Junior suite has only under the counter fridge, doors to the freezer were broken (440). There is no hob only small combi oven/microwave. No air-conditioning.
Room 440 is on the attic and there are steep steps it's not accessable for person with reduced mobility. We had to change the room to 434 just beside the lift. I forgot the item in the shower in the old room and I asked at the reception but it wasn't delivered to my new room. There is no charge for parking car with disabled badge. Pillows and beds are comfortable.

Frühstück gut, Rest zum vergessen.

Wir hatten ein großes Familienzimmer 30qm mit Balkon gebucht. Bei der Anreise sollten wir ein winziges Zimmer mit Jugendherbergs-Charakter beziehen. Auf meinen Wunsch ein Zimmer in der gebuchten Kategorie zu bekommen hieß es man sei ausgebucht. Auf meinen Wunsch, dann eben auf ein anderes Hotel umgebucht zu werden wurde ein längeres Telefonat geführt. Dann wurde mir ein zweites kleines Zimmer gezeigt. Als ich auch das ablehnte war dann nach einer halben Stunde doch plötzlich ein Zimmer in der gebuchten Kategorie frei. Absolutes No-Go!
Frühstück aber sehr gut und reichhaltig.

Goed hotel

Hotel heeft geen airco, maar kamers waren koel. Modern sanitair. Er zijn ook liften. Veel hotelkamers liggen in een bijgebouw (ca 100 meter van hotel). Goed (ontbijt en diner) buffet.

Soms wat chaotisch als het gaat om drankjes te boeken op de kamer (iedere serveerster hanteert een ander systeem). Verder genoten van de mooie omgeving.

Waren jetzt das zweite Mal in diesem Hotel, das erste Mal im Haupthaus. Obwohl Superior Zimmer gebucht war der Wohlfühlfaktor geringer als beim ersten Besuch, als wir in einer Dependance untergebracht waren.

Prima hotel. Prachtige omgeving. Schone ruime kamers. Lekkere bedden maar wel erg dunne kussens.
Rolluiken om de kamers volledig te kunnen verduisteren.
Een waterkoker ontbreekt om ‘s morgens een kop koffie of thee te kunnen zetten.
Heerlijke douche maar geen afzuiging. In plaats daarvan het verzoek om na het douchen de kamer te ventileren om schimmel te voorkomen.

Al met al prima hotel maar ivm een paar kleine minpuntjes 4 sterren.

Eine wunderschöne Lage mitten im Grünen.

Die Lage ist wunderschön, ruhig und grün.
Das Personal war zuvorkommend und nett.
Mein Zimmer war groß und hell, mit großem Bad/ Bad mit Fenster und Balkon.
Das Frühstück hat mir nicht geschmeckt, alle Lebensmitteln (außer Brötchen) hatten minderwertigen Qualität. Das Frühstück benote ich deswegen mit der ganz schwachen Note \"Drei\".

Das Hotel liegt sehr schön, fast schon in einer Parkanlage. Leider schrumpft die Speisekarte immer mehr, und die nächsten Lokale liegen weiters entfernt.
Manche Bereiche kommen schon langsam in die Tage. Insgesamt jedoch ist das Hotel durchaus empfehlenswert.

Das superior Doppelzimmer im Haupthaus ist renoviert und somit angenehmer als der Rest. Allerdings sehr klein und es verfügt über keinen Kleiderschrank, was ein etwas längerer Aufenthalt schwierig und unangenehm machen würde.
Das Hotel ist generell renovierungsbedurftig und das Personal war etwas überfordert wenn es eine Veranstaltung gab. Schöne Lage und Außenanlage aber definitiv optimierbar.

Ein nettes Hotel mit Optimierung und Renovierungsbedarf.
Die Lage ist sehr schön ruhig gelegen. Wunderschöner Garten und Aussenbereich.

Das Personal war größtenteils bemüht aber leider waren nicht immer alle freundlich bzw. der Service war nicht eines 4 Sternen Hotels angepasst.

Die Kaffeevielfalt beim Frühstück ohne Aufpreis ist definitiv ein Plus Punkt auch wenn sich an dem Automaten eine kleine Schlange täglich bildete. Aber super toll dass es sogar einen Automaten mit Hafermilch angeboten wird.

Das Abendessen im Restaurant war sehr lecker und sehr geschmackvoll serviert. Allerdings waren die Portionen grundsätzlich etwas klein. Bei manchen Gerichten wurde man nicht wirklich satt.

Das Hotel ist sehr klassisch, in kleinster Weise modern eingerichtet. Etwas kompliziert gebaut so dass die Wege ins Zimmer oder in anderen Bereichen etwas kompliziert und verwinkelt waren.
Was am meisten gestört hat, war der Zustand der Zimmer. Das Familienzimmer ist definitiv renovierungsbedürftig. Wir hatten im Zimmer 142 Schimmel an der Wanddecke im Bad. Der Abfluss der Dusche war verstopft und das Wasser in der Dusche hat sich beim Duschen bis zu den Knöcheln angesammelt. Das kleine Handtuch im Bad war fleckig und unsauber. Im Bad war das Licht an dem Spiegel defekt. Von 4 Lampen hat nur eine funktioniert und somit war es im Bad generell etwas dunkel und schwierig sich zu schminken. An der Wand vor der Schlafcouch im Familienzimmer war die Tapete gerissen und verschmiert.

Kurzfristig gebucht, war problemlos. Parken kostenlos, direkt vorm Haus auf dem Hotelgelände. Netter Empfang, sehr ruhiges Zimmer. Da wir wirklich nur zum Übernachten da waren, kann ich nicht viel mehr dazu schreiben, würde es aber wieder buchen.

Die Empfangsdame könnte ruhig etwas netter sein und aufmerksamer. Aber ohne ein Hallo, Kaugummi kauend begrüßt zu werden muss auch nicht sein. Unser Zimmer müsste ein „moderneres“ gewesen sein. Dementsprechend war der Zustand von Zimmer gut und sauber. Für 1-2 Nächte vollkommen ok. Das Frühstück war sehr reichhaltig und sehr frisch.

Nach einem anfänglichen Missverständnis was die Zuweisung meines Zimmers betraf, organisierte mir die Rezeption ein Zimmer in der Kategorie, die ich gebucht hatte. So war meine Ankunft leider nicht so erfreulich und kostete meine Zeit! Sehr gutes Frühstück! Preisleistungsverhältnis im Restaurant abends für mich nicht stimmig. Deshalb habe ich das Restaurant nur einmal genutzt.
