Would not expect the hotel to be a 4 star. Both the locks on the toilet doors were broken in the room, they said someone would come out to fix this and no one did. The room was for 4 of us yet there were only 2 balcony chairs, when we asked for even one more we were told no. There was no fridge in the room and the aircon barely worked. There were not many sun loungers considering the size of the hotel itself. One of the staff members was friendly and helped where she could but one was really blunt when we asked any questions regarding the room. The balcony was a lot smaller than in the photos and the lighting in the room was quite poor as well as the balcony light not working. There was no fan in the bathroom which made the rest of the room very hot especially with poor aircon. Only one room key could be provided between 4 adults. The room was relatively modern but due to the facilities we wouldn’t stay again.

It is a very nice place to stay at. The location is somewhat complicated to park your vehicle and use public transport. Everything else was very good. The Buffet Breakfast is superb! The property is a bit tired and is showing its age. But everything works! Extremely comfy beds!!!

Nice pleasant clean hotel in great location near restaurants and bars. Room cleaned daily with plenty of towels too. Staff were pleasant to deal with.
Not enough sunloungers at pool to cater for guests and parking was a nightmare in Salou- it defeated having a hired car as you were afraid to drive anywhere for fear of not parking your car afterwards
Overall we had a lovely relaxed break

Got almost NO sleep

I booked this hotel because they claimed there was a parking garage but when we arrived at 5 pm the garage was supposedly full so we had to pay to park on the street. There was very loud partying going on in the street until past 2:30 and then it started up again at 5:45 am with people chanting and yelling for another 45 minutes or more. The room was very nice but I can’t recommend this place to anyone other than a party animal.

Room massive!!!! And quiet, people moaning about the arcade mist go to bed early as it shuts by 12 so we never heard it.

pros: Bright spacious rooms, lge bathroom, toiletries and hairdryer, comfy bed CONS: open hanging for clothes no wardrobes, not enough storage, NO FRIDGE no kettle but can be hired, same with iron, one hook in bathroom for 4 people? no towel rail except over the bath. No local information provided. 1 chair in a 2 bedroom 2 chairs on balcony. POOL small and only half deep enough to swim in but it was warm although in shade from mid afternoon onwards. No entertainment and no lounge. Surrounded by other hotels so no grounds and you have the noise from the oasis park and another. Location good. Photo is deceptive it has no grounds and is on a main road. A Fridge and Brewing up facilities would make a big difference although the hotel would still lack any facilities. People ignore the pool rules and staff dont bother and pool is far too small to ignore people putting big animal inflatables in it. WOULDNT STAY AGAIN DUE TO LACK OF THE ABOVE. TV only has 3 news channels in english which is repeated over and over. We had a poolside room asked for non smoking which we got but had to put up with the people on either side of us smoking on their balconies which wafted over to us and meant we had to keep going inside and closing the doors and windows. they should group all smokers together.Pets are allowed which is not good as people leave them even though theyre not supposed to. NOT 4 STAR more of 2/3. Safe available in room but costs 4 euros a day. Staff generally friendly

Didnt stay full board but did pay for the evening meal one night which you do at reception . Again a big variety on offer . Close to the beach and all shops bars and resturants . The Hotel is located very close to main hustle, but not too close for all noise etc.
We went Full board which gave u breakfast buffet in morning, specific menu for lunch & buffet for evening. Food was plentiful & reasonable selection each night, breakfast in morning was not warm but other meals were good. Staff on first day I thought were dreadful but following day they were so pleasant & helpful I couldn't fault.
Outside pool was ample size with enough beds to cater for patrons up until around lunchtime when it started to get busier. Lifeguard on duty from start to finish each day 10-20:00.
Rooms where ample size with balcony- we had quadruple room, this was a large room divided by sliding door to create 2 bedrooms with access to bathroom from either room.
Supermarket etc within a minute walk either left right up or down.
Bus stop within 2 min walk, with bus excursion/ transfer service available - very useful if coming fro airport! Etc.
Overall good Hotel & would recommend with the main positives being staff & location!
3 beaches in walking distance!
Main beach promenade around 10-15 walk!

Our room was spacious, nicely decorated and overlooked the pool area. Balcony was a good size too. We chose this hotel because we have stayed before in their hotel in Roses and found it good, another bonus is they take dogs. Evening meal wasn’t buffet (not summer season yet), but still good, breakfast had plenty of choice. Not too far from beach, although a longer walk to the main one. Overall enjoyed our stay.

Stayed here for 2 weeks with free upgrade. Lovely, bright and large room divided into 2 so we had our own secluded space away from the children within the room. My children loved it. 5-10 mins from the beach depending on which section of the beech you want to go to. Lots of shops, restaurants and clubs nearby. 10 mins from portaventura by bus.
Breakfast was English but no baked beans. Hardly any variations though but they made me omelette when I had had enough of the fried,scrambled and boiled eggs on offer. The staff were amazing especially the gentleman by the dining room door who ensured I was happy. Their policy not to take food, or even croissants etc, out of the dining room did not go down with me especially when my daughter wasn’t feeling well and couldn’t go down to eat. I don’t think it is a good 4* yet as there isn’t any form of evening entertainment like you would get in a 3*. So unless you go out of the hotel,it can be boring.

L'hôtel en lui-même est propre, le personnel est très sympathique. Petit dej cher pour la qualité moyenne des produits. Piscine plus petite que sur les photos. Parking payant 12e par nuit, et obligé de payer pour tout le séjour, dommage... car en mi saison il est possible de trouver dans la rue. Nous n'avons pas eu de chance : nous étions côté rue, juste en face d'un petit complexe de jeux vidéo, billard, hockey, et c'est très bruyant jusqu'à minuit. Et des gens trainent dans la rue jusqu'à 4h et ne respectent pas du tout le repos des autres + travaux des 8h30 le matin mais cette info je ne l'ai reçu qu'une fois ma réservation payée, ce n'est pas très fairplay.

I loved staying at this hotel. We had a reservation at a different hotel, but they left us hanging and Expedia helped us to switch hotels so we ended up staying at Hotel Salou beach. They knew what we went through and were extra helpful and accommodating, even though it wasn’t their fault at all!

Very clear and good instructions to check in. There is a construction in the street around the hotel so it’s a little difficult to get there but if you call they’ll help you patiently.

I would stay there again no doubts! :)

Room was clean, spacious and comfortable. Pool was pretty and clean.

Me encanto quedarme en este hotel. Teníamos una reserva para otro lugar pero nos quedaron mal entonces Expedía nos consiguió una reservación en este hotel Salou beach. La persona que nos recibió sabía de lo que nos paso y fue muy amable y empatica, nos ayudó bastante aunque no tuvo nada que ver con la experiencia de donde veníamos.

Las instrucciones del checkin fueron buenas y claras, a pesar de la hora. Hay una construcción en la calle en los alrededores del hotel pero si llamas al hotel ellos pacientemente te explican bien cómo llegar.

Me volvería a quedar, sin duda!!

El cuarto era limpio, cómodo y espacioso. La piscina bonita y limpia. :)

Correct pour le prix, mais que de bruit...

Hôtel correct et prix défiant toute concurrence... mais mieux vaut ne pas avoir le sommeil léger. Les fenêtres simple vitrage ne couvrent absolument pas le bruit de la rue jusqu'à tard dans la nuit. Dommage, car les chambres sont grandes et le balcon est un véritable plus.

Su expedia risultava un aparthotel, quindi credevo avesse con la cucina in camera come da foto su expedia, presenti sul posto era un hotel con 4 stelle ma se ne merita 2 al massimo 3, vantaggi camera grande, bagno grande e posizione ottima in centro città, svantaggi : pulizia scarsa, altre strutture attorno che si affacciano nella camera, vetri non oscurati, vetri senza isolamento acustico, molto rumoroso, in camera mia si sentiva passare tutti gli scarichi dei piani superiori, muri sottili, cassaforte a pagamento, nella camera dei miei amici all'ultimo piano salivano gli odori degli scarichi, parcheggio striminzito che devi stare attento a non danneggiare l'auto, assenza di frigo in camera, nessun armadio chiuso ma solo un finto appendi abiti con qualche cassetto, un solo rotolo di carta igienica per 3 persone per 5gg, nessun kit cortesia tipo bollitore con bicchieri.

Prima accommodatie,kleiner dan verwacht. Balkon wel mega groot. Top locatie. Kleine baai met strand. Schoon water ,geen stenen en wier. Alles op loopafstand. Openbaar vervoer naar attracties om de hoek. Erg aardig personeel,op 1 jongen na. Als je die gedag zei aan de balie zei ie niks terug. Elke dag schoonmaak als je dat wenst en schone handdoeken.Eten op zich prima..idd geen koelkast op kamer ,maar ook niet gemist. Op elke hoek zit een supermarkt met koel betaalbaar drinken.wij gaan volgend jaar weer terug naar deze accommodatie.

El hotel está muy viejo en general. Es cierto que las habitaciones han sido reformadas, pero el hotel en sí no da la talla de un hotel 4 estrellas. Mas bien un 3 justito. Estuvimos en media Pensión y la comida deja mucho que desear… lo mejor de todo, el personal del comedor, gente muy trabajadora y encantadora, siempre con una sonrisa… un 10 para los camareros.

Bon séjour malgré le bruit

L’hôtel ne dispose que de 15 places de parking… quelle galère pour trouver une place dans cette petite ville touristique.
Superbe chambre spacieuse et très propre avec un joli balcon. Pas de double vitrage, dommage car les passants nous font profiter de leur bruit toute la nuit.
Le personnel à l’accueil est agréable et très à l’écoute.

Hôtel proche de la plage (5min) avec tous les commerces et restaurants a proximité.
Parking possible a l'hôtel (mais exigu).
Personnel de l'hôtel serviable et sympa (surtout au resto). Le resto est correcte et assez varié. Piscine au top.
Le ménage entre 2 nuits est sommaire.
En revanche l'isolation phonique (les fenêtres) est catastrophique voire inexistante et gâche le séjour. On entend tout ce qui se passe dehors (musique à fond dans les bars, et dans la rue et les gens qui hurlent chaque nuit jusqua 6h00 du matin...).

Fijne locatie! De kamer wordt dagelijks goed schoongemaakt en is heerlijk groot. Minder goed is de airco, niet sterk genoeg in de zomer waardoor het erg warm is in de kamer. Het ontbijt is echt waardeloos. Wij hadden geen ontbijt bijgeboekt maar gingen toch een keer naar het buffet, alles was op en bij vraag kreeg ik te horen dat het fruit bijvoorbeeld ook echt op was. Het a la carte restaurant is goed maar wat een slechte bediening! Het zwembad is ok. De parkeergarage ingang stijl maar prima, zou wel een lampje ophangen!

Chambre avec une odeur de renfermé vite résolu par l'hôtel à l'aide d'un produit anti odeur. Chambre comportant 2 pièces dont l'un dépourvu de climatisation, et donc étouffante. Hôtel très bruyant dû fait que les jeunes font la fête et rentre a 5/6h du matin en état d'ébriété. Je déconseille cette hôtel si vous voulez de la tranquillité.

Hôtel mal isolé, clientèle essentiellement là pour faire la fête, très compliqué pour se garer autour et impossible si on ne veut pas payer.
Heureusement que le personnel est très agréable et efficace !!! Bon petit déjeuner hors mis des jus très moyen.

Jeg ankom til hotellet og fik afvide at der ikke var en ledig parkeringsplads på hotellet. Jeg blev henvist til 2 offentlige parkeringspladser, et stykke fra hotellet.
Min kone er i kørestol, så det var ikke idelt. Det var også et utrygt område, så vi valgte at sige øv for at miste 1500kr og kørte videre.

Alojamiento con ruidos elevados hasta las 6 y media de la mañana. Si tienen cerca discotecas tendrán que mejorar las ventanas.

La habitación no dispone de nevera para poder beber agua o lo que sea frío a media noche.

Además no dispone de armarios cerrados.

Hotellet er fint placeret. ikke i centrum, men lige i udkanten af larmen.
Poolområdet trænger til en opgradering, det samme er gældende for stolene. Der var dog altid plads ved poolen.
Morgenmadsbuffeten er fin, men aftensmadsbuffeten er virkelig dårlig. vi havde betalt for 3 dage, men spiste der kun en dag.
Dagligt kunne vi ikke komme ind i vores værelse, fordi personalet blev ved med at give nøglen en forkert udtjekningsdato.
Man kan finde bedre, men bestemt også værre.

La habitación estaba bien, pero algunas toallas no es que estuvieran muy limpias, además, por la noche es muy ruidosa y apenas puedes dormirte. Las habitaciones no están nada insonorizadas, así que lo escuchas absolutamente todo. (Los turistas a las 5 de la mañana se ponen a gritar en la calle los que han salido de fiesta). El secador de pelo no tiene boquilla (para algunos será un problemón y para otros no). El primer día la comida estaba muy bien, pero de repente el día siguiente la comida estaba bastante regular, un poco depecionante. El desayuno es normalillo, no nos vayamos a poner exquisitos. Pero lo peor que tiene el hotel es el parking. Pocas plazas, una rampa de miedo (da gracias que no se te raye el coche) y oscuro. Por algo son 15€ el día… Cabe destacar que el personal tanto de recepción como de limpieza son amables.

Nous avons passé une nuit dans votre hotel dans le cadre familial. L endroit etait très bien. Propre, spacieux,... il manquait un petit frigo et un micro onde.
Par contre le buffet du petit dejeuner etait juste extraordinaire

Hyvä hotelli hiljaisella paikalla. Hotellin englantilaisturistit häiritsivät naapurissa huutamalla ja riehumalla. Seinien läpi kuuluu meteli helposti. Siisti ja hyvä hotelli muuten.

Pros:
- location
- friendly staff
- Salou’s best restaurant downstairs

Cons:
- no refrigerator, or cooler of any kind in room
- food was bad, breakfast being slightly better. Dinner was so bad, we skipped over half of them
- no pool bar
- very bad sound insulation, from both inside and out
- dinner was in a different hotel, 10 minutes away, uphill

If location is your top priority, it’s a decent choose.
Don’t prepay for meals. Staff is nice.

Bon emplacement mais hôtel bruyant.

Bon emplacement mais impossible de se reposer et de dormir car il y a un gros problème de manque d’isolation phonique. Beaucoup de bruits dans la chambre du fait des canalisations d’eau non isolées : bruits importants d’évacuation des eaux usées. Bruits des femmes de chambre tôt le matin, bruits nocturnes, grésillements dans la chambre, bruits extérieurs du fait d’un simple vitrage… Pas de tables de nuit ni de tablette de chaque côté du lit.

Personnel agréable. Les chambres sont assez propres, sauf les rideaux et le dessus de certaines prises murales poussiéreuses.
L'isolation entre les chambres est pas bonne, on entend le voisin prendre sa douche.
La vue est pas top du balcon, juste en face d'un immeuble d'habitation.
Attention leur parking est payant (12 euros par jour je crois) et les places sont petites. Mais les places extérieures dans la rue sont en général gratuites.

Ahora hay obras y la habitación daba a la calle con esas obras, así que fue ruidosa. La piscina es muy pequeña. El desayuno caro, en un hotel de 4 estrellas tiene que haber zumo natural. El parking caro también.

Hotel en la zona de discotecas. Dónde va toda la gente joven. Botellones en las terrazas de las habitaciones. Gritos por los pasillos durante toda la noche….
Si eres joven, totalmente recomendable; si vas con familia o buscando tranquilidad, no es la zona para ir.

Trop bruyant, très mal insonorisé

Gros point négatif : extrêmement bruyant, il n'y a que du simple vitrage, la chambre donne sur un espace de jeux, bruits une bonne partie de la nuit.. on entend les gens, le bruit des palets et boules de billard comme si la fenêtre était restée entre-ouverte..
Bon accueil, parle Francais.
Chambre propre, balcon propre, mis à part les rideaux qui étaient tachés... Séparation entre les deux chambres pratique mais la porte coulissante de notre chambre etait cassée donc ne se fermait pas...
La lumière sur le balcon reste allumée toute la nuit.. il n'y a pas de Store que des rideaux.
Nous n'avons pas pris de petit déjeuner à l'hotel au vu des commentaires précédents. Bon petit déjeuner situé carrer de la Gavina, bar playa mero.
Il y a tout à proximité pharmacie, supermercat, resto, centre.
Séjour fin octobre 2023 donc il y avait de la place pour se garer facilement et non payant.
Ville très touristique.

Hôtel très sympa par contre lit bébé demander à la réservation et à notre arrivée pas de lit et à la réception il n a même pas voulu se déplacer pour y aller avec un enfant de deux ans sans lit bébé on a passé une nuit atroce dommage qu il n y a pas la volonté de faire plaisir aux clients
Donc pour moi j en garde un souvenir amer dommage pour un hôtel 4 étoiles
