We booked a room with a balcony-it didn’t have one: it did have an outside shelf with a plant on it however no space for a human being never mind a chair. WRONG DESCRIPTION OF FACILITIES. Breakfast was chaotic, everybody walking everywhere crossing paths, guests and staff. Only one coffee machine - totally inadequate for the number of people and then it broke down. Staff were good.

Nice hotel, housekeeping had to be reminded to clean our room several times by 5-6 Pm. We also used their laundry service they charged us extra because they couldn’t dry something and still returned it to us wet! They also charged us for water that confused us because there was water all over the room staying complementary… felt a bit taken advantage of if you don’t pay close attention. For the price I paid $2200 you would have expected exceptional service rather than adequate.

This is an incredible property right on the beach. The hotel is amazing with ocean views, great restaurants and the staff is absolutely fantastic. No regrets staying here. We come back many times over. I’ve stayed at many places along the strip here in this by far is the most favorable. 5 star for aesthetics

This is a great property right on the beach and it’s a beautifully designed Japanese style building with great rooms and balconies overlooking the beach. The buffet is good, but most of all the staff is so friendly and knowledgable about everything. Everybody would enjoy this place especially if you are into eclectic lifestyles.

Let me start by saying that every employee was very kind and always helpful. The hotel itself is visually appealing as you can see in photos. My wife and I stayed for four days and only learned once we arrived that the spa is indefinitely closed which was disappointing. Also, we’ve been spoiled by great breakfast everywhere we’ve stayed traveling around Asia. The breakfast at Chicland was a big let down. By our last day we opted to walk across the way to pay for breakfast. We ate at the rooftop bar and again, the food, although very beautifully presented, was mediocre. I hate to leave a negative review but hope that it will help travelers make a more informed decision.

In general the hotel was great, good location, great sea views, roof top bar and swimming pool and friendly and helpful staff. Where it failed badly was breakfast which was chaotic. We arrived an hour before breakfast was due to end and many items had already run out (pastries, fruit etc) and were never replaced. The coffee was the worse I had ever had. So definitely stay here but go elsewhere for breakfast.

Great value for money. Location is good across from the beach. Beach further down on the right hand side is more fun with bigger crowd. Men staff downstairs were great and always have smiles on their face, help you with umbrellas if sunny hot day…etc. Women staff in buffet restaurant take long to clear used dishes on our table, I observed on three consecutive days. I hope they are more tentative and pay attention to the little details as such. Overall I rate this hotel very good, very sophisticated, clean and will come back.

The workers that are working the reception/check-in are not friendly at all and have an attitude like they are doing me a favor by staying there. They were not helpful at all and when I asked about any tours available from the hotel they said look it up yourself you can find it online.

This place is absolutely sensational and I would recommend it without hesitation. Flawless style and an impeccable location with a breathtaking view from the infinity pool. Food and drinks were exceptional and staff could not be any more attentive. Very reasonable price for what you get. You can stay much more cheaply in the area but this is worth it.

The only negative is the techno music being played at an outdoor beach club till late at night. Our room was on the 16th floor with beach view. The music was so loud it was difficult to fall asleep. Best beachfront hotel I've stayed in My Khe Beach. The staff is friendly and helpful. From the doorstep to the lift and reception, they made sure you feel welcomed. The rooms are well done. Clean and spacious. Super comfy bed. Nice huge balcony and great soundproofing, blocking out traffic and wave noises. The pool overlooks the sea. Breakfast buffet is extensive and has variety of choices.

While there was a slight hiccup with housekeeping, where the room attendant used water to dilute the shower gel during cleaning, rendering it unusable, I was impressed by the swift response from the housekeeping department. They promptly replenished the shower gel, resolving the issue efficiently.
In terms of cleanliness, there's room for improvement as I noticed a few stray hairs in some corners and on the bed, along with some water stains in various places. Paying extra attention to these details would enhance the overall experience.

It has a very well-known location which is in the central of My Khe beach and you can go to city center or famous destinations in this city. What I impressed first about its architect and the new eco vibe. The staffs are friendly and supportive. You should try some Vietnamese food here. I like the hightea set. I'll be back next time.

I was drawn to their concept, architecture and interior of the building. One of the best hotel I ever stay. I have to command their dining/breakfast staff has nothing been spectacular. stayed for a long weekend in Da Nang and chose the Chicland due to being modern, on the water front and eco credentials - and it looks cool. Not dissapointed with comfy spacious room, ever helpful staff and excellent facilities. The spa is out right now, but that was all. Excellent brekfast and roof bar.

Our experience at the Chicland Hotel was excellent. I most admired the thoughtful design concepts and furnishings incorporated into the hotel's design concepts. The staff was 5-star - very welcoming, always pleasant, always looking to help when needed. The only drawback is the volume of noise coming from the beach across the street - morning PA music and announcements sometimes start as early as 5:30, and loud EDM continued to midnight, sometimes. But, regardless, we would stay there again. Thanks, Chicland staff!

It was an amazing stay. We stayed in a sea facing balcony room. The view was fantastic. I must mention that the pillows were the best and most comfortable unlike most hotels. The beach across the road is easily accessible and the pool on 21st level is small and beautiful. The bar lounge on the top level serves nice drinks and food….. overall deserves a repeat stay.

Chicland's location is excellent and it is less than 15 mins drive from the airport. Situated right in front of the beach, there are plenty of seafood restaurants either in front or behind the hotel. There are also lots of spa and massage places nearby. Supermarket is also behind the hotel. The room is spacious and clean The bed and the long pillows are very comfy. It has a mini bar and a laptop size safe box for use. The ceiling fan is useful and i didn't even switch on the aircon throughout my entire stay. The infinity pool on the 21st floor has a fabulous view. Unfortunately the spa was fully booked and i didnt get a chance to enjoy the massage there. Breakfast serves a variety of food and has a live cooking station for noodles and eggs. Overall i will definitely recommend this hotel.

Chicland is very stylish, and well located if you want to be by the beach. Pay extra for an ocean view - it’s worth it. Breakfast was tasty, and the lobby/roof areas are awesome (infinity pool FTW). Not having a desk in the room was a bit annoying, but I made it work. They went above and beyond to rectify a small service issue and I was really impressed by their hospitality.

The Chicland hotel has a very unique and impressive architecture and interior design. My room was great except the balcony door could have been better insulated against sounds and heat. Also would have been nice to have a desk for my laptop instead of the small round table.
