The apartment was clean and in a great location . Sadly the pool was unusable as it was murky & unclean there was a large sunbathing terrace but it had no beds or chairs. There is building work across from the apartments which had continual noise and the bar below can be very noisy.

Booked Zahara got Los Peces
They did it again. We booked the Zahara and when we arrived we were given a totally different apartment at Los Peces. Last time we got the Azahar. If we book the Zahara then we want the Zahara not a different block.

WELL WORTH A TRY
A NICE APARTMENT BLOCK, WELL SITUATED WITH PLENTY OF BARS AND RESTAURANTS WITHIN 5 MINS WALK AND THE BEACH AND PORTAVENTURA PARK ARE BOTH CLOSE BY, AN IDEAL PLACE FOR OUR SORT OF HOLIDAY

For the price it was all ok, not very clean, very noisy outside the building, we did not had the chance to use the swimming pool, we had to take the bins out and let the dishes washed. Beds was not very comfy.

Zahara apartments experience
It apartment itself was adequate, but the entire experience was terrible. I booked & confirmed a different apartment online. Reception was not at the address provided & there were no directions to the office. At check-in I was told we were geting an apartment at another building two blocks away. The area was very seedy and noisy until mid morning. A nights sleep was out of the question. The first morning there was no water. NO WATER - NO TOILETS.

The hotel itself was grand close to everything and a very nice apartment with everything you could want except a kettle but there were pots to boil water in so it wasnt the end of the world
The staff at reception were the only issue I could have it was the off season and I did expect a little more maybe a as a result but they were not the most helpful maybe it was my awful attempt at spanish that put them off
The only issue I have with the apartment was the boiler flooding the place on the day I was to leave there was a big storm and am not sure if it was something to do with that but I woke up late as the electricity was off and the place was flooded I attempted to mop up with available towels and sheets and mop but it wasnt much use a bad end to what was a lovely few days in the sun

Le personnel de Rentalmar qui s'occupe de l'entree et de la sortie de la location sont sympathiques.

Espacios comunes, entrada, piscina, ascensor, perfecto y muy bien atendido, el apartamento en si, le faltaba mantenimiento, limpieza, olia mucho a tabaco, la tele no funcionaba y el sofá era plegatin con cojines incomodos. La cocina, never y microondas limpios, pero los cubiertos tenian pegotes de falta de limpieza de mucho tiempo.
Es una lastima porque la distribucion del piso y el lugar son ideales, y la terraza muy grande.

Le logement n'était pas du tout le même que celui présenté sur les photos. Nous nous sommes retrouvés dans un logement avec une seule chambre et un salon qui comportait un pseudo-lit très peu confortable. La cuisine ne disposait pas de tous les outils nécessaires, nous avons dû acheter des couverts nous-mêmes ; le wi-fi était payant et la proximité avec les voisins se faisait ressentir.

Pour un prix attractif, vous disposerez d'un appartement avec tout le confort : machine à laver, four, micro ondes, frigo/congélateur... Service impeccable et très réactif. Arrivé en Espagne à 1h du matin, sans savoir où récupérer ses clés est tout simplement anxiogène. Une pancarte sur l'agence de location, en face de l'immeuble vous communique un numéro disponible 24/24. Au bout du fil, une personne agréable vous répond et vous indique comment récupérer vos clés. Un grand merci ! et à très bientôt !!!

Bon appart hôtel, sauf que la réception est longue !!! 45mn pour récupérer le clefs ... Les hôtes ne parlent casiment pas d'autre langue que l'espagnol .... Et attention aux bruits, les voisins n'aiment pas les jeunes ! Sinon bon contexte, proche commerce, plage, bar et boîte et appartement équipée en vaisselle, linge ect ...

La situación del hotel era bastante buena, cerca de la playa, y cerca de la zons de bares, sin estar en el meollo de la zona de marcha, así descansamos mejor. El mayor problema que tuvimos fue que la primera noche no tuvimos plaza de parking y tuvimos que dejarlo en uno publico, 10 euros mas caro. Pagando 20 euros nos dejaron salir a las 17:00, en lugar de a. las 10:00 de la mañana.

Le personnel au bureau en face de l'hôtel, la ou l'on doit aller retirer les clefs est souvent peu agréable. À notre arrivée, nous sommes tombées sur une jeune femme très désagréable qui nous a fait paye l'hôtel une deuxième fois! Heureusement que quand nous sommes revenus, l'équipe avait changé et nous sommes enfin tombe sur qu'un de fort agréable qui a rectifié l'erreur de sa collègue. Un très mauvais début de séjour qui s'oublie vite avec le soleil et les animations de salou!
