Nice one bedroom apartment with downstairs porch facing small outdoor pool. Kitchenette with fridge, toaster, microwave, hob, coffee machine and all cutlery etc. WC and shower with separate vanity mirror and sink. Sofa bed and flat screen TV.

The 2bedroom apartment was very spacious with two bathrooms. We were not made aware before hand about the charge for linen, towels and the cleaning charge. The room faces the main road and there is constant road noise all night which makes sleeping difficult and the beds are rock hard. The cooker is very difficult to use and constantly switched off.

The apartment is like a home away.
Separate bedroom and a kitchen ready for pretty much any meal.
The microwave is a convection oven as well.
The staff is wonderful.
If you take the time to get to know them you will have even more fun.

The property was clean and modern. The kitchen although small had everything we needed to be able to cook meals. The reception staff were always friendly and thought about the best place for us so my disabled mum was able to access the property easily.

After driving for 7 hours and arriving in 27degree heat, it was very disappointing to find that the air conditioning did not work.
Went to reception to ask, however no one was at the desk. Very disappointed.

This property is suitable for only 3 people at most, the photograph of the pool has been adjusted as it is not rectangular, barely 5 foot deep and crowded if 12 people are in it. The reception staff are very rude and the snack bar rarely opens. The sleep quality is terrible as it is located on a main road and there is no sound proofing in the windows. The only positive is it is kept clean by the hard working cleaning staff.

Reception was good and staff friendly but room was in dire need of refurbishment, location ok and relatively close to centre, stayed in Salou lots of times for the rally and will pay more next time to have a better hotel room and half board. Wouldnt book this hotel again.

Paid for a luxurious room but looked and felt very basic/standard to Me. There was nothing special about this room and it is very much like any other place I have stayed in Salou. Good job I didn’t pay much for this (booked it last minute)

Forget the negative reviews....this was spot on...clean tidy..good size apts 5 minutes from the resort centre/beach...yes you have to pay a £150 deposit cash or card but if you're going to look after the apts/property what's the issue ???....Yes you have to take your own rubbish out..you'd do that at home so what's the issue ??.......Friendly staff throughout the property.....Highly recommended..

Good and happy with las dallies

The hotel was spotlessly clean at all times ,plenty of clean white towels ,pleasant staff and we really liked the location .I would just say free WI FI was pretty weak and the apartment is missing a full length mirror . I would recommend this hotel especially for the price we paid .

The staff were all very friendly and fluent English. The room was clean, and sufficient for the 2 of us. It had a little kitchenette as well which was very handy! The bed wasn't the most comfortable but it wasn't the worst just a little hard. The apt. also had air conditioning which was great at night time! The pool was clean but freezing cold so we didn't go into it.

The receptionists was really helpful and friendly,the room was clean and comfortable good value for the money. A bit of noise during get the night time from the hotel across the road an the cars as is located on a main street but overall a great hotel to spend few days.

booked this hotel as it was within walking distance to Portoventura theme park, wasnt expecting a lot as is was cheap, but was pleasantly surprised . very clean, ample space in the room, with cooking facilities and table with 4 chairs. also bath and shower. only down side was our room was overlooking a noisy road. we were offered a quieter room but at an extra cost. but so tired it wasnt a problem! also not to far from the beach and shops

Close to the beach, about a 5 minute walk and close to shops and supermarkets. The apartment was clean and spacious and the air conditioning was excellent which meant we all got a good nights sleep. Port Aventura was only a 10 minute bus trip away from the hotel. You can walk it but it is along a main road and it is much easier to catch one of the many buses that serve this excellent theme park.

Perfect stopover for short visit.

We stayed for two nights here so the kids could visit Portaventura whilst we were at our villa in Costa Blanca.The hotel is basic but very clean and comfortable.Staff are very helpful.The only downside for us was the lack of car parking nearby.

Nice appartments near all local attractions. The biggest concern around the appartments was the quality of the bed. It was really hard and made sleeping in the week very difficult.

Staff were friendly and helpful.

Appartments were clean but could be doing with more deep cleaning in certain areas.

Overall good value for money and would return.

Great Hotel, great location

We booked this hotel due to the good reviews and relatively cheap board. The hotel was clean, quiet and staff were really accomodating, about the friendliest I've met in fact. 15min walk to Portaventura and 5min walk to beachfront. Central to all shops, bars etc. Would stay again.

Wonderful place

Excellent apartments, very clean and spacious rooms. Kitchen sufficient for what you will use it for.
No sun over main pool till afternoon but not a problem as can sit round kids pool. Always sunbeds and no problems with people reserving them.
Reception staff friendly and efficient, also a handy little snack bar.
Excellent location in Salou about 15 mins walk from Portaventura.
Would definitely stay again.

The first thing i found annoying was you got towels for your full stay. No maid to clean the room either. The toaster was unusable it was that dirty. There was 4 of to share a double bed and only 1 sofabed. I was expecting a pull out bed or at least a sofabed that flattened to fit 2 adults. Lucky we are small in size!!. Balcony was a great size and its minutes from beach and scottish and british cafes.

Not a nice welcome after a long tiring day

I arrived with my husband and 10 year old disabled son all soaking wet after a tiring 3 hour train journey and day at Portaventura theme park . All we wanted was a smooth check in and to get settled in our room and the woman on reception was nothing short of the most obnoxious woman ive ever met in hospitality . She rolled her eyes at us as we didn't have our passports (id left them safe at our mainstay holiday resort) and said it was not possible to stay there and then made a phone call to discover it WAS ok after all . WE HAD ALREADY PAID IN FULL ONLINE so this was all \"jobsworth \" behaviour . My son was upset and it spoilt our whole one nights stay .

Went up to room , found it to be nice with almost everything we needed apart from a kettle and when I went to ask for one the woman on reception once again said there was definitely one in the room . At this point I had another look and as I knew already there wasn't a kettle so I had to ask my husband to go down or id have blown my top with her . He came back with a kettle .

Traffic noise is awful with windows open but son is deaf so he slept well
Rooms are nice but I couldn't stay there more than one night theyre very basic .

All in all if we hadn't had such an awful greeting and had to stand in reception for ages while she got her act together it would have been ok but I wouldn't stay there again .

Good Value Stay for family

Overall very nice. Parking was a bit complicated. Address was nearly impossible to pull up in GPS (you have to use Placa Europa instead of street address). Decent size. BR could be shut off from rest of apartment. Nice balcony. Kitchen essentials were there. Staff nice and helpful.

Very clean apartment. Perfect for our stay at end of Sept, although I would imagine that during peak holiday season the pool area and deck chairs provided would not be able to cater for large amounts of people.

We were generally pleased with our stay at Les Dalies. Only downsites were that there was no water cooker/kettle in the room which we had to go and buy ourselves, and at check in the lady told us we could not stay the night if we did not provide a hotelvoucher/confirmation. I book 100s hotels through hotels.com every year and have never had to show a hotelvoucher. Eventhough the woman had our booking there in the system right in front of her she refused to check us in. But that is Spain; you just don't get the customer service of the Spanish because they are what they are (generally not very friendly).

The room is good for a short say, clean etc but why no free wifi. If your not on a package tour it will be 30 euros for a cab to the airport. This is obviously a resort for people who like package tours.Don't expect any culture from your surrounding area this is chips and pizza. If you think your doing the cheap thing with ryan air think again as the surcharges and travel connections to the airport suck! hotel is okay though.

Vi ble møtt av ei hyggeligdame i resepsjonen, som raskt ordnet det praktiske, og vi kom kjapt opp i leiligheten. Denne var romslig, stort bad og soverom, med senger som passet for oss.
Veldig sentralt, med gå avstand til restauranter.
Absolutt et bra alternativ å bo, for en eller flere netter.

Résidence très intéressante rapport qualite/prix.
Nous avons eu la chance de nous retrouver au sixième étage donc très calme et terrasse avec vue sur la mer.
Mobilier rustique dans l'appartement mais tout est là. Clim. Les ustensiles sont basiques mais il y a ce qu'il faut. Seul bémol : le couchage dans le salon: deux banquettes indissociables.
Personnel disponible, très souriant et polyglotte.
Petit dej compris dans notre forfait, sinon 4,50 e, comprenant : café, the ou chocolat, une viennoiserie, un jus de fruit, et un yaourt ou des céréales ou un fruit ou des toast: complet et suffisant!
Une piscine et une pateaugeoire.
Parking payant mais en étant patient et en tournant dans les rues adjacentes, possibilité de trouver une place de parking gratuite!
Emplacement idéal: 20 min à pied de Port Aventura et 8 min à pied de la plage!!!!

Les chambres sont vétustes. Le canapé annoncé double représente 2 lits simples sans possibilité de les accoler.

... LL'appartement ne correspond pas à la capacité annoncée. Il y a tout d'abord une chambre avec un grand lit puis un lit d'appoint dans le salon. Ensuite ce ne sont pas 2 convertibles mais 2 banquettes fixes en angle en guise de 2 lits simples.... On ne vous propose que 4 oreillers 4 bols 4 serviettes.... Etc alors que vous avez réservé pour 5.
L'appartement était tout de même propre mais l'environnement trop bruyant. Vous êtes en pleine ville. Le stationnement quasi impossible. La fourrière vous enlevé facilement la voiture... Même à moi avec un macaron GIC.... Bref l'hôtel vous proposera 1 parking à 15e la nuit.... La bonne affaire

Nous avons eu un soucis dernière nuit des voisins qui se disputaient et cogner dans les portes et meubles nous avons tél plusieurs fois avec un gsm belge sur un numéro Espagnol le surveillant ne parlait pas Anglais nous avons du tél à plusieurs reprises pour qu’il comprenne nous avons écris 2 mails à ce sujet à l hôtel à ce jour aucune réponse nous avons repris la route sans avoir pu dormir ni les enfants.

Points négatifs : portes fenêtres qui ne se verrouillent pas, télé qui ne fonctionne pas, à peine assis sur le canapé les lattes ont cassées (elles étaient déjà cassées avant notre arrivée), ustensiles de cuisine strict minimum, personnel qui ne cherchent pas à résoudre les problèmes de l'appartement « C’est normal »

Todo demasiado perfecto, la unica pega pero bueno han de ser normss de la empresa esque el mismo huesoed deje la habitacion arreglada, que tire la basura. Yo entiendo qe la cocina si hay qe recogerla ya que nosotros mismos ensuciamos pero arreglar la habitacion nos dejo boca abiertos , pero ningun problema porque digo yo qe a todo el mundo no se le caen los anillos.

Большой номер и балкон. 2. Отдельная спальня. 3. Наличие электроплиты, холодильника, столовых приборов. 4. Близость к морю. Минусы: 1. Очень плохая звукоизоляция, как с улицы, так и между номерами, слышно всё, что делают соседи и о чём разговаривают. 2. Мебель очень старая. 3. Матрац и кровать очень жёсткая. 4. Покрытие пола сильно скрепит. 5. Уборка номера и смена постельного белья отсутствовала за всё время проживания (12 дней). 6. Wi - Fi в номере очень слабый, приходилось пользоваться около ресепшина.

Odeur de tabac dans le coin salon et d'égout dans la salle de bain. appartement très mal insonorisé - drap du lit trop petit. Pas de Wifi dans l'appartement.

Todo muy bien excepto el desayuno ya que no es bufet, te dan a escoger entre un croissants y una dona, entre cafe o colaco y si quieres fruta o yogurt; ese es todo el desayuno.
