The apartments have potential to be a lot better, to make it a more pleasant stay and just needs the basics it's lacking. It wasn't clean, the TV didn't work well and lacked basic necessities, as well as being expected to clean the apartment on check out. I'm a clean person anyway and never leave dishes or not make the bed, but they literally want you to clean the apartment for the next person coming in and do the minimum after your check out. You have to purchase your own washing up liquid, toilet roll and take the rubbish out, but provide only one tiny bag. It's well located and central to everything, the beach is a few mins walk and have plenty of dining options on your door step, with Portaventura a short bus ride away. The pool area was good and there is mini golf on site. It's not good value for money as suggested and quite expensive for what it is as you have to rent a kettle, toaster, iron etc at 10 euros per item. I would save the extra and stay somewhere else. Both bedrooms are twin beds which isn't ideal for a couple/parents sharing. If the property provided basics and was clean, the fact it's not modern wouldn't be an issue. I wont be back.

Very basic to sleep & nothing more, would not stay here again.

Ok for the price.. smell of sewage when we entered. Left windows open all time. Kitchen utilities are basic.6 hand towels only. A kettle would be nice. Dont know if we had wifi, but was not on welcome pack.
Saw cockroaches outside front door a few times..
I slept on sofa as could not tolerate snoring ha ha. Sofa bed was on last legs, and filthy i have to say..got biten on it..
Pool was lovely but chaos.. no guard, so kids diving jumping everywhere , ball games, lilos ..so adults could not enjoy the pool except for a quick cool down dip.pool not big enough for all that.. also pool does not open till 10.30 so if you want to sit and read a book early, you can't. Pool was filthy by 3pm, maybe because of too many kids or the people that stay there..there were bins everywhere but the floors were covered in empty cups, wrappers etc.
Location is perfect though, short walk to everywhere.
We left as we found it, so i'd say cleaners went in and swept the floor and thats about it.. so would not be checking quality of beds, sofa or utilities.. thats where they let themselves down
We had 2nd floor facing pool and was really noisy on main road.. if booking ask for back room because we didnt sleep for 4 nights.. patio doors not the best so noise came in.
Not sure id use these type of apartments again. Prefer 24 hour reception.

Minimally acceptable apartment

Apartment was acceptable, but requires maintenance. I turned on the air conditioning the first night and it just heated the place up, and left debris in the shower/bathtub. I opened the windows, but with no screens it just meant the bugs ate me alive while sleeping. The room does not include bath towels, but does include six hand towels, one of which is puctured \"clean\" (photo won't upload, but the towel had dark spots and lipstic). Place was minimaly acceptable and close to my favourite restaurant in Salou. Check in staff was friendly and helpful, and probably the highlight of this stay.

The property is in a really good area close to Portaventura and the beach. The apartments are a bit outdated but nothing much the staff are really nice and friendly. A big thing I was disappointed in was finding out we couldn’t check in till 17:00 when are flight landed at 13:15. But overall I would definitely stay here again.

I’ve lost count of how many times I’ve stayed here it suits me fine as I have a place here the apartment is a great size and clean and great view from top floor. It’s winter so no pool open yet but lovely to see all lit up at night.my only quibble is the noise of doors banging and furniture Bering moved around it’s annoying but so easily rectified by stick on pads on the legs( I’ve suggested this on many occasions ). Oh and the price is excellent value.

They need carpet or there are long term residents in there too they might consider wearing slippers.

They need reforming but nice size apartments all one needs it’s a shame you feel cheated 5pm check in 10am out one of the worse in all the hotels I’ve stayed in. The noise from some chic wearing heels walking across the above room from 5am was annoying. You hear all noises it’s winter now I can’t imagine how it is in summer when busy.

You get what you pay for. The property has a good location! Not bad service. We rented 2 apartments. One of the apartments had broken light switch and shower faucet. It was fixed immediately after I mentioned about the problem. One of the apartments had no toilet paper. I knew about it from previous comments and I expected that before placing my reservation. All units have balconies, which is very nice!!

After reading terrible reviews, i was very apprehensive but i have to say it wasnt as bad as expected. The pool was fab. The pool bar was great and very cheap. The only downfall was the add ons like, a €50 deposit per person on arrival, 3.50 per day for the safe with a 10 euro deposit, the sun loungers were €2 per day etc. Other than that the location was great and we enjoyed our holiday.

Overall this place is good for a cheap stay. Check in is late (not until 5pm) which was annoying. The rooms are very basic but they are clean. Air con wasn’t on when we arrived as it wasn’t ‘summer’ however as the temperature increased they did eventually switch it on. The Room doors are on the outside of the property with a walk way. The barrier was rather low I felt so I wouldn’t take kids there. Only 1 lift which worked some of the time. Great location tho, 5 minute walk from beach, 10 minute drive from PortAventura.

I knew when I booked it was cheap but even so I was slightly disappointed.

Centrally located basic appartements

Appartement is centrally located near to local buses, pubs, shops, restaurants. Has a small pool and minigolf onsite (sunbed €1, minigolf €5, pint at the pool bar €2). The reception always busy, one person is at the front dealing with customers whilst the others are at the back laughing around - this is a bit disappointing. Late check out at 5 pm is possible for €20. We were given a big appartement it was spacious, clean with all the basic equipment. A good refurbishment would be useful (stains on walls, on beds). Otherwise it's good value for money. We had a good time, will come again!

Asked for ground floor, didnt get. Asked for a travel cot and was told there is a €35 charge!! Rooms not cleaned durning 7 night stay or bins emptied. No towels or toilet roll provided we had to buy our own! Staff were ignorant. Only good thing about this apartment was the location

beds are very uncomfortable, no towels or sheets changed for the duration of the trip , had to clean bathroom when I arrived as it hadn’t been cleaned from previous occupants.. air conditioning not working properly
you have to bring all your rubbish to a skip. Lots of hidden costs
€1 every day for sun lounger at the pool
€100 damage deposit
€5 a day for safe plus €10 key deposit
Would be a great apartment to stay in if it was all revamped freshened up and modernised with comfy beds

We were on a family holiday and we stayed in a two bedroomed apartment. It was very basic but the noise at nighttime was just awful. We were up on Level 5 but that didn't stop people running along the outside corridor all hours of the night and knocking on doors, ringing bells and screaming out loud. Out of the 8 nights we stayed 4 nights we had no sleep as the bedlam continued from 12 to 7 each night. A lot of families were tired of this behaviour and a few went out to confront the people but to no avail. We did go to the reception 2 times and made our concerns known , we gave them the times and apartment numbers the people were going into but even though we were told security would look after this they didn't. It just continued . The area is a great holiday destination with lots to do. Lots of water activities and 20 min walk to PortAdventura. I would return to this area again but I would not stay in these apartments.

The check in experience was ok, pretty standard stuff. Paid local tax and 100 euro deposit. Rooms are basic with the bare essentials but you have to pay to hire everything, kettles, toasters, cleaning materials etc. First impression of the room was ok but after 1st night we were covered in bites. Closer inspection revealed a really dirty apartment which clearly had not been cleaned. Blood stain up the door and dirty marks and sand on the floor. Then we inspected the beds and found bugs all over them. To cap it all we also spotted a massive cockroach in the kitchen area. Staff were very matter of fact and not at all friendly. The only real positive is the pool area was OK however you had to pay 1 euro per day for sunbeds, another first for me. Do not go there at all.

Pleasantly suprised when we arrived. We'd booked at a low price and so had low expectations. It was a bit confusing to find as the office to pick up keys was named Brissasol rather than Los Peces but once we got in our apartments they were a great size, large balconies and were glad to be overlooking the pool and not the street. Fantastic.

Leilighetens beliggenhet var super, midt i sentrum. Vi hadde et soverom med to enkeltsenger og en sovesofa i stuen. Sovesofaen var ganske så hard, men vil kanskje si du får det du betaler for. Leiligheten hadde yppelig beliggenhet med bassengutsikt. Bassenget var alltid fullt men det var aldri problem å få seg solseng. Bassengets åpningstid var fra ca.10.30-20.00. Vi hadde et kjempeflott opphold og kunne gjerne bodd der igjen.

Le séjour en lui même est correct pour le prix, Mais par contre à l’arrivée odeur nauséabonde dans l’appartement. Les fenêtres et le balcon sont restés ouverts pendant tout le séjour jour et nuit. Draps passables et les couvertures très sales et l’odeur et repoussante impossible de sans servir. A l’arrivée 1h d’attente pour l’enregistrement et la remise de clés du à la queue. Mais les hôtesses agréable. Canapé inconfortable je vous conseille de ramener un matelas gonflable. Dommage, magnifique ville.

Es barato pero aún así está deteriorado, no está limpio, no hay toallas, ni jabón, ni cubo de basura, huele mal a aguas residuales y moho ya que el baño es interno sin ventilación. Appartement pour un séjour court.

Appartement à rénover, pas de cafetière, fenêtre ne ferment pas bien passé le froid, pas d'isolation, ont entend tous les bruits des autres appartements et de l'extérieur. Bonne ubication avec des supermarchés à côté, laverie juste à côté de l'appartement, et la plage à 5 min à pied. Le personnel très agréable.

Ce séjour a été l'enfer !

Appartement vétuste vieillot sale et infesté de blattes.

Nous avons demandé un dédommagement avec photos à l appui, juste une desinfection blatte a été faite pendant 2h et arrivés à l'appartement 3 blattes sur le sol, l'équipe de desinfection n'avait même pas fait le nettoyage.

Je déconseille cet appart'hotel qui est bruyant, sale sans parler du personnel de l'hôtel.

A l'arrivée on nous demande une caution de 50€ par adulte soit 100€ pour nous et ce n'est pas signalé dans l'offre. Les taxes ne sont pas de 6,60€ mais de 13,20€. Aucun équipement n'est fournis, il faut tous loué. Seule chose présente frigo, plaque,four micro ondes, draps et serviettes.
On cherche encore le canapé double, la piscine n'est pas privatisé à l'hôtel. Présence de blattes dans le logement. Lit non confortable.
Le logement pas Propre, poil etc... Dans la baignoire. Le seul point positif c'est les supermarchés à proximité, les restaurants et PortAventura pas loin.

Propre mais avec un peu de poussière et odeur de cigarettes.
2 nuits horribles avec des dizaines de jeunes qui ont couru jusqu'à 4h du matin 2 nuits entières.
Avons avisé les responsables qui n'ont pas semble être surpris et sans au moins donner des excuses même s'ils n'étaient pas responsables.
Heureusement que le prix est correct mais à éviter si l'on veut bien dormir

Las zonas de comedor con aire acondicionado - muy bien. Bien ubicado, cerca de playa. Habitacion con cama muy mala y un olor insuportable. Cocina con muy pocos ustensilias y super sucias. Ducha antigua suerte que tenia presion la agua. Te piden que dejes limpia todo y no te dejan nungun tipo de limpieza, excepto escoba y fregona. Tuvimos que comprar trapos, fairy ..... Muy mala experiencia...

Primero, al coger el alojamiento en hoteles.com en mi reserva no ponía que al llegar nos pidieran una fianza de 100€, que pasa si vamos por trabajo con el dinero justo? No fuimos informados. Te cobran también unas tasas nosé a cuenta de que..
No puedes ir a recoger la llave hasta las 17.00 que abren. El apartamento bueno, está bien y era cómodo, para viaje con amigos puede pasar, pero yo no vuelto a un apartahotel que subes por las escaleras y están sucias, calzoncillos tirados etc.. en fin, no vuelvo a Salou.

Für das Geld, sollte man wirklich nicht meckern. Wir haben einige Hotels besucht, die etwas rustikal ausgestattet waren, trotzdem ansprechend. Das aber ist beinahe traurig, alles, aber echt alles marode. Die Türen, Türrahmen, Möbel usw. zerkratzt, Schlafcouch mit sämtlichen Flecken verschmiert. Was wir vermisst haben, ist eine Klobürste, die wir selbst besorgt haben.
Wir haben deutlich die Zimmernachbarn gehört, die keine Rücksicht genommen haben. Aber nun gut, Urlaub war trotzdem super. Schließlich wollten wir dort nur Schlafen und die Gegend erkunden. Die ist Fantastisch. Wir empfehlen den Weg Camí de Ronda😉

No me gustó nada. Llegamos 1h para hacer el check in en el cual nos pidieron una fianza en efectivo o una tarjeta de crédito para cargas posibles daños (cosa q en mi reserva no se anunciaba). También nos cobraron una tasa superior a la anunciada en nuestra reserva. El apartamento estaba en mal estado, sucio y viejisimo. Las camas horribles y las toallas eran todas tamaño lavabo. El menaje de la cocina sucio, el suelo sin barrer, la mesa del comedor pegajosa, el baño olía a pis de una forma exagerada (no se podía dejar la puerta abierta). Nos pusieron un solo rollo de papel para 4 días y 3 adultos, se nos acabó y no nos dieron más. Las fotos no se corresponden en nada con la realidas

Trop bruyant le soir, voisins ne respectent pas les règles communes

J’ai passé 6 nuit avec ma famille, il ne faut pas se fier aux photos car c’est vraiment pas la réalité, le soir impossible de dormir à cause du bruit des jeunes qui font la fête ( crie insulte ) la propreté laisse à désirer, on reviendra pas 👎
