This a nice hotel to stay at. Close to everything in Salou. We would stay here again in the future. Staff are all nice and friendly unlike what some other people say.One thing that lets the property down is the food. Terrible. Stayed half board basis and ate out 8 days of the 10 days we were there.Recommend room only

Good hotel in the centre of Salou, 100m from the main beach. Furniture is rather old, but it has good restaurant serving delicious food. It is rather 3 stars than 4 stars hotel.

Very good /clean and seem safe location.

Overall the best thing about this hotel was location 5 mins walk to the beach , bus stops to two 5 and 7 mins away.Hotel and rooms were very Clean and modern look .Food was ok a good vararity every day but lacked a favavour , more catered for north European not for international taste.Was 4star rated.

Lovely hotel. Well recommended

Lovely hotel. Room was very spacious. The food was lovely too. The restaurant was flooded due to torrential rain but the staff were amazing and worked hard together to get the place cleaned up and ready for the evening meals. A huge pat on the back to the staff.

Our room had a pool view which was very spacious and a good sized balcony, the hotel is kept very clean and tidy, the food was ok some nights were better than others pity it wasn’t served hotter but we used the microwave to heat it up

Very central and clean, able to walk to the beach in 5 minutes.Lovely and quiet and comfy beds. Breakfast and evening meal had a good 2 and a half hour window in which you could eat at any time, no booking just go in when you were ready. Nice food,slightly cold but there was a microwave to heat it up if you wanted to. Most things were labelled but we were never sure which things were Ok for a vegetarian, so that might have helped.

Great location & good value for money

We stayed here for 3 nights in September 2018; our only reason for visiting Salou was to go to PortAventura & Ferrari Land which were easily in walking distance of the hotel.

We wanted an apartment so that we could prepare our own food ahead of or after long days out. The apartment was lovely & spacious but had no sharp knife, chopping board or cleaning utensils. Not massive issues but a bit of a nuisance that we had to buy cleaning items to only use them twice, also we had to use a bathroom towel to dry kitchen items.

However, the hotel was lovely and clean, staff were friendly & a supermarket is right opposite the entrance.

We are just back after a week in your hotel... The Hotel itself was lovely, Spotless, Cleaning staff excellent, Bar Staff could do with some customer service training , very central , 5 mins walk to beach, The pool area was lovely plenty of sun loungers and again spotless. The only disappointing thing was the food, buffet style but most hot dishes were cold, fresh fruit look like it had been out on show for 2 days .

The hotel was very clean and comfortable beds. Good size room. Great pool and sunbathing area. Food was okay. Standard buffet that was usually Luke warm but there were microwaves. My main gripe was the “vegetarian dishes” which had meat in or was made with fish stock.

Great location

Nice hotel located just one street back from the main road where the beach is. A couple of restaurants and supermarket just outside the hotel.
Restaurant: good selection of food.
Dinner does get busy and feels abit like a canteen, some guests thought the food would run out!!. So try and get s table away from the buffet.

The room we had was good,(don't have the room next to the lifts, can be noisy.) the food was excellent, with a good choice every day. The hotel is well positioned for the sea front with a number of nice bars quite near. When we went in late September it wasn't to busy. The main bus stop for local and tours is just a short walk away. We would definitely stay at the Best Da Vinci Royal again.

My friend and I stayed at this hotel in a twin room. The stay was pleasant. I love the location, the area felt safe.and the hotel had a nice pool and layout, and what seemed like good entertainment at night (we went out). There were no English people at the hotel during our stay, but I liked this.
The let down at the hotel was the food..nothing for vegetarians. We'd paid half board, but had to go out and eat sometimes because we would have starved, so next time I'll just do B&B and take advantage of the restaurants offering vegetarian versions of Spanish food. The hotel was really noisy with regards to the furniture being dragged constantly and it echoing throughout the floors. Maybe the hotel could invest in leg cover/caps for the chairs and beds to muffle the relentless horrible screeching? The other thing was the door bells outside the rooms are near identical to the light switches, so people kept ringing our bell thinking it was a light switch. I would advise light and bell symbols are added to the switches.
Other than this, we had a lovely time. I love Salou, this is our 2nd visit and we will definitely return. All of the staff at the hotel were super friendly, helpful and lovely and cannot be faulted and this made our stay really special.

Nice Hotel, Close to Beach and Town

The hotel is in a great position, just one street back from the beach. The staff are really friendly and helpful. The only downside for us was the food. The hotel food didn't seem to cater for the English - there was always fresh salads and fruit but not an awful lot of choice. We paid for half board but ate breakfast out most days and had two evening meals out in a week. We would stay here again but would just pay for room only. The hotel is about a ten minute walk (average speed) to the train station, we travelled to Barcelona for the day and it cost approx. £16.00 per person (return). The train does get very busy so we didn't all sit together and takes just over an hour to get there, but well worth it! There are plenty of good bars and clubs (for the younger ones) and they are well within walking distance.
We went for our sons 18th birthday and we all had a fab time - will defo be going back!

Chambre 251 bruyante. On ne comprenait pas d'où venait les boom constant mais cela provenait des cables des ascenseurs face à la chambre. Le bruit raisonnait dans d'autres chambres car lrs gens tapaient dans les murs pour faire cesser le bruit. Dommage. Le bruit s'arretait vers 23h30 et repranait tôt le matin.

Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich, auch wenn einige kein Englisch können, konnten wir uns immer verständigen.
Das Essen ist durchweg lecker und sehr gut essbar.
Auch die Preise für die Getränke zum Abendessen sind fair.
Das WLAN ist eine Katastrophe, langsame Verbindung, schlechte Abdeckung.

Für das Parken braucht man ein wenig Geduld, da um das Hotel herum häufig alles zugeparkt ist. In der Hoteleigenen Garage fallen 12€ pro Tag an.
Grundsätzlich sind die Zimmer sauber, aber die Einrichtung hat schon bessere Zeiten gesehen. Handtücher werden täglich getauscht.

Abends gibt es Livemusik. Leider ist das Hotel recht hellhörig, also Schlafen vor Ende der Veranstaltung (23:15 Uhr) ist eher schwierig.
Alles in allem ist es okay, aber die vier Sterne verstehe ich nicht.

Tout était parfait, situation de l'hôtel à proximité de la plage et des commerces, personnel discret et attentionné, Marta au restaurant est un rayon de soleil, formule pension complète satisfaisante, repas de qualité et diversifiés, Chaque soir un repas à thème est proposé mais pas assez étoffé en choix. Nous avions la chambre 641 (top), aperçu mer et balcon d'angle, dommage qu'il n'y ai pas de transats car la superficie le permettrait, ce serait un plus dans la prestation. Service en chambre impeccable. Hôtel à vocation familiale pas idéal cependant pour les jeunes. Félicitations pour la tenu de l'hôtel et ses prestations.

Hotel correcto, buen precio, personal muy amable, habitación amplia y funcional, con cocina. Buen colchón. A 3 minutos andando de la playa.
Bufet mejorable, por encima de lo que puede ser un hotel de esta categoría. Por Dios, quiten el cartel de \"paella\" a esos arroces.
Precio de las bebidas del buffet, correctos.
A pesar de ese asunto, buena opción. Hotel recomendable.

Nous avons séjourné dans cet établissement en famille. Hôtel très bien situé à 2 minutes de la plage, de la station principale de bus (nous avons utilisé le bus pour se rendre à Port aventura Park pour info 9,75e les 10 trajets avec la carte puis 6,75 la recharge!!! Pas besoin de prendre la voiture pour s’y rendre passage à 10h00 max moins de 10 min pour y accéder en sachant que les attractions ouvrent à 10h30😉)
L’hôtel, personnel agréable, les repas, nous avions pris demi pension, cuisine variee et bonne il faut le souligner pas toujours le cas dans les buffets a volonté. La période était propice l’hôtel n’était pas surchargé en tout cas pour nous super séjour.

La chambre était correcte ainsi que le ménage.

Piscine correcte sauf le manque le transats libres du fait que les gens déposes les serviettes pour réserver les places alors qu'il ne sont pas là tout le temps.(un panneau à l'entrée de la piscine indique que ce n'est pas autorisé et que les serviettes seront enlevés par le personnel au bout d'un certain temps mais jamais fait !!!). Cette pratique est de toute façon commune à tous les hôtels avec piscine.

Les petits déjeuner étaient bien.
Les repas du soir par contre étaient décevants pour les raisons suivants:
-Salle de restauration très bruyante comme dans une cantine (familles avec enfants de bas ages)
-Plat répétitifs et manque de choix (ex:pas de paella en une semaine de présence !!!
-Fruits non murs

Parking assez cher , 18 euros la journée mais pas trop le choix.....

Nous sommes partis un jour avant et nous ne retourneront ni dans cet hôtel ni dans un autre hôtel de la ville de Salou.

A l’arrivée, on nous donne une clé et on comprend que notre chambre ne sera pas dans le bâtiment principal mais de l’autre côté de la rue.
L’appartement est bien équipé. Kit brosse à dent avec dentifrice à disposition. Super
La literie est mauvaise. Matelas mou. On a très mal dormi.
Petit déjeuner et dîner : beaucoup de choix pour tous les goûts. Du bon et du moins bon mais globalement chacun y trouvera son bonheur.

Mala organización en recepción, 1 hora nos tuvieron en recepción, cuando ya teníamos todo pagado con antelación. En vez de organizar otra cola para el fin comentado. Mala contestación por una empleada de recepción Isabel, ya que decía que su hora había terminado y hablando con malos modales. No es culpa de los clientes que trabaje de más para hablarnos de malas maneras. Es usted el que deberia hablar con su empresa si esta molesta con ella.Llegamos a las 14h al estar 1 hora esperando que nos atiendan, siguiente sorpresa el comedor cerrado ya que cierran a las 15h . No pudimos comer gracias a la gran demora de recepción. Pasaron de todo.Lo único bueno ubicación del hotel .Es zona azul para aparcar, precio de Garaje 18€. Un robo.
Para colmo me dice la encargada que tenía que haber echo la reserva con el propio hotel en vez de las aplicaciones que hay. La gestionaré donde a mi me sea más cómodo, si NO NO TRABAJEN CON CIERTAS COMPAÑÍAS. SE HAYA GESTIONADO DONDE SEA NO LES DA DERECHO A TRATAR A LOS CLIENTES MAL. DEBERIA DE TENER MAS RESPECTO YA QUE DEBIDO A LOS CLIENTES SE GENERAN TRABAJO O CONTRATEN MAS PERSONAL. Reedito la reseña ya estuvimos hablando con una chica muy maja de gafas pelo ondulado. En el cual estuvo presente en un comentario que escucho por parte de un personal vuestro, lo que no le pareció ni normal. Así que no intenten quedar bien poner esa reseña. La calefacción funciona solo cuando ellos la quieren poner, pase un poco de frío, el dispensador de gel estaba vacío y roto me tuve que duchar con champú de pelo, gente en los pasillos a las tantas de la madrugada armando jaleo, si llamas a recepción desde la habitación nadie te contesta.

Estancia muy agradable. Hotel limpio, bien situado y cerca de todo. Estuve alojada en la hab 625 y bastante bien, la chica que limpiaba era trabajadora y muy amable La atención por lo general muy buena, destacando especialmente a los camareros del bar, sobre todo a Leonor. Las chicas de animación, Claudia y Melanie no pueden ser más agradables y siempre intentan que todo el mundo se divierta con juegos de todo tipo, para pequeños y también mayores. La única pega que el buffet es variado pero tiene demasiada carne y poco pescado y las verduras también llevan siempre carne. La piscina un poco pequeña pero bien cuidada y muy limpia. Lo recomiendo porque por el precio que tiene es buen hotel, bien comunicado y con un trato amable y cercano

Un superbe hotel dans lequel nous retournons chaque annee. Situe a 2 pas de la plage les chambres sont spacieuses et le parking zans l'établissement est un reel plus
Une equipe geniale qui nous fait vraiment sentir en famille tant au restaurant qua la piscine.

Hotel familiar, buffet completo y buen servicio. Piscina pequeña y por la tarde sombría. La habitación de 1ª planta que no dan piscina deberían poner algún adhesivo en ventanas para dejar pasar la luz pero respetar la intimidad. Es un poco oscura, tiene terraza amplia pero el aire acondicionado está en ella. Es amplia y cocina bien para salir del paso. No hay máquina de café. Olía un poco a cañerias la habitación. La limpieza muy buena, baño completo y amplio y muy confortables las camas y bien el sofá cama ( Para poco tiempo). Lo peor el wifi. No se entiende que un hotel de 4 estrellas tenga problemas de cobertura y no se pueda pagar con tarjeta, por ejemplo consumiciones piscina. El personal agradable aunque en determinados momentos muy apurados por tanta gente haciendo check-in.
Parking 18 euros por día, no hay más remedio. Muy mal aparcamiento. Ubicación excelente.
Volveremos seguros, estuvimos muy bien. Gracias y a mejorar ciertas cositas.

Vinimos a registrarnos al hotel, pero había una fila de una hora para poder hacer el check in. Suponemos que eso se debe a la contingencia del las medidas relacionadas al Covid 19, así que lo entendemos. Sin embargo, la decepción mayor se dió cuando recibimos las llaves y nos enviaron a otro hotel cruzando la calle. Mi reserva la hice en el hotel Best Da Vinci Royal, pero terminé alojada en un hotel que se llama Michelangelo. Si bien era una habitación con las condiciones que reservé (cama doble, baño privado y sillón cama) es un hotel de una infraestructura mucho más antigua que la del hotel original en el que yo pensaba que me alojaría. Luces sin funcionar y un claro deterioro en el mantenimiento del lugar me hacen pensar que está habitación definitivamente no valen los €100 que tuve que pagar por noche. Es lamentable que Expedia se preste para lo que prácticamente termina siendo publicidad engañosa.

Hotel bello in bella zona di Salou, personale gentile, mi hanno anche trovato il parcheggio.
Johnny e Domingo in sala ristorante sono un valore aggiunto assoluto, sono estremamente professionali e simpatici.Wifi ok, Pulizia ok Sangria scarsa, aggiungono la cannella.
Cibo buono ma non e' sicuramente il loro cavallo di battaglia, ci sono ampi spazi di miglioramento, credo che il cuoco non assaggi il cibo.

Отель отличный в целом, удобная локация, питание соответствует уровню отеля, доброжелательный персонал, отдельное спасибо Жанне (ресепшн), из минусов: плохой wi-fi, слабая детская анимация, мало мест у бассейна (в пиковое время).

Hôtel situé près de la plage et de supérettes. Hôtel propre avec une piscine de bonne taille. La qualité de la restauration (petit déjeuner et diner) reste très mauvaise, ce n'est clairement pas bon et pas besoin d'être difficile pour le penser.

Finn dere et annet koseligere sted enn Salou

Stort støyende hotell. Helt grei frokost, men utrolig kjedelig buffet dag etter dag. Masse støy i spise området, og til dels sure de som jobbet der. Hyggelig resepsjonister, og bra renhold på rommet. Rommene var store og fine, badet veldig pent. Bassengområdet var overfylt av voksne, barn og en haug med badeleker. Kunne faktisk ikke ta et svømmetak uten å komme borti noen. Voksne og barn hoppet uti og plasket vilt rundt seg. Utrolig usjarmerende. Salou er utrolig turisitfisert- er lite sjarmerende hvis man er ute etter det. Deilig strand, men den også så full at man ligger tett inntil hverandre. Er sjeldent jeg har opplevd mas fra restaurant personalet om å få deg til å spise på akkurat deres restaurant, men sånn var det her. Hadde en dag i PortAventura, veldig fin og gøy park for voksne og barn i alle aldre, men grise dyr- i hvertfall hvis man kjøper fast pass, noe som er nødvendig dersom man ikke vil tilbringe hele dagen i kø.
Jeg ble nok litt skuffet over hele Salou. Vi har tidligere feriert i Sitges, og angrer på at vi ikke heller dro dit. På dette hotellet bestilte vi inkludert frokost og middag- angret noe helt forferdelig på at vi tok middag med. Var som sagt skikkelig dårlig, bråkete, ukoselig og drikke var ikke inkludert.

Chambres confortables.
Le parking de l'hôtel est payant 10€ par nuit.
Petit déjeuner dans salle très bruyante mais buffet bien fourni.
