his job..
In terms of cleanliness for a 4 stars hotel,, I'd say pretty poor.. all the cups got lots ofnbrown stain,, the air con isn't the best.. the hair dryer almost died..
I definitely WOULD NOT RECOMMEND this hotel especially for familu stay with kids

Booked the hotel for one night for a change of flights layover as the hotel is attached to a shopping centre. ALL the shops were closed, and empty, the Spa facilities were also non existent. The room, bed and bathroom were large and comfortable, the rest was disappointing.

Stayed here twice. The reception spoke poor English. The room service was awful, the QR codes in the room for directories/room service didn’t work. You have to ask reception to give you free wifi because they forget to give it to you. The hallways were dirty and stained, and there were bugs.

Waited about one hour after midnight for shuttle to arrive.
Was able to check-in quickly and go right up to the room.
The room was very nice and the bathroom even better. In fact the bathroom was incredible. The bed was comfortable and the room was well appointed. Only complaint was the in-room-safe did not work, likely because batteries were drained..

The breakfast buffet was very good featuring a large selection of food items. Coffee cup was kept full by the attentive staff.

Checkout was great. Shuttle to airport was great.
I will definitely stay at this hotel again and would recommend it as well.

Lovely hotel and the pool atea is lovely altho only 2 seats for the hole area so if it got a few ppl there then there would be nowhere to actually sit. The pool itself is lovely and we enjoyed it.

The hotel is lovely and breakfast is also lovely but the AC in the room was almost non existant and we all had to sleep on top of the bed as tue room got pretty warm, so the lack of stars was really only for the extremely poor Air conditioning

Amazing... very near to airport and it's free shuttle even your flight at 4am. The room facilities are good. Breakfast spread were also very good. Tasty. In room service (the foods) was also delicious.

It is a good airport hotel. The rooms are not too expensive. The Breakfast Buffet is great with huge options and choices. What I didn't like was crazy prices like paying $50.00 to have a few pieces of laundry quickly washed. That's taking advantage of travellers.

Syaff could not do enpugh for us, so friendly.The room was a good size and well equipped, the AirCon could have been colder, this was raised with the reception staff Was close to airport , but still very quiet, was suprised to find the Airport Hub next door is closed down with the exception of a couple of shops.Food and drinks on site was very good, had breakfast there, a good selection available.Transfer bus to airport was very quick, about 20 minutes .

Meeting point at term3 was a bit hard to locate. Shuttle from/to airport were excellent. Pleasantly surprised with bfast variety, lots of things to choose from, although the taste of food could be improved. Room and bathroom relatively clean. Pillows were not great, though i didnt bother to ask if it could be changed as I only stayed for one night. Overall a good choice for transit hotel.

Worst hotel ever. Arrived at 3pm, room wasnt ready so they tried to downgrade us. Safe was broken. Arrived at breakfast 45 mknutes before closing and there was no food. Shuttle left late and worst, mold in the room. Anyone giving this dump a good review is an idiot or related to the manager

My stay at Swiss-Bel hotel was average. My room was in good condition. The staff at the hotel is very friendly and helpful. The laundry service was quick and my clothes smelled nice. However, the internet had a very poor connection. Also, the restaurant was closed for breakfast. So room service was required a perk or so you’d think. Breakfast was cold the first 3 days upon scheduled delivery. After complaining to the F&B manager it came warm the last 2 days. Another downfall and disappointment was nothing but beer to choose from the cocktail and wine selection.

The breakfast area setting is pretty. But they pile up the dirty dishes in the corner near my seat so its a bit put off to see that. Suggestion: maybe should have troley for dirty dishes so easy to put it at the back straight away instead of piling them up. Overall is a nice stay. Consider to stay here again if in transit.

If you have an early morning departure out of Jakarta, this hotel is a great place to stay the night before. The rooms are quite nice and well stocked for that final sleep and shower before a long journey. It’s about 5 minutes by cab or free hourly shuttle to Terminal 3 too.

You clearly pay 80% of the price for the location. The room was well worn, with defects in flooring, an extremely loud AC blower unit, and towels that should have been retired 5 years ago (rough and stained like you'd expect for $5 hostel). Service was ok but place seriously needs some updates. I wouldn't return without trying some of the other airport options first.

Rooms were a delight. Superbly designed, super comfy bed and a massive stand alone bath which you don't find in many hotels unless you are paying big money. Super clean, breakfast was ok (could have had some more vegan options) but overall definitely recommend staying here if you have a stop over.

The one restaurant was taken over by a private party so I ate dinner at a buffet set up just outside. It was fine but unexpected. The breakfast was excellent. The location as an airport hotel is perfect but there is nowhere to walk around since it is surrounded by a freeway.

The location is near the airport and other of the city. I was there for a biz meeting that was quite a distant away from city. Airport is a good in-between location that can cut down the travel time. However, there isn't much amenities around the hotel.

The restaurant in this hotel is best avoided, cold food and poor service (especially the a la'carte menu).
The 5th floor has a strong musty smell in the corridor
The room (a suite) was spacious though cost extra..
On check out they tried to charge me extra for housekeeping with a claim about sheets requiring to be laundered.. What a cheek..!!
I will not use this hotel on regular trips to Jakarta

Great overall customer service, however maybe the front desk staff that handling guests check-in need to add more additional staff. When we were check-in, there were only 1 staff at the front desk that handling the guests check-in, and at the same time, the staff was also very busy handling the incoming phone calls that keep ringing.

And also Room Service that was delivering foods need to improve.
We ordered foods to our room, we were already informed that we will pay by this XXX amount of money, so please bring the change.
When the foods come, the staff sill did not bring the change.
(Please be informed that the foods total price already charged for 20% Government Tax and Services/Tips).

But overall services (Front Desk, etc) is great.
Staff are nice, friendly, and accommodating..

The hotel itself was fine. We did have some issues with the airport pick-up though. It was difficult to find the correct meeting point and the bus was very old and not air-conditioned. By the time we reached the hotel we were drenched in perspiration.

Quiet hotel near the airport

Although the hotel is next to a busy street, it is quiet inside. Breakfast was included and is a big buffet with lots of choices. The hotel is next to a small shopping mall with some other choices for food. Not many shops (yet). We just needed a place to stay between international and domestic flights, and it was a good choice.

Nice hotel in good condition. Amazing breakfast. Unfortunately the free shuttle from the airport has to be requested and at least in my case their booking department didn't bother to answer my request, therefore I had to take a taxi from the airport to the hotel.
