Very helpful staff and fine room. Good WiFi. Negative points for parking. I arrived late looking for an overnight stay from the highway. It took me 30 to 45 minutes to park. I parked once on the street but was advised by the hotel clerk to move, and then moved again because it seem like a very very dark area and I was not comfortable parking there. There’s limited hotel parking, Meaning that if you arrive even a bit late, you have to search for parking. By 10 o’clock / 11 o’clock at night this was very stressful. I cannot recommend this hotel for an overnight stay from the highway, but it might be a nice hotel for the area if you are visiting. The free breakfast included was fine.

Great Clean Hotel

A very clean and new hotel in the center of Siegen. The staff is very polite and the food for breakfast was good. The showers are very large compared to most hotel showers in Europe. I will book this hotel for my next trip to Siegen for sure!

Good location, just 10 minutes walk from the train/bus station and town centre. Good complimentary continental cold breakfast, but sometimes some items run out. Good value all day food drink available for purchase, but no pasta available every day. Good clean, modern rooms; need two chairs for a double bedroom but only one provided, so one person has to sit on the bed. Complimentary tea & coffee provided in the room but no milk/cream, just coffee powder. Good bathroom and shower but there is no door to the shower, so the water goes everywhere! Good wide screen TV with a wide range of channels. The hotel is not perfect, but not far off. I would definitely use it again if I am in Siegen.

Nice Hotel, but the man working at the counter was not nice. Also, parking is not guaranteed on the property. The parking lot doesn't have enough spots for all guests and you will have to park way down the street and walk it. Not very safe at night.

The best Holiday Inn Express that I have stayed in. It is fairly close to the downtown area and the historical neighborhood. The rooms are comfortable but small. The breakfast is good quality with soft boiled eggs, good coffee, museli, a selection of breads, pancakes, etc.

New hotel fairly close to train station

I was in Siegen for several days. This hotel is in walking distance to the train station and the downtown area. You can also easily walk to the historic areas and churches.
It is a new comfortable hotel with a friendly staff. The breakfast is a basic self-service but very good quality. I enjoyed the soft boiled eggs and the great choice of breads. There was also museli and a coffee machine.

Das Zimmer war geräumig und sauber (der Teppichboden an einigen Stellen allerdings deutlich verschmutzt und abgenutzt), das Badezimmer sehr sauber, einfache Toilettenartikel (nebst Seife, Shampoo, Duschgel) vorhanden.
Die Zimmer sind sehr hellhörig.
Leider wurde das Zimmer während meines Aufenthaltes nicht gereinigt und auch das Bett nicht gemacht. Daher gibt es einen Stern Abzug in der Gesamtbewertung.

Das modernste Hotel aus Siegen. Jedoch haben die Teppiche in den Zimmern auch schon bessere Tage gehabt genau so wie die Möbel. Die Parkmöglichkeiten können an manchen Tagen sehr eng werden. Genau so finde ich 12€ fürs Parken sehr teuer. Ansonsten wirklich das beste Hotel aus Siegen. Modern, gepflegt und sehr hilfsbereite Mitarbeiter ich komme gerne wieder.

Wir haben leider ein behindertengerechtes Zimmer erhalten. Überall waren Notfallknöpfe und Schnüre. Die Toilette hatten keinen Deckel. Der Spiegel war verstellbar, allerdings ist wohl kein Rollstuhlfahrer 1,82 m groß und ich musste micht immer bücken, um mich im Spiegel zubetrachten. Die Servicekraft JRAMAJ hat uns als Gäste angelogen!!!!
Die Metalchips zur Ausfahrt vom Parkplatz wären Zeitorientiert.
Wir werden wohl in den nächsten 50 Jahren das Holiday Inn Express in Siegen meiden.
Das Hotel war auch nicht ausgebucht, die meisten Parkplätze waren frei.
Teuer und wenig Serviceorientiert. Das müssen wir uns nichtbieten lassen.

Ja ich war etwas früher da als Checkin Zeit, Zimmer war noch \"schmutzig\". Ich könne warten, mann sage mir dann bescheid. War aber nicht so. Nach 2 Stunden habe ich dann mal Nachfgefragt : Zimmer schon lange fertig. Warum sagt man mir das nicht? Klimaanlage defekt. Gab einen Heizlüfter, der aber recht laut war. Sonst war alles in Ordnung.

Unkompliziertes Einchecken vor der Deadline möglich. Sehr freundliches, kompetentes Personal. Parkplätze direkt am Haus und durch Schranke gesichert. Sauberes, geräumiges Zimmer mit großem Bett und hochwertiger Matratze. Tolle, große Dusche im schönen Badezimmer. Gutes Frühstück inklusive. Besonders wertvoll: Perfekt isolierte Zimmer und absolute Nachtruhe. Das alles für ein Taschengeld - prima!

Das Hotel liegt zentral, die Zimmer zum Parkplatz waren angenehm ruhig.
Mir war die Matratze viel zu weich und das Doppelbett zu schmal. Habe die ganze Nacht kein Auge zugemacht. Aber das ist wahrscheinlich Geschmackssache.

In Ordnung; nicht mehr und nicht weniger

Noch relativ junges Hotel. Dementsprechend ist der Zustand in Ordnung. Modernes Zimmer mit etwas sehr hartem Bett und schönem Bad. Ärgerlich: Keine Zimmerreinigung. Auf Nachfrage wurde mir erklärt, dass man seit Corona sparen müsse. Man drückte mir an der Rezeption einen neuen Satz Handtücher in die Hand und bat mich, diese selbst auszutauschen. Auf meine Bitte, die alten Handtücher abzuholen und die neuen zu bringen, klappte das. Das Frühstück ist bescheiden.

Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Das Hotel liegt fußläufig 5 Minuten bis zur Siegerlandhalle entfernt. Es ist modern, die Zimmer ebenso und vor allem sauber. Das Frühstück war sehr gut und reichhaltig. Der Parkplatz ist eng und eine Nacht dort parken schlägt mit 10,- Euro extra zu buche. Trotzdem eine absolute Empfehlung.

The parking place was full, so I had to park another place. it was free, but difficult to find the place.
The cleaning service was not available everyday due to COVID.

Die Hotelzimmer sind sicherlich angemessen für den Preis. Beim Service und Kundenorientierung ist aber noch deutlich Luft nach oben. Und damit meine ich nicht nur die fehlende Flasche Wasser auf dem Zimmer beim Einchecken.
