Excellent location with private beach and wonderful pools. Breakfast buffet was marvelous and magnificent with lots of option. Its my first time that I noticed the Breakfast buffet is open till 11am. In most hotels its only till 10:30am. Staff's are friendly and service was excellent. People go beyond their call of duty to make your stay comfortable. If you like to go off the radar and take some time off from your regular routine, this is the best place to do so.
One thing I didn't like about this property is about the drinking water in plastic bottle. The hotel should consider installing water filter machines in each floor so that the guests can fetch water whenever needed. Providing use and throw plastic bottles is not good for the environment. I hope the management will consider this suggestion to become more environmental friendly which is the need of the hour.

Great promise

Beautifully refurbished hotel from a great brand BUT the food service is lacking - chaotic, slow, limited choices. We would visit again though. Just a shame as it’s got all the right ingredients.
Walking on beach you see scruffy exterior and glasses not cleared from night before. Not a major problem but if Fujeirah wants to appeal to the Dubai crowd, that sort of polish needs to improve.

We've knew IC since long time, this is our 3 staying. The hotel is an icon in the area. The beach, service and people are wonderful.

We've booked for 4 nights, unfortunately we've faced an issue during our stay, when we informed the management, they take corrective actions immediately.

Accordingly we've extended our stay for another 4 nights.

I would like to extend my thank and appreciation to Mr. James (house keeping manager) and Mr. Mahmoud (reservation manager) for thier understanding and quick actions.

All Good , except 3 issues

Room A/C keep cooling and non stop in case you keep on Auto mood .

The mattress cover was clean but when part appear it was very dirty and disgusting and with colors

The service on the Resturant not up to level , also i booked room with Free dinner, no body informed us the beverage it’s payable and not free of cost along with dinner. During check in or after we ordered at the restaurant. And it was very costly.

The hotels facilities are good but what really makes this hotel shine is its amazing customer service. the staff are some of the most adaptable and caring that we’ve ever seen a staff member named Diya discovered that a member of the family doesn’t consume gluten and he and some others went out of their way to insure a comfortable stay for this person by preparing stand-alone dishes that didn’t include gluten. even when we didn’t mention the gluten allergy the following morning we were met with a designated meal for the gluten free individual courtesy of diya. The staff in this hotel serve the customer with smiles on their faces at all times and seem like they genuinely care about your experience. staff like sharif, diya, yugesh and hari were some of those that served us not to mention that the food served varied a lot and was extremely delicious.

The hotel is well taken care of with lots of amenities and access to the beach. 3 different pools and on sundays, an aqua gym class for free! The food is excellent with live music at night... such a fun resort to spend the weekend! Make sure you pass by the Spa for an amazing experience

Staff are very friendly and helpful, both in front office and dining venues (all day dining and drift). The aquafun venue by the family pool could do with some TLC. No ice cream, no iced coffee, just alcohol and smoothies...doesnt seem to be aimed at kids to me despite reception showing it in the map as the kids pool area? Also the sunloungers where dirty, the showers where full of leaves and dead cockroaches... but only at the kids pool. A shame.

Intercontinental Fujairah is definitely a part of the top 5 hotels we tried around the world.
Very clean, modern and family friendly.
If you are a couple will will also enjoy this hotel specially the SPA.
Nama buffet is really good specially with their new Chief cooker from Morocco 👍
Specially thanks for Jamol & Iman from the reception, Michel from the Pool, Kids Club staff and Nama restaurant staff (Jamil and his team, Ryan and his colleague …) .. they all made our staycations amazing!

Horrible Stay- So Dirty

Found out the quality badly degraded. Hotel has absolutely no Cleanessness standard.
- Found trash bins not cleaned in my room. Bin was full with dirty pampers !!
- Pool dirty : people are eating / smoking / drinking inside the pool
- reponse time for personnel is super slow. Found only one towel in the room. Had to call them 3 time to get extra towels after 90 min

We booked 2 rooms and we were not given adjacent rooms.I had my mother in law with me who had a bit of challenge walking. We asked for a room near the lift which could not be accommodated. We asked for a wheel chair and that was not available. This made the stay extremely inconvenient.

Great staycation, hotel is one of the best.... breakfast is amazing one the best in UAE, lots to eat and chose from. the beach is great, and drift is lovely.

Hotel is very nice, as can be expected from InterConti Hotels. Not too much choice for restaurants and bars.
Staff is super friendly and make you feel welcome as guests.
Two suggestions i'd have. Build toilets next to the pool, the one with kiddie pool. To have to walk inside opposite the restaurant is inconvenient and too far for little kids... The second would be to make an ATM avialble.

Lovely location, attentive staff but really...allowing your children to ride tricycles in the lobby-I spent my time dodging young ones playing tag and running out of control, trikes in places I never thought trikes would be and there are certainly young children (with water guns) in every pool even though the resort advertises an adult pool and a pool for children. While I love kids, a keen part of my vacation is not having to be around them. Staff was wonderful fir us but certainly didn’t step forward when kids were completely out of control.

Very nice place to stay. The staff is super helpful and the breakfast buffet is top notch.
Only minus is that both restaurants are closed from 17:15-19 which is exactly when our kids eat dinner before they go to bed.

The hotel and its staff are amazing, although it’s was too overcrowded (the beach-not enough seats, the breakfast- conference and banqueting tables were added and the pools) the reception was fantastic even provided us with a free upgrade from a junior suite to a suite. We opted to have dinner at the other hotels (Le Meridian and Miramar) as better cuisine options and quality were given by them.
