I had an absolute fabulous time, and the young man on night shift call Henry who could speak English was so helpful as I flew into Madrid and and had to get two trains and Taxis to get to my hotel and I was so worried about getting back to Madrid I ask the receptios Henry who could speak very good English who told me I had to go to camp Taragona to get the fast train to Madrid he was very helpful pointing me in the right direction thank you very much and I will be coming back to the hotel very soon as the food and accommodation was beautiful thank you Caroline jenkins ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Very pleasant hotel, very clean with friendly, respectful staff. Rooms are very basic with extremely hard mattresses. There are no extras in the room, such as coffee/tea making facilities, and no iron or ironing board in any of the rooms. Air conditioning worked, but certainly wasn't cold or powerful enough.

Hotel Best San Francisco stay

Stayed 3 nights. Had 2 double beds pushed together so plenty of room! Great shower! Very clean room and bathroom.
Rooms overlooking pool had sun on them all day. Rooms overlooking road were shady most of the day. Only criticism was our air con although working didnt throw out cold air.
Plenty of sunbeds around the pool. Doors opened to pool area so towels werent on sunbeds at 6am. Still had the problem of people laying towels out and disappearing for the day.
Good entertainment throughout day and during evenings poolside with decent priced bar.
Decent lifts in hotel, totally accessible throughout. Seperate area for charging and storing mobility scooters
Breakfast served between 8-10am, large selection to eat but hot food was just warm.
Bus stop immediately outside hotel which takes you to Salou, Cambrils, Reus and Barcelona Airport.
Great location hotel with eateries within 2 mins, shops and bars 5 mins walk and beach 10 mins walk.
Hotel good for couples and/or families
Would definitely return to the hotel if visiting again and would definitely recommend

Worst hotel in my life

Hotel Review

This was the worst hotel experience of my life. I would even call it a motel! It doesn't deserve any stars at all.

My family and I were supposed to stay for two days, but we barely managed to endure one night. We were in a desperate situation and needed to sleep after a long flight. The room was small and in dire need of renovation. The towels had yellow stains, and when we asked for replacements, we were given slightly cleaner ones. The toilet and bathtub were also stained, and there were hairs on the walls from previous guests. We initially thought the pillows on the beds were decorative, but the reception explained that the thin, long pillows were standard. The mattress was extremely hard.

The water in the pool looked cloudy, so we didn't feel like swimming in it. After reading reviews from past guests about food poisoning, we decided not to try the hotel's food.

The only positive aspect of the hotel was the staff, who were very responsive and friendly.

Our room was not really clean correctly, hairs was still left in the shower tray when we book in, one day when we got back from a trip our door was not locked, the cleaner did not lock it after cleaning...the room was really basic with outdated furniture, air conditioner works great, but room was tiny for 3 people..
We did not go in the swimming pool has it can be crowded very quitly because of its size. Staff was pleaseant and helpful, i did left some tips for the restaurant staff as they seem to work very hard..foods were average while the foods choice was acceptable..will i come back there?..No.

The food was desapointing ! Not worthy of a 4 star hotel !
No much deversity in the menu and most of the time the bffet food was at best luke warm on the dispay ! Worse was the grill for breakfast and diner.Staff not trained properly and hyginic ! When doing an omelette the person behind the grill didn't use a spoon to put the ingredients although the spoons were in the bowl ! The person after touching dirty wiping cloth went on picking up ingredient with her hand ( with gloves ) !On one instance the glove droped fron the trolley but that gloveswas picked up and used insteed of being binned and changed for a clean one !! Fish at grilled was not cooked properly ! This hotel needs to improve on its menu and training staff working behind the grill in terms of hygine and professionalism !
Swimming pool was small for a 4 star and no gym !
This hotel derseves at best a 3 and half star.

The hotel is a 10min walk to the beach and 30 min walk to theme parks, so for us the location was great. Staff were friendly and the hotel was very clean and welcoming.
We found the bed a bit hard... otherwise a great stay.

The hotel is very nice and recently decorated. Receptionist was friendly and welcoming. Hotel was very clean and bright. Dining room was a little cramped and I felt badly organised. I don't know why the desserts/puddings had the starters and mains either side. I'd recommend to move the desserts to the far end of the room. However, this was a minor thing really. There were also 2 bottles of water and 2 soft drinks provided for free in Mini Bar. A really nice touch.Overall the hotel was fantastic value for money and I would recommend it.

Worth a visit

Very smart hotel, good location, small but very clean modern rooms, that's all you need. Room overlooking pool area which again was immaculate. Friendly bar and restaurant staff. Food variety was wide and well presented. Just around the corner from were the main shops and bars start and a short distance from nearest beach. Nothing bad to say about hotel or its services. Would definitely return .

Great location, food was better than I expected. Rooms are very tight but it was good to see they included a mini fridge and put a few complimentary drinks there for our arrival. Pool was quite nice but it needs maintenance repairs. Several tiles in the pool need replacing and the tiles along the edge of both the main pool and paddling pool need full repair as the grout has broken

Only disappointment that bothered me was the pool attendant, the first few days pool inflatables were allowed then a new person came and decided he wanted to ban them. This meant several guests had paid 15-20 euros for inflatables that were no longer allowed. We only bought them as the first attendant allowed them. He was reasonable and agreed they could be used but that we would take them out when it was busy. Then two days later a new attendant decided on banning them all, it was disappointing for the children and I'm still annoyed by the inconsistency.

Bring your own wine opener!

We stayed here for two nights between our trip to Priorat wineries. The hotel is decent for its price. However, one single issue (or policy) almost ruined our stay.

We bought some wine from Priorat and would like to enjoy it in our room in the evening. However, we forgot to bring our own opener. So, naturally we tried to ask for help from the hotel staff.

To my surprise, the bartender at the lobby refused to open guest's own wine and send me to the reception. Then the manager on duty at the reception told me they do not have openers and asked me to approach the bar.

I have lived in more hotels than I can count and this is the first time I encounter a situation like this. Anyway, if you want to drink your own wine in this hotel, bring your own opener!

Loud late night entertainment ruined sleep.

I would definitely say for starters this hotel is a 3 star rather than a 4.
Food quality was pretty poor and ended up avoiding dinner at the hotel, breakfast was a bit better.
I could not fault the facilities of the hotel, pool, bar, lobby area and Toilets where clean and pleasant.
Issues with air con not working properly. The receptionist when queried just told me “oh they don’t work in all the rooms” however he did tell me how to ‘possibly’ fix the issue by flicking some switches in the fuse box which thankfully did work. But even then the air con was poor and we had no control over temperature and fan speed which was annoying due to when you leave the room and take your room key it shuts the air con off.
Biggest complaint which for me means we won’t be returning was the late night entertainment. Now firstly let me say it’s great the hotel does this... but 9pm until Midnight EVERYNIGHT apart from Monday’s is just crazy (on some nights the DJ had barely people watching). We had a first floor pool side room and the music was crazy loud, for somewhere that calls itself a family friendly hotel playing music that late and loud into the night is not family friendly, the last straw was when they finished an evening playing nirvana. When we complained to the receptionist he was rude and fobbed is off saying it was normal in Spain even though no other hotel played music that late into the night.

Eastern Europeans also Spanish. Very few Brits were there. You often felt under pressure from bar staff to give a tip. Excellent animation team who did everything to vary the entertainment.

Spent a week there from July 26th. Being our first family holiday abroad we were a bit lost at first,once we got our bearings we were fine. Travelled from Barcelona to Salou stations and must say it's a good 30 minute walk to the hotel. Checked in within walking in the door,had a nice room,pool side. Beds were comfortable enough,even though late on in the holiday there were a lot of hair and dust on the legs of the bed. The bathroom was clean and the complimentary toiletries were a nice touch. The pool was good,gets crowded at times but acceptable. We had the breakfast buffet each day,there was a lot on offer,freshly made omelette to your taste were good. Must say that the hot food wasn't very hot at all,often it was cold. The entertainment was good,starting off the day with Aqua Aerobics,was out most of the rest of the day but the evening entertainment was good and my 8 year old joined in each night. Must say the guy doing the entertainment was really good and he works extremely hard throughout the day. The hotel is close to many things,the beach is a 5 minute walk away,a cheap supermarket is 1 minute away. As for an evening meal,Olivers across the road was beautiful and offers a free bottle of wine between 5-7. We fancied a curry and found Indian Spice,next to the supermarket very reasonable and the food is of huge portions and couldn't finish it.
All in all it was a great holiday and would like to go back some day

Our experience in this Hotel on our family holiday was very pleasant. The staff were all helpful & our boys & all the other children absolutely loved the hotel entertainment, they had a great time & did not want to come home.
The Hotel was clean & there was a large range of different buffet food every day. he hotel is close to a large variety of shops & a few beeches. Good value for money & would stay again for family holiday.

Hotel really clean and very close to Salou centre with great options for eating out of hotel if you want we went half board and the buffet breakfast and dinner was excellent great choice of food different every day with option of food cooked to order for no extra charge. Bar very reasonable and the barman was great really looked after us, you have to try the cava de sangria it's amazing and healthy measures. Round town prices really cheap even compared to southern Spain. Go for breakfast or dinner to Uncle Sams Route 66 just down from hotel 2 min walk awesome steaks and breakfast as it should be. 10 min taxi ride to aquopolis water park which is great fun brilliant slides. All in all a great hotel with great location going back without a doubt. 😀

Just back from a lovely week at the hotel. Modern rooms and huge beds! The bathroom didn't seem to have had a renovation with the rest of the room but it was still OK. The air conditioning worked but as we had a long narrow room it didn't really reach where we were sleeping so nights were a bit warm. We went with our 5 month old baby and every member of staff interacted with him and made us feel very welcome. The food buffets at breakfast and dinner were great and not cold as other reviewers have claimed. A big selection, including freshly cooked dishes made to order. The buffet always looked clean and was well stocked up whatever time you went down. The pool was wonderful - never too busy and very clean. The bar by the pool had reasonable prices. We had a great stay and didn't want to leave!

The hotel is located close to both beaches.

The hotel is 5 to 15 minute walk from a beach and is close to a bus stop.
I didn't like the cleanliness of the room. When I first checked into the room the floors were dirty and there was hair in the shower and on the bed sheets.
The second time the room was cleaned, I've noticed a broken necklace when I returned!
The third time there was soft candy stuck under the clean bed sheet! This was absurd! The worst room care I've ever experienced!

This holiday was booked last minute. Cheap and cheerful getaway so we werent expecting the high life as such. Arrived at the hotel. Staff were lovely and friendly. The hotel was super clean and spacious. With a lovely foyer area. Going into our room it was lovely and clean. Beds were really comfortable. Big bathroom with walk in shower. Free toiletries too. On the wall tv. Large wardrobe. A mini fridge that was stocked with some fizzy juice and water, complimentary! The balcony had your usual chair and tables. It was a lovely hotel would highly recommed. The pool area was clean too lots of bed with sun shades if needed. Great stay would definitely return. Also, the hotel is in excellent location. 5 minutes to the beach front. Shops restaurants oubs and your popular nightclub tropical. We also hired bikes from the hotel and cycled aling the beach front to Cambrils. Lovely town with great food. Less tourists here. From Reus airport it will cost 35 euros to to hotel. Great stay.

Das Hotel ist am Abend relativ ruhig, obwohl nahe vom Zentrum. Gute Lage, sehr nahe am Meer und Zentrum für Shopping/Restaurants/Bars. Einfacher, schneller Check-in. Zimmer aber sehr klein für 4 Personen, Klimaanlage direkt auf die Betten gerichtet. Wir mussten sie mit Tücher abdecken. Qualität des Essen mittelmässig, sehr laut und oft dreckig im Restaurant, Boden klebrig. Kleiner Pool-Bereich, Liegen meistens alle besetzt. Keine guten Menüs/Snacks bei der Bar, kein Gym. Alles in Allem aus unserer Sicht klar kein 4 Sterne Hotel.
Salou überfüllt mit Touristen, Supermarkets mit Abzockerpreisen. Regelmässig wurde zu viel verlangt an der Kasse oder zu wenig herausgegeben. Man muss dies immer genau kontrollieren. Teilweise auch in Restaurants. Auch die Qualität der Speisen in den meisten Restaurants mangelhaft, überteuert und oft unhygienisch. Wir waren das 3. Mal in Salou, leider aber auch das letzte Mal.

En general todo ha estado bien, como era de esperar en un hotel 4 estrellas de playa.
La recepción correcta aunque eche en falta una sonrisa en el checking
Las habitaciones limpias, camas grandes, el pasillo del final de la cama un poco justo. Tenía nevera, y una botella de agua de cortesía.
El servicio agradable en general, comedor, camareras, limpiadoras… unos más amables que otros pero bien en general.
Había actividades de animación, que aunque no hicimos uso de ellas se veían bien.
Así que en general bien, sin llegar a ser excelente, Pero era lo que esperaba.
Podría volver a ese lugar y recomendarlo.

Zimmer hat alles was man für einen urlaub braucht
Hotel sauber und relativ modern
Essen eintönig aber gut
Personal sehr freundlich und kompetent
Hotelgäste 90% Engländer, die nichts anderes gemacht haben, wie kinder morgens rauszuschicken, um Poolliegen mit handtücher zu belegen und nach dem frühstück ein bier nach dem anderen zu trinken. Respektloses Verhalten zu anderen Gästen. servicepersonal und Rettungsschwimmer.
Highlight war für uns die Animateurin Mariajo, die es mit ihren spiel- und Spaßangeboten geschafft hat, uns täglich aufs Neue zu unterhalten.
Salou sehr touristenlastig und Mitarbeiter wie Kellner, Verkäufer..... sehr aufdringlich

Ottimo hotel a pochi minuti a piedi dalle spiagge di Salou. Pulitissimo, nuovo, con un ottimo staff! Camere non ben insonorizzate, ma letti comodissimi, quindi ci si addormentava comunque tranquilli! Buon cibo al buffet, ottimi cocktail al bar! Sicuramente un’ottima struttura in cui tornare!

Dyrt garage med hiss till rummet.

Garage i källaren med hiss direkt upp till hotellets alla våningar. Bekvämt med hiss och stora p-platser, men trångt att köra in bilen som ändå bara är 4,50 lång. Dessutom kostade parkeringen 18€.
Bra med balkong där det fanns 2 stolar och ett litet bord. Inga stolar i rummet som till störst delen upptogs av två onödigt breda sängar. Bra med minibarkyl på rummet. Riklig frukostbuffé med gott kaffe väldigt bra äggröra, och en kock som gjorde den omelett du ville ha.
Fem minuters promenad till de centrala delarna.
Bra hotell men inte optimalt för den som bilar.

Nous connaissions déjà hotel, nous sommes satisfaits, propre, grand hall d accueil, bar avec terrasse et piscine très bien.
Pour le restaurant, cuisine bonne et variée, il y a également un grill. Le seul inconvénient est le temps d attente, ça bouchonne toujours !! Mais bon on est en vacances !!

La verdad no me gusto que quisiera bañarme en la piscina a las 21:15 horas y que no nos dejasen. Si estoy en un Hotel en el que he pagado me gustaria pider usar las instalaciones siempre que se quiera.

Animação muito fraca, falta de espaço na zona da piscina nem havia espreguiçadeiras para todos os hóspedes, Wi-Fi com um sinal muito fraco basicamente nunca tive acesso.

Animation un peu light
Choix aux buffets limités et répétitifs, les informations sur les plus ne sont pas à jour ou incomplètes.
Par exemple l'affiche Salade Russe quelque soit la salade. Ou Lasagnes sans préciser épinard, viande, poisson....

L'hôtel est plutôt agréable mais il est très difficile de se garer autour.
Nous avons été très déçu par l'accueil à notre arrivée! Attendre 1 heure debout dans le hall pour pouvoir obtenir un numéro de chambre et 2 cartes d'accès c'est simplement inacceptable. Il est évident qu'en arrivant vers 19h il y ait du monde mais là il y avait clairement un problème dans l'organisation. À quoi ca sert de faire un check-in en ligne si c'est pour attendre autant au final? Et pas mieux le matin pour partir, nous avons de nouveau du attendre près de 20 min pour rentre nos cartes.

Hôtel bien placé, chambre convenable, piscine sympathique, repas convenable également. Le lit n’est pas confortable, il y’a un frigo qui rejette bcp de chaleur dans la chambre. La clim fonctionne pas très bien. Le personnel est extrêmement désagréable particulièrement une femme qui se prénomme Tina qui est à la réception.
Le personnel qui travail au restaurants n’est pas agréable non plus. Dommage de faire payé l’eau.

Buffet de los peores

Ninguna de nuestras solicitudes fue concedida, ni plantas superiores, ni vistas a la piscina ni parking, tuvimos que coger un párking externo a 28€ el día, el párking del hotel es minúsculo para el tamaño del hotel, 30 plazas para 200 habitaciones, buffet horrible, malo, hasta desagradable, mi marido incluso volvió enfermo y mareado, creemos que por intoxicación alimentaria. Para un hotel de 4* inaceptable, es cierto que es muy económico, pero el servicio de comidas es horrible, el resto genial, instalaciones, personal, limpieza... Pero lo pierde todo por tener un párking ridículo y un buffet pésimo

Moisissure sur le plafond de la salle de bain. Chambre très humide et forte odeur d'humidité. Le reste était propre. Le lit n'était pas confortable (matelas trop dur) et nous avons eu deux grands lits au lieu d'un lit double

Es tal cual esta en las fotos, muy limpio y cuidado, todo reformado.. cerca de la playa salvaguardando la cuesta para acceder a ella o el tramo de escaleras pero eso es aparte del hotel claro .... El desayuno y cena excelentes y muy variado, lo único que hay que bajar pronto porque el salon es grande pero con tanta gente en agosto no hay mesas libres y toca esperar un poco.... Super recomendable

Hotellet ligger meget centralt i forhold til restauranter, strand og små butikker. Pæne rene værelser. WIFi er ikke så godt og sengene lidt hårde. Personalet er meget venligt og imødekommende. Vi havde hel pension. Maden var fint, ikke gourmet, men lækkert, velsmagende og varieret til alle måltider. Poolområdet er fint og velholdt. Jeg ville helt klart booke på dette hotel igen.

ME GUSTÓ BASTANTE EN GENERAL EL HOTEL Y QUE HAYA ESPECTÁCULOS NOCTURNOS, PERO NO DEMASIADO EL COMEDOR EN PLANTA SÓTANO. NO ESTÁ A LA MISMA ALTURA QUE EL RESTO, POR BAJO DE TECHO Y MEDIOCRE/MALA DECORACIÓN. MUY BIEN EL DETALLE DEL JAMÓN Y EL CAVA Y EL TIPO DE CENA DEL VIERNES.

Buen sitio para pasar unos días de vacaciones

El hotel está bastante nuevo y está muy cerca de la zona comercial. El desayuno y la cena tienen un buffet fenomenal pero la comida del mediodía es un poco floja, no merece la pena puesto que la oferta alrededor es enorme y muy variada. Para mi gusto la habitación es un poco estrecha, apenas hay espacio entre la cama y la pared. Y como tengo una niña de 10 años eché en falta que hubiera una especie de club infantil como tienen otros hoteles de playa. La señal de la wifi no llegaba a la habitación.

Ik vond het fijn dat de schoonmaakster elke dag het bed kwam op maken en dat de kamer en de badkamer ruim genoeg waren. Het eten vonden ik minder ,omdat het vaak lauw tot koud was en qua vlees niet heel veel keus. Als voordeel van het eten was elke avond een ander thema.
