The rooms are quite clean, and the staff are friendly and helpful. They quickly resolved a small issue we had with the room upon check-in. When we called service to fix a light near the door, the maintenance team arrived promptly, fixed it, and also made sure to clean up any mess left behind.

Breakfast was delicious and well-prepared—I especially loved the pho and sticky rice.

I’d also like to give a special mention to a staff member named Mi, who was incredibly friendly and always made customers a top priority. She was especially helpful when there was a language barrier with other staff, and she always took the time to patiently explain the hotel's rules and guidelines.

I would 100% recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to be close to the beach, the food street, and the city!

Stayed in the Stella Maris suite, and it is likely the most beautiful room i have ever seen.

The location was perfect, as was the the wraparound windows, showing a 180 degree view of my khe beach.

The entire experience from airport pick up to check out was 10/10. Also the complimentary breakfast buffet, felt like a spmething that would cost at least $50 USD at most places.

The room and accommodations were wonderful. The staff was extremely courteous and tended to every request. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet each morning. It had a wide variety of choices to include Vietnamese, American, Korean, and British breakfast items. The rooftop bar had a beautiful view of the sea. The rooftop pool was very clean and well kept. The maid service was exceptional. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The location is ideal. Just across the street from the beach and only minutes away from the dragon bridge. The staff assisted us with travel plans, printing paperwork, an airport shuttle service. We could not have asked for a better stay. We spent 30 days at the property and never had a single issue. The next time I come to DaNang, I will choose this property again.

Also helped me with Whatsapp (am a senior) and assisted my wife using ‘Grab’ taxi service. All staff very polite and attentive. I didn’t like the bathroom. The sink was separate and located outside bathroom. When using bathroom at night the light at the sink on very bright affects to others sleeping. It was not convenient for using. Shower don’t have door so water came out everywhere. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Very good location. The only thing I didn’t like was sink located outside bathroom. Water valve flew strongly made a big mess every time we used it.

The hotel is conveniently located near the main road, making it easy to get around, and the beach is within walking distance. Pushed the boat out and booked a suite, which turned out to be an inspired idea as the weather was rotten for our two-day stay. Staff incredibly helpful, especially Hien, and friendly, complimentary spa treatment so good we ended up having more. Breakfast was great but a little dull and the bread/pastry and fruit choices could have been better. Fantastic view of My Khe beach from our room, on the road that becomes the Dragon Bridge. Lots of building work going on next door but wasn't too intrusive. Very handy for the airport. I recommend this hotel very strongly and would return when the sun comes out! :)

All of the masseuses are nice and skillful, especially Tâm & Trinh. The only complaint i have is lack of iron & iron board. I was told there's only one set for 96 rooms!!!!!

I ordered room service and got sick because they gave me ice cubes that were made for water that was not clean nor sanitize so I got really really sick, I told the the staff and nobody responded, there is a warning on their site, not to drink the tapwater and yet they made ice cubes for my drinks from tapwater and turn I got sick and wasted one of my days, and nobody cared!

10 out of 10! From the courtesy pick up at the airport to the spacious room this hotel is great. The staff are friendly and helpful and my experience was beyond exceptional. Da Nang is a wonderful place to visit. This hotel is convenient to Hoi An Old Town which is a MUST. Also close to Sun World, Lady Buddha, and the river front. The roof top pool and dining was great as well. The food was amazing. Couple of tips. Download WhatsApp and GRAB. You’ll need both. Getting around is so easy using GRAB. The hotel staff is worth mentioning again. They really do make you feel welcome. They respond to any requests immediately. Breakfast buffet is good. Not many sweets but good. Other options close by are Lapin Bakery (you must go there) Starbucks (of course). Wife and I went to Hoi An 2 nights in a row. Yes it’s that good. There is a little coffee shop tucked away down an alley that is the best spot for coffee. The Coffee Hub. I will post a picture if I can. Shopping and the lantern boat ride all in Hoi An. This hotel is in a perfect spot and very clean. You won’t regret staying here.

The hotel is in a great location and the staff were very helpful. Breakfast was okay with a decent selection. Room was showing some wear and had some funny smells. Biggest let down was the construction next door, loud machines drilling into the early AM every night. The Gym could do with some more modern equipment.

Right opposite the key area of My Khe beach so very convenient for being in the heart of Da Nang. The property is overall good for the price but nothing special, it is looking a little tired especially around the pool area. The windows could definitely do with a regular clean around the rooftop pool. Good breakfast with a decent view of the beach, worth noting there is some construction work going on opposite the hotel, thought not too noisy it is a bit of an eye sore. The biggest area of improvement this hotel needs to focus on is helping guests at the front desk from local attractions to an area map. There was little support with this in the morning probably because the girl that did this was helping out at the breakfast area.
