Older property. Wonderful staff. Thin walls. Large rooms. Great for a stay with a large family. Multiple bathrooms. Large backyard/patio. Would not recommend going to Salou during the slow season. Almost everything is closed, and the town looks abandoned. The beach is beautiful.

The apartments offered good value for the price we paid, but there are a few minor details that could use some attention:

- Two of the doors needed adjusting as they kept catching on the floor tiles, requiring considerable effort to open and close.
- The crockery and cutlery provided were quite minimal.
- Some of the skirting boards and architraves were damaged due to moisture ingress, which didn’t look great.

It would have also been nice to have some sun beds around the pool; while I was fine lying on the grass, my wife and teenage children weren’t as happy about it.

That said, our three-bedroom apartment was spacious, with plenty of room for us and four teenagers. It also had two good-sized balconies with a lovely view of the pool.

In the first unit the air conditioning was not working The bottom of the doors and the floor boards were rotten. Stains on the couch. We were given another unit. It was identical except the air condition that did work and there was under garments left under the bed. So very disappointing. I would not recommend this property.

Cheap, basic but lost of space

Booked last minute (day before), chosen for the price (very cheap) and the fact it had two bedrooms.
Good facilities at complex, shame outdoor pool wasn’t open, apartment was ground floor and had a huge outdoor space, but unfortunately due to this also ants access to the apartment.
Apartment was clean but decor/facilities very basic, no kettle or toaster & even had to request a shelf for the oven to be able to cook.
No temperature control on the fridge or extraction in bathrooms. Sofa beds (4) in front room indicate its use in the summer as lads pad -which it is perfect for.
Good help from front desk staff, & we were given access to apartment when arrived at 9am (rather than 5pm).
About 12 min walk to both beach & Portaventura.
We would stay again, but probably ask for a different room.

The apartment is spacious, has large balconies, a kitchen. The bedding & the towels are OK. The train station and Port Aventura / Ferrari Park are easy to get to by feet. Many restaurants & grocery stores nearby.

They should’ve let us know that only the soap bar (no shampoo or shower gel) was provided. We had checked in after 10 PM and taking the shower with just a basic soap was not the best experience. I can’t see why they wouldn’t spend another 50 cents to a euro on a shampoo or shower gel. There is no restaurant at this apartment hotel, but there are many options within a few minutes walk.

I like the spacious of the units and the 3 blocks away that we were from the beach.
I been in 2 units and both were same, big and beautiful balconies, and rooms. However for some reason in both units you could see the bottom doors were affected by the humidity.
I was disappointed when we arrived because the AC unit wasn't working, for us it is an important item that we look when we rent everywhere where temperatures are high, we explained this to the receptionist and they told us to wait that will start getting cold, so we left it ON and we left, when we comeback 2 hours later everything was HOT the furniture the doors, like a heater was working instead and AC. SO we had a horrible night, because even with windows open we couldn't sleep until temperatures went down. The issue was solved the next day when they finally put us in another room,
Non of the rooms offered anything like other places that I stayed, for example not coffee machine- or soap to clean dishes NOT even garbage cans! I mean really not garbage can in bathrooms or kitchen? Again property has a lot of potential but they missed every single detail.

Its a pain having to go to their Aqqua spa location to check in and out surely a drop box for key would be possible and a meet and great on arrival. Parking around both properties is difficult as busy. The condition of apartment was superb and wonderful top floor and just plain lovely. I cannot fault it only the check in and out. Would stay here again for sure.

Reception staff were helpful and polite and spoke good English. Good facilities although didn't get to use any spa treatments as they were fully booked. Nice spacious 2 bed appartment with 2 balconies. In quiet area of town, although the local disco could be heard a little from 9pm to 11pm. Good location close to beach, shops, supermarket and Port Aventura. 25 minute walk to main train station. Would recommend

Terrible customer service.

Paid £816 for this hotel via Expedia for a 4 night stay. Realised that I had booked in week (due to dates being incorrect). Requested a refund 2 hours later but was told was non-refundable. The hotel then cancelled and resold the room for the dates. They have subsequently refused to respond to follow up emails. One to avoid.

Property looked good from the outside and images on Expedia, however there was ants everywhere in the room. Really disappointed as you don’t expect that.
Glad I only stayed 1 night.
The bed was awful also, it was very flimsy and not suitable for a human to sleep on. Like the springs had been worn out years ago. Furniture was very cheap and there was no advise on how to switch on the heating as it was cold in Salou.
Would advise people never to stay here again.
I would have been better sleeping on the beach for free.

As we arrived at the reception. We was told to pay a tourist tax of €1 per night per adult. And also €100 cash deposit redunded at check out once the apartment was checked.
The only downside was that you had to find your own way to the apartment with a map given which was scribbled on with the location. We arrived at night and the apartment was around the back which was not well lit.
The apartment itself was spacious and is what you would pay for.
The apartment is about 15mins walk to Portaventura.
And about 15mins walk to the beach.
All in all i would still use again if you are on a budget.

We went 2 small families and spent 2 nights there. The 2 room apartment was perfect for us. 12 minutes walking distance from Portaventura and Ferrari theme parks and 4 min. from a supermarket and bakery. Amazing view and spa!!
Excellent overall but need to give some essentials in kitchen like dish soap and shampoo in bathroom.
Besides these, everything was great!!

Easy check in. Make sure you have the card you use for payment. Very clean apartment but bed is very hard and uncomfortable, had back pain from it. Towels changed on day 3 but bed linen not changed for the 7 nights. swimming pool is fantastic, spa ok. Furniture is old needs replacing.

Quiet and peaceful

After the initial shock of having to pay 50 euro up front security deposit, the stay was fine. The 2 bed apartment was massive, clean with two lovely sunny balconies. Plus a full kitchen. You don't get free wi fi, any sunbeds round the pool, any housekeeping cleaning your rooms, emptying bins, replacement loo rolls etc , however, this didn't stop us having a very pleasant stay. Would recommend for a short break.

Our third trip to these apartments and this time we were allocated an apartment with a roof terrace.
The views across Salou and of Port Aventura theme park were brilliant.
The weather was good for the time of year, so the roof terrace was excellent for getting all day sunshine.
As with our previous stays, the apartments are spacious and well equipped.

Excellent hotel for the value paid.
Outside the rear of the block we stayed in (bedroom) there was a truck stop one night a truck ran his engine/ generator all night which kept us all awake.
24hrs hotel service but no kids entertainment or restaurant/bar which didn't bother us.
Would recommend it just keep well away from block c !
We going back next year !

Good hotel for the price, pleasantly surprised.

Lovely big room, I paid about £50 a night for 5 nights' stay and had 2 double rooms, en-suite, bathroom, 2 balconies, living/dining room and a kitchen. Very spacious, plenty of storage space and clean when we arrived. There was enough kitchen equipment, some could be replaced, such as pans. We cooked nearly every night which was doable here.The only things we didn't like about this place was the opening times for the pool/swimming/gym (17:30-20:30). The outdoor pool also wasn't open and it was compulsory for swimming hats in the indoor one (no. way.) The gym is quite small and the equipment looks like something out of an 80's music video! The hot water supply was a problem, too, never been in a hotel where the hot water runs out! The kitchen could have come with supplies such as washing up liquid, a tea towel and a sponge - small things that could have made our stay a lot more convenient than having to spend extra money in the supermarkets (we had to use a towel!). The reception staff were, at best, sarcastic. The two ladies we met (working very long hours) were helpful but the way they came across was slightly rude. The Spanish public were always polite but it seemed we had problems with a few customer service people. Overall, we were pleasantly surprised by this hotel. I wouldn't recommend Salou to families as a holiday destination. It's like a mixture of Benidorm and Magaluf, stuck in the 90s.

We loved the apartment. It was very spacious, we had 2 patios, a spacious kitchen ( no coffee machine, dish detergent or cleaning accessories)

The water pressure was great for the shower, ( and it was nice having 2 bathrooms)

We were disappointed with the beds though, The pillows were.... extremely uncomfortable.
I ended up with a neck ache.

no one comes to clean the place daily, so don't expect it.

overall for what we paid it wasn't too bad. Just wish the beds were more comfortable.

10 minutes walk from the beach

We went on holidays in June with another family. They knew that we were 2 families with 2 children, so we should have received 2 double rooms. Instead, there was a double and a twin bedroom. It was relatively clean, they provided kitchen utensils. The bathrooms didn't have ventilators, so getting rid of the vapors after taking a bath was quite tricky. The shower cabin was leaking.
It's more a complex of apartments for rent than a hotel. Any extra service that you'd request costs extra. They didn't even had free wi-fi(essential for communicating with siblings). Everything costs. Only 10 minutes walk to the beach. There was a girl at reception, Maria, that was lovely. She knows what to recommend food wise, trip wise... She was great! I'm not very sure that I would recommend the place to others. Maybe I'm picky, but I have my standards.

This is the third year running we have stayed at the hotel, but this year we were a little disappointed.

Unlike previous years, check in was not allowed before 5pm - this wasnt clear when we booked, so be aware if you need to get an early flight!!

Although the apartments are clean, spacious and modern, our room was not serviced at all in the week we were there. Thats not necessarily an issue, but on previous trips we had fresh bedding etc midway - not this time, so no clean towels or loo rolls until the day before we left!!

Could be a change of owners, not sure, but we felt short changed.

Vi booket for 14.dager. Leiligheten var veldig slitt. Virket som det hadde vært vannlekkasje i hele leiligheten. Mye råte nede på alle lister.Store leiligheter med god plass, men trenger sårt renovering. Fint uteområde og fin beliggenhet. Det stod redusert renhold, men vet ikke hva som menes med det. Appartement spacieux mais vieillissant, équipements limites (porte de lave-linge cassée, frigo rouillé, pas de lave-vaisselle, une seule serviette de toilette par personne). Au final ne mérite pas du tout son classement. Heureusement la literie était bonne. Parking gratuit dans la rue.

Ce qui m’a plu c’est la proximité du centre ville de salou et du parc portaventura. Les draps et les serviettes fournies est très pratique.
Ce qui m’a moins plu c’est l’insonorisation de l’appartement, la propreté du sol, le manque de couverts dans la cuisine et la vétusté de l’appartement.

La limpieza del hotel dejaba mucho que sear . La mesa estaba sucia con trozos de comida pegada. No habian vasos los solicitamos en tres ocasiones y nunca los repusieron. La piscina y zona de spa no estaba en condiciones. El agua de la piscina estaba verdosa y apestaba a cloro . El jacuzzi ni hablar y a parte el agua no estaba ni templada. El chico de la recepcion se nego a enseñarnos los analisis del agua y dijo que el jacuzzi estaba roto desde hacia mucho tiempo. Mucho chico joven en balcones por la noche fumando drogas y bebiendo alcohol. No recomendable para familias.

Bien por el precio pero no muy cómodo.

El departamento tiene buen tamaño, por el precio está bien pero si le faltan unos detalles, las camas muy incómodas, no salía agua caliente, hay trastes para poder comer pero no ponen jabón ni esponja.

L appartement fait venu d un autre monde. Heureusement que nous y passons une nuit. Même pas de liquide vaisselle. La réception fait bureau d informations une gare. Le personnel est limite intéressé par son job. Aucune information disponible sur le quartier pour aller manger... de passage ok une semaine pas possible

Good location/ amenities but very poorly furnished

The area is conveniently located and the condominum has good amenities (swiming pool, sport court, etc) however the apartment was poorly furnished. The TV did not have any channel nor internet connection to log in to Netflix or similar services. No soap provided and very bad mattress on the beds. Also the wifi was for the whole complex and did not work in some areas.

Appartement en plein centre de Salou à 10mn de Port Aventura et Ferrari Land. Très spacieux, les pièces sont bien délimitées: 2 grandes chambres, avec de nombreux placards, 2 salles de bain, de grands balcons sur tout l'étage. Seuls le mobilier et la déco mériteraient un rafraîchissement. Le canapé lit est à changer plus confortable du tout.

Wir sind sehr enttäuscht über die Zustand von angeblichen 4 Sterne Residenzial.
Zustand von unsere gebuchte Apartment katastrophal.
Es ist alles alt, verrostet, kaputt.
Boden Küche kapute Fliesen.
Esstisch verostet kaputt Auch die Stühle kaputt.Sofa kaput habe einmal drauf probirt sich hinsetzen nicht kompforttabel.
Mann zahlt ja Depot 100Eu fals mann was kaputt macht???Wie das den wenn alles kaput ist.
Habe das Gefühl das es seit Bauen von diese Apartments keine einzige Reparatur gemacht worden ist.
Es ist sehr ärgerlich da es auf die Bilder aussieht wie in wirklichen 4☆ Apartment
Jedoch es sied Sehr schlecht aus.
Es muss was passieren das Die retuschirte und Falsche Bilder hochgeladen sein kann und das es mehr Ehrlichkeit gibt und Mehr Kontrollen.
Nie wider in diese Apartment.
Es tut mir leid Aba es braucht erliche Bewertungen und nicht gekaufte Bewertungen.
Salou ist wunderschön Schade.
Jedoch Leute aufpassen wie und wo dir Buchen.

Emplacement idéal, proche du centre et de la plage. Appartement lumineux, fonctionnel, propre et très bien adapté pour un séjour en famille. Seul bémol le parking n' est pas compris dans le prix et à régler en plus pour 70,00 Euros/ semaine.

appartement bien trop cher pour la prestation!!!

Point négatif:
1 - Appartement non nettoyé (il restait les maillots de bain et bonnet de bain des anciens locataires dans SBD, le sol était non nettoyé
2 - Appartement absolument pas insonorisé nous entendions tout ce que faisait les voisins
3 - Literie usée et inconfortable - linge de lit sale
4 - Arrière de l'appartement donnant sur des places de parking de bus qui sont très bruyants même en pleine nuit
5 - Piscine intérieure très froide donc impossible de se baigner

Tres bien. Un appartement complet avec deux chambes, lave linge....
2 bémols : A l'arrivée le receptionniste nous demande 100€ de caution, inscrit nulle part sur Hotels.com.
Aussi seul un traversin, pas de coussins et pas de poele pour faire cuire les aliments. Juste des casseroles.

appartement bien sauf au niveau du couchage .Le canapé soit disant lit ,je défis quelqu'un de dormir correctement voir de dormir tout cours sur un matelas avec des ressorts saillants..Les canapés sont vraiment en mauvaise état et pas de poubelles dans les salle de bain ni de porte serviettes .
