There was a weird mix of an eagles cover band and a wedding and a choir and everyone was yelling through the halls all night. Until 5 am. My friend and I ran a 5k tough mudder and wanted to just crash but sleep was impossible. People crying and drunk and wild. I paid over $300 to get no sleep after a 3 mile obstacle course.
ROGER
The breakfast was great
Ashley
Great staff, very nice clean rooms. Only thing I would request is so.e sort of pamphlet or info in the room about what the hotel and casino offers.
David
Have stayed here a lot over the last four years. Seem to land on the 3rd floor a lot. (maybe try a higher floor) It seems lately the rooms aren't as clean and are starting to look tired. The room had a stale odor (312) And for the first time at check-in and the next morning the lobby had a sour smell like they cleaned carpets and left them too wet. To add to the whining, the food from the casino just wasn't prepared well. Hope they can get things spiffed up, I enjoy staying here. (June 8/9)

Very quite great clean rooms. Always looks new
Amanda
Never stayed and I’m disappointed.
Jackie
Dissapointed in the gym.. the walls are not sound proof so you will hear other rooms TVs and kids running down the halls.
The breakfast had water eggs, we were dissapointed that the options were so few.
But the locations is great, its clean, the staff is helpful and there are always affordable rooms.

Bathtub walls and corners should be cleaned.
Parking spaces must be repainted, Breakfast lacks of fresh fruits.

Couldn’t sleep our first night. Room next door was extremely loud until 4am!! Even after I contacted the lobby 3 times! The next day I asked for clean towels and they never brought them. They also don’t do any room cleaning in between says which is strange.
Gregg
Oscar at the front desk was awesome. Very helpful.
Kacey
Fantastic experience! Staff was friendly, room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was great. We will definitely be back
Justine
The rooms are clean, staff is polite. The trackside rooms are fun in the summer when the horses are being trained. If you have time in the morning, you can go down by the track and watch them. The pool seems quite nice.
The restaurant is good for very casual dining. The food is very good, but the atmosphere is loud and you are surrounded by big screen tvs, so don't expect a quiet dinner. You are also surrounded by the casino.
We stay here when we visit family in the area, so we don't spend a lot of time at the hotel or casino.

Well done!
We had a small problem with housekeeping, but the staff handled it very much to our likeling. We'd stay there again in a heartbeat.

Great place,1st time stay. For a slow Thursday eve, thought the price could’ve been $20-30 less! Staff was very friendly, great basic bar food was tasty for a modest price. Breakfast was your typical eggs and bacon, very good and clean area to eat.
I’d stay again as the races were fun to watch also if interested.

The staff was friendly, property was clean and a smoke free facility.
Michael
Loved the horse races. Did not know there would live music late in the night outside our room. Would not stay again for that reason.
Susan
No restaurant open on the weekend, that was frustrating
Danette
This property appears to be brand new, and I just wish I had more time to stay here. It is a beautiful property, and seeing the horses running out the window is just fun.

What a great hotel. Clean quiet beds are great. Nice sized room. There are no negatives. It’s connect to the track and card room. That by the way has great food. Will be staying there again. Thank You

I was pleasantly surprised at how NICE the rooms are for where the hotel is located. The bathrooms were really clean. I was very impressed.

We loved the rooms and the property. The person who checked us in was very nice and accommodating. The rooms are large and clean and very nice.
When we went down to get breakfast we had a different experience. I had put bread in the toaster and had put a few things on my plate. When I went back to get my toast it was sitting on the counter half done and the toaster was gone.
I asked the woman who was cleaning what happened to the toaster and why was my toast on the counter and she said that breakfast was over and she had to clear the area. Extremely rude!
So we rushed around trying to get our breakfast on plates as she was taking things away. She was quicker than we were and had it all removed before we had a chance to really get anything. I talked to the person at the desk and he just said that she was on a time limit.
Up until that point we were very happy with our stay. This persons actions kind of put us off Running Aces!
Do better!

Casino access was blocked off. Walls were very thin and neighbor was blasting TV still at 1 am. After call to management, this did ultimately stop.

Renovations were a small minor pain but to be expected. One employee was really really rude to a guest - was really uncalled for happened Saturday morning Nov 30th 2024. Another guest had their tv up loud and i could hear it in my room. Overall a fantasic place to stay and play. I will be back.
Stacy
Very nice hotel, clean and updated. Staff were very helpful and nice as well.

Great
The hotel for the most part is clean and very cozy. The showers are amazing! The continental breakfast had a lot of variety and was very good. The staff was very accommodating and friendly.
Unfortunately our bed sheet had either a urine or sweat stain, but overall, it was a nice stay and I'd definitely stay again.

Absolutely amazing room, one of the nicest hotels I have ever stayed at!
Jennifer
Very clean all the way through. A large parking lot, friendly staff and informative about all the amenities and where everything is. I really liked the decor and how the room is laid out. Comfortable bed. Very easy to find and quiet. Interstate 35 goes past this.

The horse racing was very nice. Wish they had it for more days.
Casino was convenient.
They should have more carts with such a big place so patrona dont have to wait for a cart.
Otherwise it a GR8 stay

Our room overlooked the race track and we could watch the horses train in addition to the races. The casino was cards only but the had some good food options.

Key cards didn’t work on the second day.

Loved!

The hotel is nice, it’s clean. The walls are paper thin and I could hear my neighbors being intimate for EVER. 🙄 I actually said in just a loud voice “hello, thin walls people” and they quieted down… which tells you they are thin. Also the beds are HARD. I was there for 5 nights and slept rough.
Ashley
Friendly check-in staff, safe, and clean!
Jill
Rooms were lovely. Very nice and friendly staff.
Sarah
Just had a bad experience with someone taking my nieces headphones during my stay. The front desk said she left them on the counter. Yet no one could find them

I was extremely disappointed that in my four day stay, my room was never cleaned, no new towels, trash was not emptied, etc. zero room service!
