The room was clean, and front desk staff was extremely friendly. The only minus was the breakfast staff that said in a tone that was pushy and said they were closing soon . I replied there is still 30 minutes left before the end of ‘breakfast’ and that is plenty of time. ( it was a continental breakfast, breads and drinks only, self serve).

Newly remodeled double room. Great location to the station. Friendly staff speaks English. Enjoyed the unique pastry buffet and the coffee machine. Soothing & relaxing lightly fragraced bath salts available. Water bottle proved daily. Choose daily towel service or have the room cleaned.

Perfect location near Shizuoka Station. Clean, comfortable rooms. Got the room with 2 \"large twins\". They are bigger twin beds, but just know it'll be super tight if you're trying to fit 2 people in 1 bed. Not a complaint, just making aware.

Loved It!

Checking in was both smooth and pleasant. The room was clean & comfortable. Room & toilet amenities were more than adequate. Housekeeping staff were very efficient.

Breakfast was simple but enough.

Location was fantastic. Near the train station. Walking distance to Sumpu Castle & some of the local sights. Walking distance to plenty of eateries.

Mini-Stop convenience store is a minute walk from the front entrance.

Rooms are small, like many in Japan. If you travel with big luggage/suitcases you might want to rethink...otherwise it's a great hotel.

I really enjoyed my three nights, and I decided to extend my stay for a whole month. I am the founder and CEO of an International Cultural Exchange organization and will be in Japan doing academic research. The front desk staff has been friendly and kind. The only situation that I found disturbing was the night staff front desk person that told me I could not eat the food that I had prepared in the lobby microwave in the dining area. She said I had to go to my room and eat. The only microwave is on the 1st floor lobby, so if you go down to the lobby to heat some food you have to take it to your room to eat, you can not eat it in the cafeteria that is right next to the microwave on the 1st floor. The cafeteria is completely empty in the evening. What was disturbing was the manner in which the evening front desk clerk spoke, there was no politeness, (Sir, excuse me, I'm sorry but, can you please..., the way she spoke sounded rude. I just picked up my food and I apologized and went up to my room to finish my Japanese noodles. Besides this situation, I really like this hotel and it is where I will stay when I am in Shizuoka.

Basic room, enough space for two people. Cheap laundry on 10th floor (only one machine) but the drying function is slow. Better to dry stuff by hanging it in your room—even pants should be dry by morning. Good shower. Breakfast OK, just a simple buffet of pastries. Location is super convenient to the train station and close enough to walk to the main shopping and restaurant area. Not a destination hotel but perfect as a stop on the way back from the Alps area.

Staff Discriminated me by demanding a copy of my ID because I am a foreigner in a very rude way. A resident is not required to give out copies of their card so I felt very embarrassed in front of my colleagues. My Japanese colleague did not have to give a copy even though we checked in at the same time and reserved on the same website. I am considering to sue if they do not apologize.

Convenient location for sightseeing in Shizuoka City. We had three adults in one room for two nights, so at check in I asked for three access cards to the room. I was told \"No\" without an apology or explanation. I have lived in Japan long enough to know it isn't asking too much, and if it was then a Japanese guest would never be told \"No\" they would be told \"Sorry, it is not possible\" or similar. So here is your mediocre service/staff rating, you earned it.

Quick stopover stay to watch Scotland game at Ecopa. Very comfortable and good value for money. Hotel had Smart phone for use around town giving free calls and WiFi. Breakfast was nice and staff had put luggage into room as we were late back from game. Would stay again-good value.

It's only 3minutes walk from both JR Shizuoka station and local railway. A cafe runs at the first floor as a tenant, it's convenient to use it in the morning. I the room, conditioner is equipped as well as shampoo, also pajamas is served, which is hospitable especially for women.

短距離だと駅前だけど、目の前に大きい通りがあって遠回りで横断歩道を渡るか、地下道を通らないとだどりつけない。建物や部屋もとても古く、使い勝手が悪い。うっかり櫛を忘れてしまって、フロントのアメニティを探したけどないので、フロントに声をかけたら出してくれた。エコの観点からそうしてるんだろうね。

スタッフの対応はとても親身に誠実に対応してくださり、助かりました。どのスタッフも聞いたことにはきちんと、調べてから教えてくださり心強かったです。ただ内容が不便な方のバス時間や、アドバイスだったので、バス案内で確認した時間の1時間早く駅で待ちぼうけになってしまいました。

在静岡站北口出行5分鐘內,酒店對面14號巴士站可搭機場巴士到静岡機場,十分方便,周邊購物食肆很多,但酒店設施有點舊,早餐只提供麵包,但整體可接受

駅に非常に近いのが良いです。設備面も、建物少し古くなっているようですが快適でした。朝食のサービスは、いろいろなパンをチョイスするもので、少々変わってました。また、唯一の欠点は、エレベーターが一基しかなく、少し待つこともあったことぐらいです。

なお、禁煙者なのに喫煙可の部屋予約を（ホテル側のミスではなく私が）してしまったのですが、かえって恐縮されてしまい申し訳なく思います。実際のところ、ほとんど気になりませんでした。

일단 침대가 편해서 좋습니다.

시즈오카 역에서 도보로 2분거리에 있는 호텔입니다.
기본적으로 시즈오카 역과는 지하도로 이어져 있어, 덕분에 접근성은 워낙 좋았습니다.
걸어서 20초거리에 미니스톱 편의점이 있는 점 또한 좋았고, 직원들의 친절함, 1층 프론트 앞에 입욕제 및 필요한 1회용품이 구비되어 있는 점 또한 좋았습니다.

가격대비하여 침대가 매우 편안했고, 이는 여행의 피로를 없애는데 매우 좋았습니다.

チェックイン時のロビーの方がとても丁寧に応対していただきました。客室も綺麗で、禁煙室だったのでタバコの匂いが全く無く快適に過ごせました。朝は団体の方がみえたので、朝食の、結構待たされました。とても美味しいパンでしたが、お盆やお皿、コップなど補充が十分できていなくて、お盆を前の人が使ったあとの物を布巾で叩くだけで渡されたとき、食べ残しがついていたので、ちょっと残念でした。テーブルが満席で座れなくて、
