Staff were soooo lovely, our room was big and comfortable, breakfast was nice, with a great choice of local and more Western options, the pool area is gorgeous and there’s even a little gym. Great location, only 10 minutes walk to the edge of the old town, 20 minutes to the thick of the action.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Hadana Boutique Resort. The staff was friendly, helpful and responsive to any and all inquiries. The room was very spacious, nicely appointed and very clean! The restaurant served up delicious options, with the breakfast buffet being very plentiful. And the SPA!!! … Do not pass up this wonderful experience at incredibly affordable prices. The location of the hotel was perfect for us and within easy walking distance of The Night Market, the lantern boats on the river, and incredible restaurants, cafes and bars. I would most definitely stay here again.

From check-in to check-out every single staff member name us feel at home and even the smallest request was carried out diligently and with kindness. All the amenities were great including the spa and pool and the room was spacious and wonderfully appointed. The property was also a short walk away from Hoi An's old town. Highly recommended for families!

Only have 2 negatives, which is why this isn’t a 5 star review. There are a bunch of roosters that live in a yard right next to the hotel. They crow starting at about 3am and don’t stop till about 11am. So if you don’t have earplugs and you happen to be at that side of the hotel, you’re SOL.

Also, they had a Christmas Eve dinner/event/party at the hotel courtyard. I’d guess about 5 percent of hotel guests chose to partake. The music was insanely loud. No matter where you stayed, you’d hear the music. It was blasting till about 10pm. I’m not an early sleeper, but it was wasn’t pleasant to have that music blasting for hours. Also, not to be a prick, but it was singing performances. And those performance didn’t sound good, which adding to the annoyance. I feel like they could’ve easily controlled the volume a bit more, to make it less disruptive for guests who weren’t part of the dinner/event.

Thus is a lovely hotel within walking distance of the old town. The staff were wonderful and so helpful. The 2 for 1 deal at the spa for a massage was a great added extra. We gad a great srlection of food to choose from at breakfast both hot and cold.
A lovely pool and bar area too.

This hotel was a great find. The rooms are small and dated but they are quiet and will meet your everyday needs. The outdoor areas are amazing. The pool is relaxing and a joy after a long tourist day. The breakfast. Pool food and drinks were exceptional. We took advantage of the spa deals and the message was one of the best we have ever had. The staff are happy all the time.

This was our first time in Vietnam and Hoi An loved our stay here, staff were very lovely and helpful, booked a pool view room, which really wasn’t till you looked over the balcony, would have preferred the lower floors but in saying that loved our room. Breakfast was okay, could do with changing it up from time to time, different fruits or pastries, or adding option of poached eggs. Need to look at where the linen is washed particularly towels as they smell strongly of fuel. Overall was a lovely hotel and would stay again if we ever return to Vietnam.

The staff were amazing. The welcome drink was delicious( my favorite), I actually ordered it with my dinner and the made it for me. My first room had a leaking from the ceiling but they placed me in another room right away and checked several times that I was happy with my new room. The pool is nice. The free breakfast was good I enjoyed the “bun” here. It rained so we did not get to do the coconut tour but caught a Taxi from Da Nang and they booked the tour for us. The customer service here is a 10/10, room itself was 6/10 bathroom grout curtains, shower curtain and lamp shades need a good cleaning. Decor of hotel and room 10/10.

Lovely hotel situated within 15 minutes of the old town and about 20 minutes cycle to the An Bang beach. We stayed in a room with rice fields view, but our view was blocked by three large coconut trees. The staff are really friendly and helpful. Overall a lovely hotel.

I have stayed at this hotel previously and it is very nice with friendly, helpful staff. The breakfast is very nice and the Internet has a good connection. The hotel is located about a mile or so from the old town but it is easily accessed by taxi. It takes about 15 to 20 minutes to walk if you feel inclined to do so. The only fault I would give it is that the bed and pillows are quite hard but overall it is a nice place to stay.

our stay got off with a couple of glitches though the guest relations staffer who took care of us from arrival to departure, eased the kinks and made our three nights there good. we were also told the hotel was upgrading its rooms, so that's positive news - our room was clean, spacious and had a decent farm view, though it had seen better days. bathroom setup also needed attention, like longer spouts for taps to minimise splashing outside of sink and tub.
we had to mop up the wetness with towels to keep the counter and floor dry. breakfast was generous and varied. staff overall were friendly and responsive.

Location for me was perfect. About 1 hour walk to beach and about 35 minutes to the Old Town.

You'll fi d everything you need in your room and washroom.just a very small issue: the air-conditioning made a noise all the time (first i thought it was the washroom fan running!).

this was anamazing stay. In a town where so many businesses are competing for our business, I think this hotel stands above the rest. The team here genuinely cares about our experience. In fact, some of the staff we have become lifelong friends with. Big thanks to Mei and Ny for taking good care of us and helping us arrange our trips, making wonderful recommendations, and checking on us afterwards to ensure that we were happy. They were both very special to us and we’re an enriching part of our experience here the entire team is friendly just like them. The spa massage was the best massage I have had during my entire time in Vietnam. this is a really chill atmosphere. it truly deserves five stars!

Our stay at Hadana was fantastic! The hotel was clean, modern, and spacious. The breakfast was the best we had on our entire trip throughout Vietnam and Thailand. The pool was nice, the location was very convenient, and the free rental bikes were great!
The staff were very friendly and helpful but they were a bit too pushy with their recommendations. Its understandable to give a few recommendations upon arrival but let me eat my breakfast in peace :)
The recommendations they gave were also not the best.

Come here for a VIP treatment! Thuan was the most helpful, she was in contact before my stay to make sure I had transportation to the hotel upon my arrival at the airport. All staff were very hospitable, helping me book day tours and setting up transportation to my next destination. The room was clean and bed comfortable, shower has good pressure, elevators to room were quick and smooth. 10/10 recommend. No complaints here.

Friendly staff, clean communal areas. Hotel room was nice but bathroom wasn’t the cleanest and a bit dated. The shower floods part of the room which is frustrating and there’s no shelf to put anything on. Breakfast is included and is ok, can get freshly cooked eggs and nice bread but some other items weren’t great. It’s a 15 minute walk to the old town.

One of the loveliest hotels I have stayed at! Wonderful, kind and welcoming staff who take the time to make your stay memorable. The manager of the hotel takes time out of her schedule every day to chat to guests and ensure they are enjoying themselves.
