the staff here were all excellent,but the hotel design was verry bad,there were no dawers or cupboards to put your belongings,so if you arrived with more than a couple of tee shirts and some shorts you would be living out of your suitcase,also the partition between the bedroom an shower/toliet was a full length clear glass wall why would the desugner think everyone would want to see someone olse going to the toilet ect

Stayed one last night in Da Nang to catch morning flight from airport. Buffet breakfast was excellent & nicely arranged on hotel's 3rd floor.

2 seperate beds pushed together as 1 large bed made the room seem smaller than it actually is. Only downside is the shower area has only a curtain to keep water inside which can cause the bathroom floor to get very wet.

I really enjoyed staying at the San Marino. We had the executive suite and it was perfect, comfortable, and unusually affordable. The breakfast is generous and delicious each day. The location couldn’t be better. Five minute walk to Dragon bridge and the night market, and less than ten to the beach. A short five minute ride to the busier expat/tourist area of An Thuong. Add to that, Quang Canh, was so helpful and accommodating. He went above and beyond. I accidentally left my debit card in an ATM near the hotel the previous night. Canh happily came to the bank with me to translate what had happened and got my card back. Without him I would have been stuck. I would definitely stay this hotel again when I come back.

Fabulous hotel with great rooms comfortable large bed with great air conditioning built in so no noise. Slep well. Roof pool andbar give fantastic views of Danang. Close to beach and dragon bridge. I booked the a suit, to pay at the property, but we only stayed in it for 4 nights out of 9 because the property had book the suit to someone else, and the excuse was the other person paid, but I had reserved the suit for the hole time. I was disappointed but the hotel just moved us next door on the same level it was not a big but they where nice about it. I wish I had paid up front so I wouldn’t have lose the room. Out wise really nice and close to everything. Close to night market and dragon bridge.

The rooms however were small for 2 people, the pictures made the rooms look bigger than they actually were. For an older hotel it is modern.

The room is so comfortable, I like the rain shower. The hotel has a nice infinity pool, a pity the pool is too cold. Daily buffet breakfast is good too.
Venue is at a great location. Near to the Dragon bridge and the Son Tra night market.

Ha and Phuoc service are very good. Smooth check out. They even offer to help book transport for me to the airport but I already got pre- arranged transport.

Excellent location close to Night Market, Beach and other areas of interest. Very nice pool (though poor design as no sun all morning and all day) Very friendly kind people work here. However the hotel is in need of some maintenance. In short 7th floor (and most from what I can tell) really needs paint job, it's a mess, simple fix, can't understand why it's this way. Metal sticking up through concrete at far end of pool by lounger, space in between glass and pool - take a look thick algae and dirt. Just some examples. I really like the people that work here not there fault. This is some of my first week, have one more and will leave more feedback then. Restaurant does need an overall of it's menu, choices and can be improved. The hotel overall is GREAT VALUE, very fair pricing.

Our family had a wonderful stay at San Marino. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Facilities were good. Location was good 👍 not too far from night market and you can see the head of the dragon bridge from room balcony. Breakfast was basic but was ok. Special mention to Hai who was our go to person for local recommendation and driver who works nights at the hotel. Hau and Phuoc always greeting us with the warmest smiles at reception. The coffee shop next door had the best Salted coffee. 👌

hotel address is only 1 lot short and tight corridor. has 5 rooms on my floor. there is discrepancy of room size in vietnam. 34m square in this hotel is much smaller than 30m square in hanoi!! lots of wear and tear chips in our room. needs to run water for at least 5 min to get hot. tiny shower area with a curtain. cracks on building shifting -balcony door has big gap when closed. no luggage rack and no place to put luggage. breakfast with choices but not our western types, floor very greasy. elevator very small. bell boy phuoc works very hard and helpful. put sign up for no housekeeping but still came in did not do throughout job just took the money. receptions very limited in english neither polite nor attentive. don't have much contact with them except when we were leaving then asking for good reviews nicely.

When we arrived it was too early to check in, the staff secured our luggage and took us to the roof top pool so we could relax while we waited on our room. They were so friemdly amd supportive. The Hotel is clean, comfortable and nice. The breakfast is fantastic, so many options and a chef to cook fresh items that are not already in the servers. I would recommend this hotel to anyone travelling to Da Nang.

We needed to change our dates at short notice, staying the same number of nights. Frustratingly the hotel weren’t prepared to move them and therefore we had to book an additional night. It would have been nice if they had been a little more flexible. Also hotels.com were unable to contact the hotel to help so be warned if you book here and experience any issues.

That said it is a decent hotel at a good price.

뷰는 시티뷰였는데 괜찮았어요, 발코니 있고,
야외 수영장도 깨끗하고 깔끔하네요. 호텔은 무료 자전거 서비스를 제공한다고 했는데 저희는 오토바이 타고 돌아다니고 싶어서 직원분들에게 물어봤는데 너무 친절하게 알려주셨어요, 그렇지만 아침 식사 메뉴가 아직 다양하지 않고 호텔이 바다와 멀어서 이건 좀 아쉽네요.

Great place to stay specially if you’re travelling with family and kids. From the moment we checked in Dao did an amazing job looking after my family, booking dinner reservations’ organising pharmacies to deliver some medications for my husband and daughter due to diarrhoea’ booking day tours both Ba Na Hills and Hoi An’ organising private cars for day tours’ booking massage and spa we can’t ask for anything else.

Our drivers Ting and Tuan thanks for looking after us during our day trip it’s been a pleasure, with catering staff thank you for your warm welcome with a big smile every morning and making extra efforts on introducing delicious food. Big thank you to our dear friend Executive Chef you have made our stay in Danang very special such great caring people.

We will definitely stay here again next time we visit.

Great location. Room was very nice and the pool area had such a great view. The only two things that I didnt really like were Breakfast - needs more variety, and the staff. The staff were very friendly but I felt they were a bit full on - they'd watch me, follow me and constantly approach me....at breakfast and at reception which made me feel very uncomfortable. That was my only issue, but the hotel facilities were great.

Thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this hotel. Great location-walkable distance to both the beach and river. Hotel was clean, and bed linens were lovely. Plenty of tv channels, and strong, fast wifi. Breakfast was delicious and varied each day. All of the staff were wonderful but I would like to mention Hien, Diep and Thong in particular for the kindness and helpfulness they displayed towards me.

The hotel was very nice for the price. The location was good too. Very near the beach and some good restaurants and bars. There were a few room layout issues that I found could be improved. Things like the phone not being next to the bed, no remote controller for the air conditioner, placement of water drain in the shower (a lot of water would not drain unless manually done, because of the design). Other than that, it was a very good experience, the staff was courteous and helpful. Would recommend this hotel!

Wonderful customer service and design. Staff were especially accommodating and the buffet breakfast in the morning was delicious. They only had white bread though instead of multigrain. Cuisine ranged from Chinese, Vietnamese, Korean and English. Only complaint was the speed at which the water taps changed temperatures. It would take more than 15-20 seconds for the taps to change temperature each time they were adjusted. I let the hotel staff know of this issue, which was reportedly fixed, but there was only a slight improvement. Overall, would still highly recommend the hotel.

I checked into my hotel room and it was not what I expected. The bathroom curtain had mold like stains, the slippers in the room still had dirty foot print on them. The bed was uncomfortable, but the thing that got me to leave was I saw a crock roach. The staff try to change me into a different room but I was not comfortable. I ask if I can get a refund or something for not staying but they say I need to contact orbitz. I return my keys and left. I didn’t even make it thru the night. I ended up booking another hotel.

San Marino is very excellent choice to spend a wonderful holiday in Da Nang. The hotel is very clean, the room, the bathroom, the pool ... the staff are amazing even if some of them they spoke basic English but they are very welcoming people like most of Vietnamese in Da Nang. Henry is a great manager and he works hard to make you feel satisfied. The breakfast is amazing a full veriaty of choice even for vegetarians people. The chef and his team are great.
The hotel is near the beach about 15 min easy walk. The night pool view is great and you get to appreciate the colorful light of the city from the rooftop.
I will definitely recommend this hotel.

From the balcony can see the sea and whole city, especially the swimming pool and Bar on the roof are very cool both day and night. This place quite close to the beach and center so I could go anywhere by bike for no extra fee. It was a great experience.

Poor location, poor room design

Often \"boutique\" hotels emphasize style at the cost of functionality. The San Marino fits this description. The small room was trendily designed (e.g. a glass wall between the shower and the sleeping area), but didn't have enough useful surfaces - no desk, no chair, just a stool with a couple of graduated circular tables that looked nice but didn't have much capacity, plus a sort of ledge under the TV. The bathroom door didn't close. The shower was spacious, but should have had a sliding door, instead of a too-short shower curtain, The floor got soaked with every shower. Surprisingly for a \"modern\" hotel, there weren't enough electric outlets for charging. Also the windows (on the 10th floor) were filthy, so you couldn't really appreciate the famed lights of Danang.

I would not recommend the location either. Since I didn't know Danang, I chose a location that seemed to be halfway between the river and the sea. In fact, the hotel is in the middle of nowhere, on a big, busy street but with very little around except for other hotels. There's a lot of construction going on, and I suspect in a few years this might be a lively area, but right now I wouldn't recommend it. We had to take a taxi every time we wanted to go somewhere!

The staff was very nice. They contacted me to find out if I needed pickup from the airport. The breakfast was also good. But the last day of our stay, when we were on a tight schedule, they stopped serving bkfast at 8:30, without prior warning!

La chambre était propre, confortable, un grand lit moelleux. Nous étions au 9 ème étage avec vue sur Danang.
Piscine en Rooftop que nous n'avons pas essayé, l'eau pas assez chaude au vue de la saison.
Petit déjeuner en buffet avec des changements tous les jours, le personnel jeune était souriant et actif.. Super séjour. J'avais même demandé un taxi pour me récupérer à l'aéroport et cela a été fait. Top

部屋も綺麗で満足。スタッフも親切。難点は向かいのDJレストランの音がうるさい。ホテルのせいではないのですがね。
