Facility is showing wear; things often don't work ie coffee pot, safe, jacuzzi jets have no power. While staff will address items when brought to attention, they obviously need a better \"check list\" for house keeping staff. They should work when you arrive. Also having two out of four elevators down during key times (check-in/check-out) makes for long wait times and packed elevators. For what you pay there should be a higher level of quality.

This hotel is in the best location for the slopes. The hotel is dated, the elevators were working on and off. The hotel offers great activities for kids, arcade with cool claw machines, indoor and outdoor pool, spa, and alright restaurants. The rooms were decently cleaned. Sheets were clean but walls had gunk in some places.

Our stay was wonderful, the convenience of the lift right outside is awesome! The staff was very friendly, helpful and accommodating. The bus to town is a 5 minute walk from the hotel, which is very convenient for dinning in town. It runs every 15 minutes. They do live music in the lobby bar every afternoon. There is a nice gym, with plenty of amenities for multiple people to work out, pool tables and ping pong tables are available for use. Our only complaint was that the indoor hot tubs could be warmer. All and all we had a wonderful time and would definitely recommend staying here.

Ski valet and hotel location lift also was the best ever for getting on the slopes. On the disapointing side - Hot tubs availability was unpredictable and TVs in room was old cable flatsceen technology. Bring your own streaming devices. Was not a problem as we were there to ski and not watch TV.

Location was the best! Literally you walk out the property and the lift is within less than a minute walk. Perfect! Also, it’s right next to the towns bus stops and within the ski lodge/village base. Would highly recommend this place. We had a great time even though we didn’t use any of the spa or other facilities, as too busy skiing and going into town for apres ski.

The description on Expedia listed a kitchenette with cookware. We purposely wanted this so that we could prepare meals in our room. In reality there was a microwave and a Keurig pod coffee maker. There was silverware, plates and glasses but only 2 of each - the room is supposed to accommodate 4 people. On that note, there was only one robe in the closet. The bathtub floor was warped and bubbled so it was awkward to stand in there and shower. We had to completely unscrew the drain plug and remove it in order for the tub to drain seeing as it wouldn’t stay propped open. The toilet barely flushed and needs to be replaced. We found a used plastic fork on the floor between the bed side table and one of the beds. The television was very old, small, had a horrible picture and the cable was constantly glitching and freezing up and would even occasionally freeze up indefinitely - once we left it on for over 45 minutes frozen. The TV was also plugged into an outlet that was also on the circuit with the wall switch that controlled the lamp on the bed side table so we had to figure that out. Mind you it was playoff weekend and we were looking forward to watching the games. We ended going downstairs to the restaurant to watch where the food and service were excellent but the television there was very glitchy as well. The mattresses could definitely be replaced and there was no service without specifically requesting it.

Other than proximity to the slopes this location is pretty mediocre. The rooms are very old. Shower barely worked and TV was definitely an original flat screen that only worked occasionally. Food at the restaurant was also not great.

Only spoke to two staff members. They wee nice. NO VIEW! Didnt even see mention of this in the room description. Not ski season. Beds were old and had springs. Had to pile up blankets to cushion the very saggy section. Tv, bathroom fan, and oven broken in first room, freezer broken in the next, water leaks continuously. No ice bucket either. Balcony is comfortable for one person who wants to view the roof and other rooms. It was quiet. The bathroom was placed in a location that allowed privacy. A nice deep clean bathtub!!! The towels were probably 30yrs old. It had a humidifier! Ceiling fan was great to have. Get a flight to another town if you want to eat. Selections are few, mediocre, and expensive. The pool is good for a few children, it’s small. Two hot tubs are not adults only.

The room set up was great. There was just enough of everything for a quick stay or a longer stay because of the fridge, microwave, and extra kitchen sink. It was roomy and comfortable. There were a few things that could be improved… there are no hair dryers and there was still hair on the shower walls. But the place smells very clean and we slept great.

The room was immaculate and had everything we needed. The facility was clean and updated. The only issues we had was the parking and the difficulty in navigating around the building. You had to leave your car in the drive, then go ask the way up and over to the second floor to check in. The parking garage is tight and difficult to navigate and it cost $30+ per day to park there. There are not enough parking for the amount of people. Overall it was a nice place.

Much more than I expected from a hotel gym, with a full selection of free weights as well as machines and plenty of room for mats id start again just for the gym.

Expedia failed to disclose that the price did not include parking and resort fees and other taxes/fees to the tune of over $120. This is false advertising. You communication with me, the customer, indicated the rate included taxes and fees. Very disappointing and surprising!

Day 1 and check in were great. But the day we were checking out was very disappointing. Asked for 30 min longer after check out and was told no, even after I jacked around with the coffee pot for 20 min which was not working and had to end up swapping out for a different one with the maid, remotes on TV batteries died the night before, and Sunday we stayed on property to watch our NFL game at 11am only to be told No they would not change one of the many tv’s in the sports bar to the Packers. Nobody else was even in the bar at that time but they still would not put our game on one of the numerous tv’s. Upsetting end to a beautiful weekend. Management should have at least done something. Nope.

We stayed here while we got married. The check in process was kind of a nightmare, we got stuck behind a massive group of hikers and there was only one person checking them in, then when another person arrived to help us check in (after the group of 10+ hikers was gone) he couldn’t get logged into his computer and the person behind us got checked in before we did. We ended up going back to the original line and finally checking in except it still took a long while - they kept going to the back office and having us wait at the desk, and the whole process took about 25 minutes. After a 7 hour drive, we were ready to collapse into a bed, not stand at a check in desk for half an hour, so that was a bummer. After check in, things were fine. The room was nice, the tv was very outdated which was odd, but things were clean and the bed was comfortable! We had major issues for the entire trip with key cards not working for the rooms, so the cards would have to be reset, which was a hassle, but again not the end of the world. Loved the bus that took you around town! Might pick a different hotel next time, but overall not a terrible stay.

The location is great. Our room was not. The tv is from the 70’s. No app options like Netflix. Our room smelled like urine, hair in the sheets. The water in the shower would get like warm and water would run under the shower curtain and get the floor wet. I would not stay again.

We paid extra for a Valley View room, upon looking I found our view was of buildings, no Valley, and certainly not what was expected. I asked check-in about this, and learned that the Valley View meant the room was facing the direction of the town, it didn’t mean it had an actual Valley View. I’d suggest to a future traveler not to spend extra money on a non-existent view.
Our last morning, while enjoying a little extra time sleeping in, we heard some tapping. Everything was good. A little outdated but everything that you need was there. The common areas were excellent. The jacuzzi was good.The views are great. The garage is very narrow and leaking. We hit our car inside- too narrow.
