A first class hotel with exceptional service, cleanliness and location. My room over-looked the ocean and it is a short walk from the front entrance to the beach. The breakfast buffet rates 10/10 for quality, freshness, and variety. I would definitely return for future visits.

The room was clean, comfortable and roomy. Breakfast was varied and delicious. The pho and egg station were great. Also, the hotel is very central, so you can walk to beach and restaurants easily. There is a mini mart beside it, which is very convenient for getting water and snacks.

The staff were outstanding, and I truly appreciated the cleanliness of the room. However, as an Expedia Platinum VIP member, I expected to receive more benefits, especially since one of the main reasons I chose this property was because it’s listed as an Expedia VIP hotel. Unfortunately, there was very little acknowledgment of my status, and we didn’t even receive a room upgrade. While a 20% spa discount was offered, the rates were still higher than similar services available outside the hotel.

The rooms we stay. We barely see the beach at all.
When I first checked in, hotel provided me new face towel. Second day I stayed, the hotel gave me an old face towel with torn on all the sides. It looks like it was used so much that the towel was all torn. Really disappointed. On top of it, my wife's room have bad odor when the AC is on. We request to change filter and they did on second night. Really disappointed for 4 star hotel

I don’t think I have enough room to say how much we enjoyed this hotel. The staff was extremely welcoming and helpful, the breakfast buffet was delicious, and the rooms were very nice and quiet.

The only thing I didn’t enjoy was the shower, simply because you have to step into a very high bathtub. For older guests or anyone with mobility challenges, this could be difficult.

Other than that, I give this hotel two thumbs up and five stars. We will definitely stay here again.

We were a family of 4 in a room and we were refused even more than 2 towels (asked to pay for additional) - four people to share 2 towels (horrible and unheard of policy). Same for water / cups etc. Never before have experienced such practices. At one point, one of the housekeeping ladies also pointed put that one hand towel is missing (which in fact it was not, when accounted for later)

Separately, my little kid feel sick and threw up on the bed and the bedding had to be cleaned. During the final settlement, they charged us for dry cleaning ($75USD - after generously applying a 50% discount) coz as per them the stains could not be removed. First, they did not inform about this policy before (even when we asked housekeeping categorically if any issue) and when we asked that we be shown the stained pieces at check out, they themselves could not find the stains (at which point we left without paying as we had to arrive at the airport and they clearly were trying to get away with charging us - they did not expect us to ask for the pieces to be shown to us). Also, to our utmost disgust and astonishment, they also charged us for a cold water bottle from the room fridge (which we did contest but we were 100% not to have consumed any because we eventually bought our own 5L water bottle from the mart right next to the hotel)

The food and cocktails were can be avoided at the hotel.

Definitely would neither go back nor recommend this place.

We were pleasantly surprised by this property after travelling around Vietnam and having numerous properties not look at all as pictured.

Mandila had very friendly staff, rooms were clean and well stocked, in a great area super close to the beach and lots of restaurant and cafes etc.

Rooftop pool is great (drinks and delicious!) and the breakfast buffet contained so many different food choices and was good quality! Very impressed and would absolutely stay here again!

Our stay in Mandila Beach Hotel was amazing! Hoang at the front desk ensured that we checked in without any issues, and when we raised concerns with our room on the first night, she made sure things were quickly rectified with professionalism. Thu Dinh was one of the breakfast staff members, and always greeted us with a smile and was attentive to all guests at breakfast. The gym was a bit of a disappointment, equipment was old and scarce, I recommend just getting a day pass to a gym nearby for those wanting to get a real workout in. Overall, our stay was a positive experience and would recommend this hotel to others.

From start to finish, our experience at Mandila Beach Hotel was truly exceptional. The room itself was better than great—perfectly appointed and comfortable. The entire front desk staff was excellent, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere from the moment we arrived.

A highlight of our stay was the dining; we absolutely loved the morning buffet. A special shout-out to Thu, who was wonderfully helpful, friendly, and attentive. Her caring service truly stood out.

The spa experience was also stellar. My sister-in-law and I received massages from Bui, Thao and Ngo,Ngoc, and they all exceeded our expectations. We felt genuinely welcomed, appreciated, and incredibly well taken care of.

We would absolutely return to Mandila Beach Hotel and highly recommend it to anyone seeking a top-tier experience!

To be honest with you, I don’t know where to start. From the time you walk through the door. You have excellent service from the reception and the staff in the lobby then when you get to your room, you have a beautiful view clean room , nice gifts then you get to the restaurants from the breakfast restaurant to the lunch and dinner restaurant the staff they’re no longer staff their friends. Awesome people and it’s hard to just pick one when all of them are great from the managers to the assistant managers to the staff 100% golden!!!! It’s not my first time I stay here and start my last time I enjoy it 100% percent.
