This hotel was a wonderful discovery. We planned on staying there for 2 nights, but increased our stay to one week. The rooms were beautiful and clean. Breakfast was included and was plentiful and fresh. Dinners were gourmet. The hotel is located in a central part of town with easy walking all around. Lobby was very comfortable. I highly recommend it.

This hotel is more than charming. It's hard to get a feel for a place based on Internet photos, but we were blown away with this hotel. The amount of tile throughout the building is astonishing.
The location is great, close enough to the ferry dock and taxi stand, as well as the bus stop, although the bus
service was a little lacking when we needed it most.
There are views up to Ravello, and the Lemon Walk (Sentiero dei Limoni), which I recommend.
Dining options at the hotel and in the immediate area (walking distance) are very available.
Service at reception and the restaurant were very accommodating and helpful.
The room was bigger than average for Italy, and the bathroom was as small as most, although beautifully tiled. The shower was a challenge for me (6'5\" 235 lbs) but I made it work :).
There is a minibar in the room (for a fee, of course) and the room is nicely appointed.
A full bar off the lobby and a nice sitting area, also.
Really enjoyed this property and highly recommend it!

We stayed at the Hotel Santa Lucia in Sept 2024. It's a beautiful boutique hotel. We loved everything about it, the chandeliers in the lobby, the roof top terrace, the bar & lounge, the gardens, the outdoor seating, and the restaurant. Breakfast is included with the cost of your room. They had a wide variety available each morning. We enjoyed eating our breakfast in the sunroom that is part of the restaurant. They had fresh fruit, fresh honey, cappuccinos, yogurts, pastries, delicious croissants, eggs, and much more. Our room was cozy & clean. I loved the sliding/tilt door that led to the balcony. We don't see windows/doors like that very often in America. All of the staff were friendly & helpful. Minori was clean and we felt very safe there. The hotel is a 2-min walk from the beach, restaurants & shops. Make sure you venture through all of the side streets. We didn't realize how many different shops & restaurants there were. The Amalfi Coast is beautiful, make sure you see it from the water! We rented a boat and took ourselves on a tour, it was beautiful! We will definitely stay at the Santa Lucia again! The hotel offers valet parking for a fee, which we took advantage of.
We wouldn't realize how important it is to use secured parking until a few days later when we were in PISA. A window in our rental car was smashed, & we were robbed of ALL of our belongings. We were there for 2 hours. So, beware - Use underground or secured parking!!

Loved the 90's decor vibe

If you want to time travel, then this is for you as it takes you straight back to the 1990's. Perfectly clean, comfortable bed, aircon works as expected, breakfast is good for being included and great location for your visit. Just a pity that the owner/manager lacks a heart and still charged me for the second room I had booked for friends who due to medical reason could not fly. the receptionist did ask but a very curt not pay for both rooms even though only my wife and I turned up and they charged for an empty room. I appreciate that the cancellation period had passed and the hotel was within its rights but the hotel was empty so grab the money was the attitude. Never mind won't stay again which is a shame as it's a decent time warp back to careless period of life

Wonderful Gem in Amalfi Coast

What an adorable hotel with an amazing and attentive staff. My room was HUGE and very clean... I even had an incredible balcony where I was able to sit and enjoy a drink.

The fact that they have valet parking and a relationship with a local beach club made for a worry free holiday.

I hope to make it back to the Amalfi coast again in the future and would 100% come back here!

Wonderfully located within walking distance to numerous restaurants, the beach, and the endless ferries taking you throughout Amalfi and Positano.

Minori Amalfi coast on the Easter weekend

Overall wonderful stay in Minori in Amalfi coast. Good breakfast included in price but almost same spread over 3 days. Rooms give an old classical feel which was nice change, different from modern city hotels.
Good size bathroom and balcony with chairs to sit.
Only downside is road noise in the night in the room, rooms could be better soundproof
No complimentary water in the room

We loved every minute we spent at the hotel. Our room was lovely with a beautiful tile floor and a luxurious shower. Excellent service. The room is very nice and with lots of storage. The property is well situated. Staff was very kind. The ceiling in the room had stars that illuminated in the evening. Nice touch. The breakfast is plentiful. There is garage for car at extra cost, but worth it because car not needed on coast. Highly recommend.

The room was small but very nice. It was very clean. The balcony was very nice. The bathroom is tiny and the shower is too. You are able to control your own AC which was very nice. Breakfast is included and was very good by our standards. They provide beach towels every other day for the public beach. We would definitely stay here again.

Awesome stay at a great hotel! Was only a 3-4 minute walk to the beach & the bus station was right 30m up the street. Room was small but clean, shower was warm & strong, bed was comfortable. Breakfast was excellent with scrambled eggs & bacon, fresh vegetables, pastries, yogurt, juices & coffees. Staff was very friendly & helpful. Great location, would definitely stay again!

The hotel is only a 5 minute or less walk to the beach, ferry, bus, shopping, and dining. There is always plenty of staff ready to assist.
The rooms are beautiful and very clean, but they are small. We had 4 adults in a single room and it was a tight fit. The beds are very firm, which might be perfect for you. Also, of you like more then one pillow bring your own.
Overall, it was a nice experience!

A great choice

Lovely boutique hotel right in the centre of the town. Had a good breakfast and helpful staff. Walking distance from the beach and plenty of restaurant choices. Easy driving distance from Amalfi and Ravello. Only negative was the parking was an extra cost and quite pricey.

In The Heart Of Minori: Old World Charm

Travelling solo, I had a week long stay at the Hotel Santa Lucia, a family-run ,lovely, Old World style hotel. The reception-bar area though formal in appearance is a nice comfortable place to have a drink in the evening.
I was excited.I had booked a room with a balcony. I love sitting on a balcony in the late afternoon after a day of trekking. When I saw my room and very small balcony and there was no table or chair...it was hard to hide my disappointment.I was thinking ' a whole week I'll be here...in my room ..and by myself... and unable to sit out'...what a bummer.. ..
To the rescue:VINCENZO ! He sensed /saw my disappointment. Vincenzo on the spot , without me asking ,offered to show me another available room. This room, had a balcony and a table /chair set !! Woo Hoo! I was happy and so appreciative.
Vincenzo said he wanted me to be happy with my room. So thoughtful, and first class customer care.
I had booked breakfast included with my room. I highly recommend it. The buffet breakfast was one of the best I've had. The selection and variety of foods would satisfy all appetites ,but more importantly it was good food. I really enjoyed the variety of cut fruit and veggies along with all the usual ' breakfast' foods.(and try the sliced ham...yummy ...real ham; also try the pistachio cake if it's available.. sooo good.). The wait staff were all wonderful! The dining room with tablecloths and a rose on every table made breakfast special.

Very nice friendly family run hotel. Fantastic location in Minori, an unpretentious seaside town, a quieter oasis next to the hustle and bustle of Amalfi. Excellent selection of authentic Italian restaurants to choose from in easy walking distance from the hotel, most of them very good value for money. The valet parking was a bit expensive but looking at charges locally it was in line with that region. Overall a beautiful place to stay and highly recommended!

The hotel is in a great location in Minori. Very close access to the beach, Sita (bus) stop and great restaurants. The staff is incredibly friendly and the room was much cleaner than some hotel chains in the U.S.

A gem in Minori

We spent 6 nights there during our visit to the Amalfi Coast. It was the perfect location to take day trips, whether it was boating to Capri, Amalfi and Positano, or the ambitious walk up to beautiful Ravello.

Vinchenso was extremely helpful in answering our many questions, very patient and pleasant, always greeted us with a smile as we returned tired but happy after a day of exploring. Salvatore seemed to take pride in the morning greeting us with a big smile for breakfast, ready to answer any questions.

Our room was clean and comfortable. The service staff very kind and efficient in attending to the room

Wonderful Amalfi trip

We had a wonderful stay. The staff was very nice, helpful and spoke English well. The breakfast was amazing and we really enjoyed it. The staff always parked our vehicle and were willing to bring it out of the garage upon request. We highly recommend this hotel and will stay here again if we have the opportunity to make it back to the Amalfi coast. Our balcony was great!

Nice enough hotel, too noisy for sleeping.

The room was nice enough, the view was okay, but the noise kept me awake all night and morning. The A/C started making a snapping noise periodically that would wake me up when I would doze off. So I decided to turn it off, but then in the morning when the maids started doing their work the noise from their shoes on the tile in the hallways was unbearable. Back and forth for hours. Minimal sleep.

Nice hotel, close to the water

This hotel was the nicest in the town I think. The staff was nice, the room was spacious. They did over charge me by 7 euro per day though, which I didn't notice til after I had left. And I should mention that to park in their hotel parking lot is 18 euro per day, which wasn't mentioned online. The bed wasn't very comfortable either. But the room was very pretty, and overall the hotel was nice.

this hotel is very close to the sea,shops and resturants, the staff are really friendly and super helpful. i would have liked to have tea and coffee making facilities in the room but hey ho, roads very busy as its the main road up to the hills and Amalfi, but if you keep your door shut its bearable. i would definately come again even if it was just for the breakfast.

Lovely Hotel

Hotel Santa Lucia was absolutely amazing! Everything about it was lovely! The staff, the people, the small town.
It is a quick 15 min drive from all the cities in the Amalfi filled with tourists. What i loved was that it wasn't crowded with tourists. Just filled with lovely, friendly locals. The receptionist was extremely helpful in suggesting where to go for dinner and cost friendly ways of getting around and enjoying the Amalfi coast to its fullest.

Unfortunetly, the one thing that bothered me was that you had to reserve a table outside if you wanted to sit there during breakfast. We practically had to beg the waiter to keep a table for us for the next day. It should be a first come first serve basis.

I would most definitely go there again!

A wonderful time in Minori

I visited Minori June 2014 with two friends, celebrating our 40th birthdays. The Hotel Lucia staff was gracious and accommodating, making fantastic recommendations about day trips and local activities. Our room was clean and comfortable, with a lovely small balcony. Highly recommended.

Wonderful family getaway

This was a lovely, quaint hotel with delicious Italian decor. Everything was spotless and appeared to have been recently renovated. Although a bit noisy from the street traffic below our window/balcony area, we weren't in the room that much while out seeing the countryside, so it didn't cause a real problem. The sitting area in the lobby and outside patio were right out of an old Italian movie, including the Italian grandma who sits by the front door greeting everyone with a \"Bonjourno\", or a \"Buenos Sera\" as you enter. It was convenient to the coast with local gastronomic fare at economical pricing. The breakfast included was also quite delectable, having a wide choice of local Italian specialties. We totally enjoyed our stay.

The hotel was very clean but the people running the hotel need to learn how to treat there clients. They are NOT accomendateing at all, right down to asking for Kleenex for our room & they told us the store was up the street. The need to learn what customer service is all about .

Hotel nickle and dimes you for everything you need

We were very turned off that this hotel nickle and dimes you for just about everything. The hotel is an older building and could use some renovations. The location is good and right across from the bus stop that you would need to go in any direction. Quality of breakfast food was lower than average and just enough to start your day. We ate three nights in a row at a restaurant called \"La Botte\" (just around the corner from this hotel) and had our best homemade pasta and Italian meals ever!

We stayed at the hotel for 4 days it is centrally located in Minori. We requested a rear quiet rear unit. We had a choice of 3 units, 1 newer unit in the rear in the main building a second one on the front of the hotel and a 3 rd in an attached building at the rear. We picked the latter, it was an older unit, and a fair amount smaller, but had an amazing large private balcony, with a good view of the church and the historical diggings next door. It should be known the air conditioning in the hotel does not get turned on till June 1, but this appears to be very common as many of our hotels in Italy had the same unwritten policy. Stayed end of may 2003. also close to SITA bus stops and \"tabacchi\" where tickets can be purchased. Staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast very good.

Good centre for Amalfi Coast

Hotel was basically nice, but in a noisy position on the main Amalfi coast road. No sea view. There were too many restrictions on guests: very restricted meal times; strict rules on using the minibar for cooling own drinks. Room not well cleaned. Tinned fruit at breakfast (in Italy!) No laundry service, nor even an iron. On the plus side, a nice balcony, good garage service, close to town centre and sea.

Spent two nights here and it was very pleasant. The hotel was very clean and the room was a good size, although we upgraded to a triple. We a had a little sofa for siting. Our room was on the main road with a lovely balcony, although the weather did 't cooperate.
Very convenient, the bus to Amalfi and Ravello were across the street. Found a good, inexpensive restaurant around the corner. The staff at the hotel were very friendly and helpful. Parking was 18 euros right below the hotel. But it's worth it since there really isn't any place to park.
I would recommend this hotel.

This is only rated 3 stars?! We took a hydrofoil from Capri to Minori and were pleased to discover that Hotel Santa Lucia was only a few hundred meters from where we docked. This is a very clean, stylish hotel with a helpful staff. A crying baby (and even louder mother) woke us way too early on the first morning. The manager had no problem moving us. Since the new room wasn't ready he said all we had to do was pack our bags and the staff would move them to the new room. Breakfast is quite good and the location is wonderful (right next door to a 1st century Roman villa). Nothing but good things to say about this nice hotel.

Perfectly fine small hotel. Room was good with tiled floor, well decorated and single bed for our son as requested. All charming - had a bit of character compared to some bland hotel rooms. Beds comfy if squeaky. Bathroom fine and clean with bath and good shower. Balcony. Road noise all day, but not iover night, might bother some but we didn't mind it - quite enjoyed hearing the bustle. (hotel is ON the Amalfi Coast Road). We were only guests as it was early March and were treated well by family who run the hotel. They were very sweet. Breakfast buffet fine - everything you would expect (except coffee is from machine)

Beautiful oasis in wonderful village

The village of Minori is probably the most beautiful on the Amalfi coast, but is walking distance to other villages, if you are willing to take life in hand on those roads. Parking all over the Amalfi is horrendous and the only downer for this hotel is the 18 euro/day parking fee. The hotel itself is very lovely, with balconies and wonderful seating and dining areas. The staff are very friendly (some speak english). The location is about one block from the sea, and near everything offered by the village, such as an unexpected Basilica. It is driving distance to Pompea as a circular day trip, including driving the entire Amalfi coast
