Family of 4 staying for 4 nights. Only booked on a BB basis as using hotel for a base for the theme park and knew we would be out all day.
Pros - Staff were all friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good with wide variety including fresh fruit. Rooms cleaned to a high standard and public areas also very clean. Beds comfortable.
Cons - Walls in the room were paper thin, could hear every movement and conversation from next door. Air conditioning was terrible rooms were so hot. Only mirror was in the bathroom, makes getting ready with 4 people a pain. No pool towels are provided and having to pay for a hotel to store your luggage is not something I have had to do before in any hotel.
Would return to use as a base again as price was very cheap for BB.

Great stay for a family of 4. The portavntura tickets being included made this a really good deal. We stayed B&B and were satisfied with the breakfast. Choices of cooked breakfast, pastries, yoghurts, milkshakes, fresh fruit, pancakes and churros. Plenty to pick from. The pool area is basic but always got a sun lounger despite what time we headed out. There are no inflatables allowed in the pool but pool noodles are provided for younger children. A pool game of water basket at 15:00 every day. Did not use mini club but saw there was somewhere indoor with games, and a film on. Small park and artificial grassy area that kids play football on. Hotel provides a bus to portaventura world, we found this unrealiable. The first time we tried getting it, we arrived a few mins early but waited so long, and realised it must have left early. We then caught the next one but on leaving the parks we arrived in good time so not to miss the bus back to the hotel. We queued and waited a good 30 minutes, the bus then arrived and everybody piled on, resulting in it being full and my family had to then walk to a taxi rank and pay €15 to get back. Overall I would recommend the hotel. It was always clean in all areas. Happy with room conditions for the basic room, it was spacious. Our balcony was huge as we were on a corner room. The bed was made up, I don’t think sheets were changed every day though and towel provided every day but the last, which was odd as we still needed showers on the last day

The hotel was clean and the rooms simple but suitable for a short stay. The mini fridge was an excellent addition and the air con was effective and quiet at night. The staff were all friendly and helpful and spoke excellent English. The food was varied, plentiful and of a high quality. The location was perfect with just a 5 minute walk to the beach and restaurants/entertainment. I would happily return.

Disappointed that the swimming pool was not heated and was in fact colder than the sea. Also lots of cigarette ends on the floor where children and adults walked around sun the loungers. Air condition not available ? so needed to have patio door opened at night.
On a positive note there was a good variety of food, staff were friendly and dealt with a minor issue ( failed light bulb ) quickly rooms were large and clean. Walking distance to shops and beach.

Good location for beach,town and portaventura. Some hotel staff are not very friendly at all and serve locals before tourists. Hotel needs a tidy up as there's allot of dirty walls and paint chipping off door frames, elevators are also troublesome as they don't always work correctly and don't come to the correct floor when called. Food is very bad quality and is the same every day. Not much entertainment for adults. Reception staff palm you off when you have problems, my clothes went missing from the room as was palmed off till we left being told different things everyday, to then find out my clothes would of been in the hotel laundry for 2 days before being sent to cleaners with bed lined etc so they could of looked for them but didn't.

Por un lado, no te proporcionan el tiempo suficiente para comer con calma en el buffet, hay que ir con prisa porque te echan de la mesa. Por otro lado, considero que para hacer cualquier gestión en recepción hay que esperar demasiado, en vez de una persona podría haber dos. Por último, las palas de pimpón estaban en un estado deficiente. Por lo demás bien.

Super fint hotel med en kanon beliggenhed tæt på strand og byliv. Vi havde en enkelt overnatning på hotellet i forbindelse med kørsel hjem fra sydspanien, og det var rigeligt for os. Vi kom med 2 børn på 2år og 7år med autisme, hvor miljøet på hotellet var alt for voldsomt med høj musik ved poolen, boldturnering fra kl 15-16 i poolen og enormt mange mennesker ved morgenmaden, MEN er man til all inklusive miljøet og fest og farver er det et helt oplagt sted.

Todo bien, a destacar la comodidad de las camas. La ubicación es perfecta, tanto si buscas playa y turismo familiar como si quieres fiesta. La única pega es que es muy difícil aparcar por la zona, mejor coger el parking del hotel (18 € por día).

Lo único negativo es que la habitación había que dejarla a las 11 y bajamos a desayunar en el turno que teníamos a las 10 y había una cola inmensa y hasta las 10:30 no pudimos entrar, y subimos a la habitación faltando dos minutos para las 11 y ya no pudimos abrir la puerta y nos tuvo que abrir una chica de limpieza

Bon séjour en général. Hôtel très bien placé au cœur des activités : proche plage, rampes et parc d’attraction. Comfort largement suffisant, on peut simplement déplorer à ce stade des lits doubles trop petit ( 140x190), des toilettes dans la salle de bain et surtout une logique d’ascenseur incompréhensible débouchant sur des files d’attente digne du parc d’attraction à proximité. Attention également à la notion de parking! Avec un parc de l’hôtel inaccessible car plein, on a du tourner plus de 90 mn pour trouver une place à 1,5 km !!! C’est un vrai point galère après 12 h de route et pas question avec toutes la maréchaussée sur le qui-vive de se soustraire à une place de parking.

El hotel más ruidoso en el que he estado, y no por culpa de los huéspedes, sino por el propio establecimiento, nos pusieron en una habitación encima de la cocina o restaurante, junto a la escalera, y había ruido de la cocina montando y desmontado útiles hasta las 1 de la mañana, tuvimos que bajar a quejarnos las 2 noches, no entendíamos como podía haber tanto ruido a esas horas. Y por las escaleras pasaba todo el mundo bien temprano para ir a desayunar transmitiendo todo el ruido de maletas y pisadas, ya que los materiales no son los más insonorizados del mercado.
