Our biggest concern of our stay was that one of the members in our group was on crutches and this hotel does not have an elevator. This member was the member that handled check in so it was very obvious to the hotel staff that there may be an issue with stairs. Despite this member checking us in and even paying for an early check in, staff did not even attempt to make an accommodation or apologize for the lack of elevator or first floor room (if there was a lack of one). Even when this member asked where the elevator was and brought up the concern with the stairs when told there was no elevator. If we had known this, we would have booked a handicapped accessible room, however she did not need any of the other accommodations and we didn’t want to take these from someone who did. Aside from this, it was your average budget friendly hotel. Rooms were clean. Hot tub was closed which was a bummer and the pool was very cloudy looking which wasn’t super appealing. But overall it would’ve been a fine stay if getting around would’ve been a bit easier for our group.

-Location is great.
-Early check is $30 fee if you are early into town.
-The check-in process took longer than expected. International staff, be patient.
-Rooms were clean, hallways were dusty with visible dust on walls and heat registers.
-Hot tub is not usable.
-Parking is limited- 2 handicapped spots- two other spots were closer to the door, but were reserved for staff with a sign “No Parking, Authorized vehicles only.”
-Very quiet
-I am handicapped- bathrooms are small for a handicapped room - the toilet is next to the tub, and there is only one handicapped bar in the shower- one is missing to assist with getting out of the tub.
No Elevator-If you cannot climb stairs- ask for a handicap room on the main floor.

The motel outside lawn looked rather unkept, the room was no smoking-but an old smoking aroma was in the air. Behind the door in the bathroom there was a hole in the door itself -it was duct taped over. Lighting in the bathroom sink/prep area was poor. Sorry not a great review but more attention is needed to make it a referrable location to stay.

The bathroom is ultra small. I was told that the TV was a smart TV, and it was not. The worst part and the reason for the poor rating was the Continental breakfast. The bagel and bread where stail. All the food was ice cold. The eggs tasted like cardboard and ice cold. I'll never stay there again. $120 a night.....terrible. I should be refunded a night.

The shower walls and ceiling had black mold everywhere. And it's not really the hotels fault, but there were people that were banging and kicking a door screaming to open the door at 3am, and it went on for quite awhile. I would've thought the front desk would have intervened at some point. Pool was closed. We had a group of teenagers that were very disappointed.

I genuinely wish I was exaggerating. The room we were given had a smoke detector that had been torn out of the wall, wires exposed. When I brought it up, the staff tried to lie and pretend it wasn’t true, even though I had photos and witnesses. Completely unacceptable.

The pool area was disgusting — cloudy water, dirty tiles, and clearly not maintained. The room itself was freezing and didn’t have a microwave, which was shocking for the price we paid. To top it off, there were stains all over the beds. Nothing about this place felt sanitary or safe.

Save yourself the frustration and pick literally any other hotel.

I have always had a nice stay here but I do have a suggestion, when you move a customer from one room to another during their stay due to your mix up, you should probably offer them a discount on the stay. I am someone who unpacks, hangs things up & puts things away so having to pack it all up again, move to a different room & unpack was not convenient at all.

The pool was an ok size and we got lucky enough that our kids were the only ones in there. As far as the rooms—they definitely need maintenance. The shower/bathroom had mold in it, there was only one entrance to the hotel which was frustrating when coming in and out, the room smelled like it had been smoked in and the atmosphere outside—not the hotels fault—was not the greatest. There was a car parked just past the parking lot with the doors wide open, junk falling out, almost wondered if there was someone living out of it. I definitely wouldn’t stay there again for the price we paid just due to the cleanliness.

The front desk staff was usually gone \"stripping rooms\" based on the note at the front desk. The doors to the rooms are hard to close, if you pretty much slam the door and push them hard to make them \"fully\" latch, the doors pop back open. When i went to the lobby for coffee in the morning i counted 6 doors that were partially opened. I had to have 2 remotes for my tv, one to turn the TV on and the volume and one to change the channels. The pool was not secure and whatever chemicals they use were burning our eyes and nose. Our room cards were deactivated while we getting breakfast, which then we had to call for someone at the front desk to come help us because they were \"stripping needs\". Oh and breakfast, hard pass, the sausage patties looked like they were microwaved over and over for the last week. You could use them for hockey pucks. The house keeping left tip envelopes in the room, very tacky and not needed. I will never be back

Absolutely Disgusting! Pubic Hair in the bathroom. The Room had been smoked in by cigar. My guest had a bath in room 219 the plumbing overflow drain leaked to the room below. Extremely Dangerous as lighting wiring is installed in ceiling. The manager confronted my guest and accused him of letting the bath overflow. After inspection it was apparent that there was no water on the floor. It was the plumbing that was disconnected. The next manager accused him again of letting the bath overflow. My guest is lucky he was not electrocuted.

Asked if I can check in early but they refused, I begged them if I can leave my luggage somewhere until they check me in but they were dismissive & insisted that I pay $50 usd. I pleaded & they later accepted $30 USD & they checked me in. It's not about the money it's just their attitude, very unfriendly. Even after staying for 2 days I went to ask if they have an airport shuttle I can pay for & their response was rude, \"call an uber or lift!\" & the guy just ignored me. After we checked in and the clerk started to make our keys, he stated our room number out loud with other guests standing right next to us! Then when I asked him to write it down, he had to key folio is available. I had to write the room number on the back of a card. Then since there were four of us staying in the room and we asked for additional towels since only three were provided, we were questioned as to why we needed them? We also went to to pool to find that they were using the hallways to store, rollaway beds, ice melt (it’s the middle of summer) as well as caution signs in the pool area itself. We had to share towels at the pool as there wasn’t enough for everyone. In the morning when my husband went down for breakfast, even though breakfast didn’t end for 1/2 hour yet, they refused to put out any more food for those who were not down stairs already.
