Booked a seaview room #1705 and it was amazing view to wake up. Aircon is cool but WiFi not very fast and hot shower pressure is moderate. Also didn't like the in room REUSABLE slippers and preferred to have disposable slippers for hygiene. Only managed to wake up for breakfast on last day and it was a good spread. Hotel location is good for seafood dining but only a few cafes for brunch.

I found all the staff very approachable and friendly. In particular, Ms Kieu Anh, was very professional and took the time and effort to help on all occasions.

Staff was nice, breakfast was great. A little loud at night because of the clubs on the beach, but not too loud. We did end up losing a wash cloth we used on an excursion. They ended up charging us $2 for it no big deal, but since they decided to charge us for that they missed out on the $5 tip we give the front desk.

View was great. Service is great too. Overall the hotel is pretty good in all aspects.

Just that the air conditioning is not cold at all. The experience will be much better if the air conditioning is cold enough. Temperature of the air conditioning is set at 16 to 20 degrees throughout because no matter how we adjusted the controller, it still feels like 25 degrees in general. The control to the air conditioning did not affect the room temperature at all. it feels like its a fixed controlled temperature through out the whole building itself. Can be exceptionally hot in summer when you just have a fun day at the beach under the hot sun.

Fantastic hotel right across the street from the beach. Pool on the 22nd floor is really nice. We stayed in rooms that faced the ocean. Staff is super friendly and very helpful organizing tours. Big shout out to the bellhop Long who organized a great tour for us to Khe Sanh, Vinh Moc and Ben Hai.

amazing stay in this hotel. Our rooms were beach front facing, and had a gorgeous view of the beach. Full set of amenities provided. Lots of convenience store and food nearby. The hotel location is very strategic, and if you are adventurous to walk the roads behind the hotel, you can find smaller shops there selling food and drinks at competitive prices.
Started my days with breakfast and a wide variety of food available by courteous staffs
Do drop by the infinity pool at level 22. That's highest part of the hotel and comes with a spectacular view for sunrise

Excellent bell service and best in Vietnam

Bell service ( Dragon ) is very helpful and hard working. Breakfast staff are very friendly and one of the best team we have encountered in Vietnam.

We are let down by the front desk because she is not flexible enough to allow to check into a beach front.

Early morning always awaken by very noisy and loud rolling sounds. Not sure what’s that and very unusual.

the hotel is located right opposite the beach. all the food places and attractions we went to were just a short grab ride away. the pool was a major letdown. it had a great view but the water was super salty like seawater. my kids love pools but we only spent 10 mins here in our 3 night stay.

Hotel is located across the street from a nice beach. It’s a busy tourist area. Lots of restaurants and nightlife.

The staff are superb. Ms Ly on reception was lovely, kind and helpful and the man that brought our luggage to the room was super friendly. Everything is brand new in the hotel and the room and bathroom were perfect. The breakfast was excellent as well with great variety. I recommend this hotel and would certainly stay there again. Next time i will make sure i ask for a room with a good view! Thankyou very much :)

I booked an ocean view room, big room and nice view.
The exchange rate at hotel is ridiculous, and there no where nearby to change money. For 100 Aud we get 1570,000 Dong in Ho Chi Ming, 1550,000 in Hoi An hotel, and we only get 1500,000 in Maximillan. I suggest you change enough money before your stay. During our stay the fire alarm went off at night. There were no procedure to be follow to evacuate guests and no explanation. All staffs were talking with themselves in their languages. We asked them what’s the problem they told us it was ok just someone press the alarm button. However after they gave us this explanation the alarm went off again. So clearly it was a lie. At the end we wait at the lobby for one hour just to make sure it settle down and nothing will happen. The staffs are generally helpful but how they handle the fire alarm situation was very poor.

Brand new hotel! The pool is stunning and we found that the best time of day was to relax up there first thing in the morning. The room was clean and spacious and with a fantastic ocean view. Delicious breakfast with lots of variety. We were also grateful for the free airport transfer service. Great location if you want to be by the beach - we didn’t go into the main centre of Da Nang as we just wanted to be at the beach, and there are lots of restaurants nearby with fantastic, fresh seafood. The only downside was that the spa wasn’t opened yet and the hotel didn’t have many nearby recommendations or deals that we could make use of for neighbouring hotels. Nonetheless we didn’t struggle to find other spas to go to, and I’m sure the Maximilian spa will be lovely once opened (like the rest of the hotel!) Also, perhaps the staff could consider changing the music at the pool - pumping top 40 songs at 8am really isn’t necessary when the view is so peaceful! The staff were happy to turn the music down (several guests requested this!) but in general it would probably be better not to blast music so early in the morning. These were very minor issues and no doubt come with being a new hotel, and they didn’t affect our overall view that the hotel was fantastic and we would be more than happy to stay again. The staff were lovely and always happy to help- always greeting you and wishing you a nice day.

部屋も広いし、バスルームにリビングが見える窓が面白い。
17階のお陰でビーチが見渡せた
部屋掃除を希望できるボタンがあるけど希望してないのに電話がかかってくるのはちょとめんどい。
朝ごはんは種類が多くて、選択肢多いけどフルーツの種類が少なかった。
ホテル周辺の交通はうるさい時と静かな時がある

Nous avons eu une belle chambre familiale donc séparé par 2 portes, très grandes et propres. Une vue sur le building à côté, rien d'intéressant. Au debut je trouvais le personnel froid mais quand la responsable Ms Kieu Anh a commencé à m'écrire et me parler tout est devenu beaucoup plus chaleureux. Un préposé à la réception m'a aidé à contacter mon prochain hôtel j'ai très appréciée son aide. Malheureusement le buffet du déjeuner je le trouvais redondant. C'etait des oeufs, pas de gauffre, crêpe. L'hôtel est très bien situé, face à la plage. Je donne un 4.5 pour l'hôtel.

騒音さえなければ良いホテル

ホテルの部屋はとても広く2部屋を繋げたオーシャンビューの特別なお部屋でした。
朝食のビュッフェも食べきれないほどの量があり、毎日楽しかったですし、美味しかったです。パン、チャーハン、麺、サラダ，フルーツ、デザートなど盛りだくさんでした。
特に暖かい汁を入れてくれるフォーがとても美味しかったです。

残念だったのは、毎晩夜海沿いでパーティーをしていて夜な夜な重低音が響き、子連れでしたのでそこが辛かったです。

朝は目の前の海から朝陽が昇り美しかったです。朝の5時ころから海水浴を楽しんでいる人もいました。

壁が薄いという口コミがありましたが、大丈夫かなと思って宿泊しました。
ですが、コネクティングルームでドアを隔ててるだけなので、そりゃ隣の声など気になるなーってところです。
私が宿泊した際はお隣がファミリーだったようで、小さい赤ちゃんが夜中3時くらいから朝方まで何度も泣いていました。

Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral. Gegenüber der Straße befindet sich der Strand. Night Market Son Tra sowie Dragon Bridge ist 10 min Fahrt entfernt.

Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Bei unserer Ankunft haben wir Drink Vouchers (1x pro Zimmer) erhalten. Bei der Abreise hat uns das Hotel ein kostenloses Shuttle Service angeboten, aufgrund unserer langen Aufenthalt.

Das Zimmer (Connecting Room) war sehr groß. Auf dem Kingsbett könnten durchaus 3 Personen schlafen. 😀 Leider wurden die Fenster seitlich des Gebäudes gebaut, sodass nur sehr bedingt Tageslicht ins Zimmer reinströmt. Zusätzlich war das Zimmer mit zu wenig Beleuchtung ausgestattet, was das Zimmer noch trübe erschienen ließ.
Des Weiteren war der Schimmelgeruch überall im Zimmer zu riechen. Wir haben das Personal darauf angesprochen, aber das Problem konnte leider nicht beseitigt werden. Es wäre gut, wenn das Personal Duftstäbchen in den Zimmern hinstellen würde, um den Geruch einigermaßen zu neutralisieren.

Taxifahrer standen direkt vor dem Eingang des Hotels. Ein Tipp: Bestelle vorab ein Taxi über Grab bevor du das Hotel verlässt.
Poolbereich war zugänglich, leider sehr chaotisch aufgrund einer Renovierung.

I stayed at the hotel from March 20 to 23 along with daily breakfast, on these days dining in the hotel restaurant In the morning although breakfast was very busy. but a female staff Ms. GIANG impressed me she was friendly helpful with excellent service It also made me have a good impression of the hotel and Oyster Harbor this place The hotel has such a service performance of excellent employees is really rare so reflect to the hotel in recognition of its excellent service performance.
