The hotel is lovely and in a great spot. The check in was a nightmare and I found the 2 ladies on the desk very ignorant and not helpful at all. I had asked for two travel cots as there was 2 babies with us and assumed they were included in the price but I had to pay an additional €84 for 2 travel cots which I wasn’t expecting. And when you don’t speak the same language and the 2 girls start talking away in Spanish and you know fine well that your the subject of their conversation is very disrespectful…

Great pools, very clean, great location, great staff. Cant comment on entertainment as it was on far too late as didnt start till 10pm. A bit disappointing as my son was in bed by then . Would ve been better if started an hour earlier . Only down side is the food. Be prepared to eat out a bit lol. Still good value hotel .

Meal times/queues

The restaurant was far too small for the amount of people staying there…we missed two breakfasts because the queues were too long. Also evening meal started at 7.30 which I think is far too late when you’re planning on taking children out afterwards. Apart from that, everything else was good.

Adequate facilities for a 3* hotel. Food options could be improved. Altho’ the public areas have been modernised our room was quite drab & would benefit from a facelift. Staff were polite & mainly efficient, hotel seems geared twds Spanish clientele, no English tv channels in room & entertainment quite poor.

Cannot fault the Staff, cleanliness and rooms. Housekeeping was fantastic.
The only downside for us was that the breakfast was not anywhere near hot enough, we were also expecting a separate section to dine in as we had booked a penthouse room but this was not offered on any occasion as described.
We would recommend this hotel to others because of all its positives they just need to re look at the breakfast service, we cannot comment on the other meals as we were only bed and breakfast

A good hotel problems with towels left on sunbeds

The hotel was Great and The food okay with a good choice.But sometimesha ing to qué because part of dinning area closed off for a group.like al hotels in Spain they need a attended to allocate sunbeds on first come first served basis as many people put towels on beds around the pool.Then only spend 2 hours laterin the day.So sun beds empty mist of the day taken by selfish people .If all hotels had the life guard allocate beds and no towels allowed to save beds.It would solve this problem in all hotels so why don't they all do it.
The rest of the hotel was great but no entertainment at night in this hotel

Great hotel, with perfect location

Just back from a great week’s holiday. Pool area was just right for our family, two great pools, sun beds all around, poolside bar and pool tables to keep kids entertained. All was lovely and clean.
We went full board and there was a great selection of food for all meals. One downside was that there were no drinks offered at lunch and dinner so had to buy bottles of water / other drinks at the bar. There were plenty of water / juices / hot drinks on offer with breakfast though.
Rooms were cleaned daily and were fine for what we needed as a base.
Staff were all very helpful and easily booked us a taxi at reception on the morning of our flight which arrived within minutes to take us to the airport.
The location of the hotel was perfect - one of the closest to Portaventura so an easy 10 minute or so walk there and then about a 10 minute walk in the other direction to the beach, restaurants and nightlife.
Had a great stay and would definitely return again

Hotel is brilliant and clean
Pools are lovely with 2 pools Pool bar could do with selling some food
Lifts are slow and only big enough for wheelchair
Food isn’t great walked out of breakfast as nothing for us (went to Linda’s for English breakfast and highly recommend) tea time meal wasnt plenty of choice but did find something
Night Entertainment was shocking stayed for 1 drink and left

Half board was really good, food was very nice , my only problem was we had to pay €5 per day for a tiny fridge in our room, which was already there but locked till you pay, also the hotel gym was €5 for half a day and didn’t do a weekly pass , which most people go on holiday for , only did a monthly pass..
Also the air con system was directly over the head of the bed, crazy location to put it, when on at night it was so cold coming right down on top of you and we ended up with sore throats from it .
Apart from them things it was ok, pool area really good, no queuing in morning for beds like other hotels around.

Staff were helpful. Rooms cleaned everyday. Room was a bit small but not a huge issue. The lifts are very small and take some time to come to you. Swimming pool is gorgeous. Only thing that was bad was the breakfast, only ate there once and didn't enjoy. Overall, a nice hotel and would go back.

The hotel staff was extremely rude in the restaurant. However, the price of the hotel was cheap, the breakfast buffet was included and it was next to everything so I can't really complain about the rest. Anyhow, I probably wouldn't eat at the buffet again given how I was treated but everything else was fine.

I have never stayed in a hotel that doesnt provide an iron and ironing board on request or in the roon until i stayed here. Was told we would have to go across the street to laundromat, pretty ridiculous to be honest, walls were paper thin, could hesr everything in the corridor & rooms next to us, going to the toilet etc,lighting in the room cosisted of 2 wall lamps, which was less than ideal,room was clean ,location was good but definitely would not stay here again.

The property is in a good location, 10 minutes walk to the beach and 15 minutes to Portaventura. Communal areas are clean however first day we found hairs on our bedding, there’s an awful smell coming from the bathroom everyday and lots of tiny ants crawling on the table. I complained to reception, the bedding was changed the next day however not once was the bathroom or other parts of the room were cleaned such as the table. Every night I was kept awake by the loud partying coming from the nightclub next door (it ends at 6am).

Hotel room was decently sized, with a good air-con that kept the room cool.
There wasn't much street noise I noticed (my room was on the front, with the main road), but you could hear the other rooms if they were being loud, I only heard one the once during my stay and that was during the day so it didn't disturb me.
The room had a balcony, but it did have a slight design flaw where if you closed the balcony door while out on it you would be locked on the balcony.

For the time I was in the room, it was a pleasant stay, and the hotels location was very good for getting to Port Adventura and the beach easily.

AFTER BOOKING A WEEK IN THIS HOTEL IT COST A LOT MORE THAN EXPECTED AS THE FOOD WAS UNEATABLE AND ATE OUT. NO PARASOLS AT THE POOL AND TEMP WAS 32 DEGREES. NO CURTESY ROOM WHEN YOU HAVE A LATE FLIGHHT ALTHOUGH YOU COULD PAY FOR A LATER CHECK OUT OR USE THE SHOWERS IN THE GYM WHICH ALSO HAD TO BE PAID FOR.

Confusing room advertisement

I booked this hotel only for shown availability of the double bed rather than booking even cheaper 4 star hotel with nicer location and rooms. But when I arrived i was told that there are only 10 double beds available in the whole hotel and they are all taken.

As well very loud location as it is beside one of the main roads + electricity controlled by card and buzzing sound is hear very well at night.

As well Stink in the toilet bidet was very bad. It was probably not used for a long time and badly done ventilation added to it.

I booked last minute to visit family who were already staying there, the hotel on appearance is nice enough, nothing grand but easy on the eye, the reception staff helped me get a room close to my family and towards the end of my stay helped arrange a cheaper transfer to the airport for me (again with my family) so found them to be really nice and helpful. The hotel is a short walk from the beach, plenty of restaurants and pubs nearby, I didnt try the food at the hotel unfortunately so not sure what its like. The only thing I missed badly was a fridge in my room, no self catering facilities for room only which helps to keep some water cold etc but I was only there for 5 nights so wasn't a huge impact. Nice hotel though, I would stay again.

Very poor level of cooking, no surprise, always the same.
We have got the same salads, the same main courses and the same sweets during the whole week.
It was impossible to get water from the tap and ice as well.
We had to pay 1.90€ for a small bottle of water.

With regards to the bedroom, we were very satisfied but it would be nice to get additional pillows and larger bed sheets.
Last but not least, is it really necessary to have to suffer with waterproof sheeting.
It would be very nice to have a temperature control of the air conditionning system.

You get what you pay - OK 3* Hotel

Hotel situated less than 10min walking to the beach. Nearby all amenities and touristic shops.
Rooms were very clean and freshly designed for a 3* hotel.

We were very disappointed with the staff at reception. Not pleasant, not welcoming, give you the feeling that you bother them.

Food was not great, but you get what you pay. Very basic 3* buffet, we ended up eating outside for our meals.

They mainly have twin beds (only a few doubles), we had to sleep in separate beds, we as a couple is not the best to spend your nights...I asked for a double bed, but they couldn't accommodate our query, not very helpful.

I would definitely recommend this hotel if you want to have a room close to the beach, safe & clean.

Nicht zum empfehlen. Die Mitarbeiter, vorallem im Emfang sind so unfreundlich, können kein Deutsch nicht einmal Englisch können sie richtig. Also es kann niemand Deutsch in diesem Hotel obwohl es drinen steht das es ein deutschsprachiges Hotel ist. Die Zimmerkarte funktionierte nicht wie sie sollte. Wir mussten 1-2x von fünften Stock zum Empfang gehen um sie neu zu kodieren. Die Inneneinrichtung ist sehr alt und sehr schmutzig. Das Bad hatte Schimmel bei den Fugen. Die Klimaanlage war immer auf 25 Grad eingestellt und man konnte nichts verstellen, nur ein und ausschalten. Bitte nehmt keine SPA-Angebote. Da kommt ein Masseur von extern in das Hotel und massiert euch. Er betatschte meine und von der Frau die Intimzone. So etwas haben wir noch nie erlebt. Das Hotel empfehle ich niemanden.

Déception sur la restauration

Je réserve dans cet hôtel tous les ans pour le rallye WRC. L'emplacement est idéal pour le rallye. Le stationnement autour de l'hôtel n'est pas facile (surtout le samedi). J'ai constaté au fil des ans une nette baisse de la qualité de la restauration. le café du matin est imbuvable. Dommage qu'on sente à ce point les économies!!!!

La experiencia en si es nefasta salvo que sea una urgencia no volvería, el buffet donde las bebidas son cobradas agua incluida prefiero comer fuera, la fruta es la misma que va sobrando del dia o del dia anterior, tomando como llegada que la tarjeta no funcionaba y debi volver a recepción y ver que mas de un cliente tiene el mismo problema, la habitación estaba en un séptimo piso y el ascensor llega solo hasta el sexto lo cual si vas con maletas pesadas tienes que subirlas tu como puedes, el parking del hotel no esta señalizado lo cual dimos dos vueltas y salir a mirar para ver que la entrada estaba sin señalizar y las indicaciones que te dan en recepción son incorrectas, para salir al parking no te dicen como bajar solo que es en el ascensor pero no te comunican cual ademas de que el parking es diminuto y difícil maniobrar una vez entras porque no puedes dar la vuelta una ves has entrado y la tarjeta tampoco funcionaba y por otro cliente pudimos salir con su tarjeta y personal insuficiente se llenaba la recepción y solo habia una persona, creo que añadir mas es innecesario.

El hotel está bastante bien, reformado y con instalaciones modernas. Sin embargo, la atencion de los trabajadores deja bastante que desear, muy bordes, secos e incluso poco profesionales. Los trabajadores del servicio de limpieza gritando en los pasillos de las habitaciones desde las 7:30 de la mañana.
El dia que llegamos fue un caos, eramos muchas personas y tuvimos que hacer una fila de 2 horas para hacer el chek in, eran las 15h y seguia habiendo una fila que daba la vuelya a la calle. La unica solucion que ofrecieron fue dejar la fila, comer y despues de comer volver a hacer la fila... una pérdida de tiempo en vacaciones. Lo normal es que si hay un retraso por falta de previsión, que alarguen el horario del comedor por las DOS HORAS de fila para entrar al hotel... Fue un problema de previsión porque era el primer dia que abrian.. espero que no vuelva a suceder porque fue decepcionante el primer dia de vacaciones.
La comida buena y variada y la ubicación buena.

Te hacen ponen una pulsera con el nombre del hotel durante toda la estancia. publicidad y muy incómoda, el motivo? según nos dijeron no podían controlar a todas las personas que estaban alojadas y podian entrar otras para utilizar los servicios del hotel... te sientes como un borrego con la etiqueta en la oreja. Si no pueden controlar, no es problema del cliente. Todo lo tienes que pagar por adelantado, el pk, las bebidas del comedor, no es nada cómodo y además debes enseñar la targeta de la habitación para acceder.. entonces? que sentido tiene la pulsera? Limpieza.. la primera mañana entraron a hacer la habitacion a las 8:20 de la mañana !!! alucinante... piden perdón... bajamos a desayunar y al subir nos volvemos a encontrar el personal de limpieza dentro de la habitación... se disculpan de nuevo con una excusa peregrina.. es que vamos a hacer primero las terrazas y asi ya las tenemos hechas... sin palabras!. Sobre la comida.. no se puede criticar dado que el precio es absolutamente simbólico, eso si... los zumos del desayuno son insuperables! agua en estado puro. Pero insisto... por el precio que se paga no se puede criticar. La ubicación buena para ir a portaventura y un poco separada de la playa. La habitación.. justita pero correcta, al menos el segundo dia nos pusieron 3 toallas dado que eramos 3 personas.. eso si.. la toalla de cuerpo es como la de las manos de casa. Dos piscinas, aunque pequeñas para el aforo que pueden tener las instalaciones.

Ubicación bien, habitación bien con vistas a la piscina, limpieza básica pero no se lo trabajan mucho, almenos en las habitaciones. La comida no me gustó nada, el primer dia salí de la cena con un mal sabor de boca y de estómago increíble y ya en el segundo día a la madrugada eché toda la cena. Una pena porque por lo demás es un buen hotel.

La estancia en general fue muy buena.
Lo único que nos desagrado fue que en el restaurante no dejan entrar a hombres con camisetas de tirantes pero en cambio a las mujeres sí. Estando en el siglo XXI me parece vergonzoso este tipo de actos. Al igual que una mujer puede ir en tirantes un hombre también debería, la igualdad entre los dos sexos tiene que ser el mismo y cada uno tiene que ser libre de vestir como quiere.

Fint opphold på helt greit hotell. Veldig god frokost- og middagsbuffet. Det som trakk ned var at rommene var små, trange og svært sparsomt møblert. Balkongen var skitten da vi kom, og det lå hår under stol inne på rommet. Ikke så innbydende. Det beste var nok det hyggelige personalet, god service og god mat.

Personnel très sympathique et très accueillant, bel hôtel et à proximité du centre-ville, de PortAventura et de la plage... Le seul bémol , c'est les bruits dans le couloir ou dans les autour.. petit déjeuner et dîner variés et bon ! Très bon séjour en général !

Servicio de limpieza (en tres noches no me cambiaron la cama); los clientes no respetan las plazas de parking asignadas; la luz electrica de la habitacion es muy, muy escasa.

Excellent for Port Aventura

The location is perfect for Port Aventura (walking distance). Loved the included breakfast and dinner buffet. A few nice things for kids to do - including mini-disco and swimming pool.
