The front desk staff are excellent. Check-in is always super easy and friendly. The washrooms in the suites could use some love. Newer towels and better shower amenities kits (higher end shampoo, conditioner and shower gels) should be included for the cost of the room. There is also no soap dish by the wash basin so you end up leaving the soap bar in the sink to avoid a mess. The floor in the breakfast room needs a good wash, it’s very sticky. The hotel is very conveniently located in the airport. Great for a 1 night stay.

This is an outstanding airport hotel. The rooms are large and well laid-out, the front desk staff are friendly and engaging, and -- rare among airport hotels -- the restaurant offers excellent Indonesian, Chinese, and European food. Also rare among airport hotels, the fitness center is very good. It has two treadmills, several other exercise machines, weights, and lots of space for improvized exercise. If you want to just stretch your legs you can also walk from Anara over to terminal 3, which has a nice assortment of small and medium size restaurants, as well as small convenience stores. I have stayed now more than 10 times at the Anara. It's not just a very good airport hotel, it is an excellent hotel.

The Anara was perfect for us, waiting for a connecting flight the next day. We got a two-room suite (the price was right!) and relaxed with space to rest and repack. Clean and comfortable. It's not the Four Seasons, but it's very good for what it is. The staff were very nice and very helpful. The restaurant has breakfast buffet, and we had a surprisingly tasty dinner there. Not sophisticated cuisine naturally, but friendly staff and well-spiced food (and cold beer!) The only suggestion we have is that the signage in the (enormous) terminal showing how to get to the Anara is inadequate. We had to ask directions several times. But I would guess that isn't controlled by Anara! I'd recommend using the Anara if you're making an overly tight or overnight connection at Jakarta!

Fantastic hotel and super convenient. Great room with lots of space and a lovely bathroom. Breakfast was amazing with loads of choice. Despite being part of the airport complex, can still be a bit of a walk to/from...plus entry is on the 2nd storey so directions from the airport can be a bit off.

The room was tidy. The carpet and the bathroom need more than a quick clean.
We went to breakfast at 8.30. There was not a lot left annd some of our looked very stale and unpalatable. The hotel had a couple of big groups staying, so they should continue until close of servoce to replenish the food. As a couple travelling we would have paid mote than people in the big groups, so why not look after us as well?

The scent piped throughout the hotel is wayyyyy too much. Too heavy. It doesn’t smell fresh, it stinks. The scent in the hallways and by the main elevators is nauseating. Ironic after I had signed a sheet promising I wouldn’t smoke. (I don’t smoke.)
Is such a beautiful hotel in a wonderful location. Honestly this is the only major complaint I have.

This was our second stay here dueing our travels, actually could of stayed at another hotel at companies expense but chose Anara based on experiences of past stay.

Staff is far superior than mist area hotels, they try hard to please you and to make sure your stay is 5 star.

Arrived around midnight with 7 very large and heavy luggage, as soon as they saw us approaching they came up and started to assist by taking luggage and placing in storage and asking about connecting flights, which we were switching to donestic and another terminal 10 minute drive away, luggage was over 300 lbs total.
Hotel staff arranged hotel shuttle to transport us next day along with picking up luggage and taking to shuttle to make it so eaay, costs were cheaper than hire of taxi! (Too much to take on shuttle bus or train). Now the breakfast buffet is the best, food and service is 5 star and it opens at 2:00AM for those early flights.

Can't go wrong with Anara Hotels.

The overnight stay here was very good, after we found the hotel. The wayfinding signage was very poor until you are almost there. Google takes you outside and not to the hotel at all.

The room was clean. The bathroom lean,but the shower was a bit mouldy.
The staff of the hotel were very hospitable and made our stay excellent. The buffet breakfast was extremely fresh, and a very wide array of sweet, savoury dishes.
We will stay again on our way back

Good for one night - a bit of walking required

This was a one night stop while travelling from Manado to Bali. We arrived at terminal 3 and the directions to the hotel were good but because they are renovating the terminal we had to go outside and come back in at the far end to go up the lift to the hotel (which confused us a bit). There isn't much signage for this hotel but people pointed us in the right direction. Once there the hotel was fine for one night and had everything we needed. The aircon and wifi were good and we ate dinner and breakfast at the restaurant on the mezzanine level (wine is very expensive here).
Our flight the next morning was from terminal one so we had to make our way back along the other end of T3 and go up a level for the Sky Train.

An older hotel that is extremely convenient for medium length layovers. I was able to get an earlier check-in for my 14-hour layover before my midnight departure. I LOVE in-airport hotels. There was a nice coffee/bistro in the comfortable lobby; convenient while I waited for the room. You can \"trolley\" your luggage right to the front desk, and the bellman put my luggage back on it when I left. Room was clean, updated, comfortable, dark and quiet. Would definitely recommend! This is a great choice if arriving late into CGK or if you have an early flight the next morning. Rooms are large and very comfortable. Signage from Departures/Arrivals is not great and it took a while of going back and forth to find the hotel as the signs say Bandara Hotel rather than Anara Hotel! The hotel was also able to storage baggage between my flights out and back to Jakarta at a very reasonable cost. Very small point, and quite amusing as I look back on it. On all three nights that I stayed (individual nights over a two week period), the Hotel said they had run out/sold out of wine! This is a large international hotel!
