일단 역이랑 가까움. 신시즈오카역은 3분? 시즈오카역은 10분 안걸리는? 신시즈오카역 통하는 쇼핑몰 입구가 10초거리이고 건물지하엔 바로 맥도날드에 근처에 웬만한 편의시설은 다있다.
방이 크진 않지만 일본치고는 괜찮은편. 더블룸 둘이서 썼는데 나쁘진 않았고, 욕실은 꽤나 널찍했다.
청결도는 콘센트쪽에 머리카락 몇개보였던 것 빼곤 전체적으로 깨끗했고, 어메니티도 필요한만큼 서비스데스크에서 가져갈 수 있어 좋았다. 스태프들 다 친절하셨다.

I had a wonderful stay at this property. First of all, the staff was very polite and helpful. A receptionist even spoke my first language, Spanish, so that was very helpful. The hotel is a very nice property, well maintained and cozy. It is close to everything in Shizuoka, and the train station is just a few minutes walking. I would definitely stay here again. High cost performance
Despite locating right in front of a shopping mall and bus terminal, the hotel still keeps a room quiet. The single room has no bus tub, though it is enough equipped, meaning it has enough amenities like shampoo and conditioner, and warm toilet. The room seems to get renovated recently, each facility is clean. It was a nice staying in Shizuoka. Want to book there again.

혼자이용했는데, 체크인할때 서툰한국어로도 얘기해주시고 안내종이도 한국어로 받아서 좋았어요. 바로 뒤에 세노바 매장도 있고 아래층엔 맥날, 디럭스스토어도 있어서 쇼핑하기 너무 좋았습니다. 혼자 이용하기엔 방도 청결하고 화장실도 적합하고 주변시설 이용하기도 너무 좋았습니다.
