Leider ein absolut enttäuschender Aufenthalt. Das Hotel wirbt mit einem Pool – dieser war jedoch wegen Renovierung geschlossen, ohne dass dies vorher irgendwo erwähnt wurde. Eine Frechheit für den Preis.
Noch schlimmer: Im Zimmer über uns wurde bis 4:30 Uhr morgens laut gefeiert, geduscht und gebrüllt. An Schlaf war nicht zu denken. Das Personal? Freundlich, ja – aber völlig überfordert, uninteressiert und handlungsunfähig. Beschwerden wurden ignoriert, Hauptsache, man muss sich nicht kümmern.
Wer Ruhe, Service oder ein Mindestmaß an Professionalität erwartet, sollte dieses Hotel besser meiden.

Great place for a stopover. Buffet breakfast was varied and good. We hadn’t realised that the hotel is in the low emission zone and fines are possible if you don’t have a sticker in advance (obv not the hotel’s fault)

Great stopover

Great place to stop on our way to the ferry at Ijmuiden. Hotel is centrally located, with free parking. Staff friendly. Lovely breakfast. We’ve stayed here before and would stay again.

Das Einchecken war problemlos und die Empfangsdame war super freundlich und hilfsbereit.Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und hatte eine angenehme Größe.Hervorzuheben sind der vorhandene Kühlschrank sowie die Kapselkaffeemaschine zur kostenlosen Nutzung.Der Zustand des Bades konnte leider nicht ganz mit dem Zimmer mithalten.Das ist sehr schade,denn mit wenig Aufwand z.B.Duschkopf austauschen, kaputte Steckdose erneuern usw.könnte man eine wesentliche Verbesserung herbeiführen.Das gesamte Personal war sehr freundlich und Sonderwünsche wurden umgehend erfüllt.Nach einem umfangreichen und qualitativ guten Frühstück konnte der Tag beginnen.

Das Frühstück war gut die Auswahl war vielseitig. Jedoch hatte mein erstes Zimmer Schimmel im Badezimmer an der Decke sowie das auf dem Bettlaken Flecken waren.

Auf Grund der Beschwerde habe ich sofort ein neues Zimmer bekommen.

Die nette Dame an der Rezeption hat uns natürlich sofort ein neues Zimmer gegeben.

Für den Preis vollkommen okay.

Leider hatten wir keine Badewanne im Zimmer wie gebucht und das Personal an der Rezeption hat sich auch nicht wirklich Mühe gegeben für unsere Beschwerde.

Frühstück war in Ordnung, man hätte sich nur etwas besonderes gewünscht, wie Lachs oder Mett etc.

Sauna hatte leider erst ab 17 Uhr auf und das Wasser vom Schwimmbad war wirklich kalt.
Aussicht von der oberen Etage mit dem Wellness war super.

Das gratis Babybett stand bei Ankunft ohne weitere Anfrage im Zimmer parat.

Einen Safe gab es auf dem Zimmer auch.

Mittlerweile hat sich einiges getan. Die Zimmer wurden renoviert. Neue Badezimmer sind vorhanden. Super Sache. Kaffeemaschine mit Kapseln auf dem Zimmer.
Super Frühstück wie immer.
Aber : Die Betten könnten langsam auch mal neu inklusive der Matratzen. Und : Nach vier vor kein Restaurant und keine Bar geöffnet. Das ist echt schade.

Wir kommen gern wieder, aber lieber im Winter!

Es war leider zu kurz, aber sehr schön. Wir kommen gern wieder. Manche Leute stören die Rettungswagen. Uns haben diese nicht gestört, weil diese Menschenleben retten.

Gestört hat uns allerdings sehr, dass die ganze Welt Klimaanlagen in den Hotelzimmern hat, wir jedoch bei über 30°C in der Nacht fast erstickt sind, weil in Siegen wohl die Planer zurückgeblieben sind. Das Hotel ist höchstens 3***. Bei 4**** hat ein Kühlschrank im Hotelzimmer zu sein.

Wir waren schon mehrmals im Hotel Concorde und haben den Aufenthalt immer genossen.Die Zimmer sind zwar etwas in die Jahre gekommen aber die Sauberkeit und der Service sind gut.Die Mitarbeiter sind immer freundlich,hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend.Das angebotene Frühstücksbuffet ist gut und reichlich und es ist für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei.Schwimmbad und Sauna im obersten Stockwerk können kostenlos genutzt werden und man hat einen tollen Blick auf Siegen.Zu erwähnen sind die zentrale Lage zur Altstadt und die kostenlosen Parkplätze.Leider sind die Bar und das Restaurant geschlossen.Trotzdem ist für uns das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis sehr gut und wir kommen gerne wieder.

Hotel in die Jahre gekommen

Das Hotel wird von immer neuen Besitzern geführt. Im Laufe der Jahre wurde nichts in den Zimmern erneuert. Die Matratzen sind mittelmäßig, die Teppiche verbraucht nicht ne mit vielen Schmutzflecken. Das Wassersystem im Bad ist alt, es dauert sehr lange bis warmes Wasser kommt.
Diesmal hat es gegipfelt, dass die Badezimmer nicht geheizt haben, sie waren eiskalt und dies im Winter. Sie wären schon länger defekt. Deklariert wurde es nicht. Wir haben 20% vom Preis zurückgefordert. Nach viele Jahren, die wir in dieses Hotel kommen, werden wir uns nun nach einem neuen Hotel umsehen, mittlerweile gibt es in Siegen ja noch ein paar mehr.
Der Service zum Frühstück ist weiterhin gut.

Jederzeit wieder!

Ich habe nun schon zum dritten Mal in dem Hotel gewohnt und bin sehr zufrieden mit den Aufenthalten. Cool ist der Ausblick vom Swimmingpool in der 7. Etage auf das bei Dunkelheit beleuchtete Schloss in Siegen. Das Frühstück ist lecker und umfangreich. Das Auto durfte kostenlos in der Tiefgarage abgestellt werden. Im Winter ein willkommener Service.

Für die kaputte Heizung im Bad gab es kein Austauschzimmer, da auch durch Überprüfung der Badheizung diese in weiteren 6 Zimmern nicht funktionierte. Duschen war für uns nicht möglich.
Auf Nachfrage nach dem Hotelmanager wurde uns durch das Rezeptionspersonal am nächsten Morgen mitgeteilt, dass dieser weder telefonisch noch anderweitig direkt erreichbar sei.
Unseres Erachtens stimmt die Darstellung als 3-Sterne-Hotel nicht. zudem wurde trotz der beanstandeten Mängel der volle Preis verlangt.

Also sauber ist etwas anderes.
Unter dem Bett lag ein angelutschtes Gummibärchen, auf den Ablagen und den Badezimmerwänden überall Haare von Vorbewohnern. Die Decke über der Dusche war schwarz verfärbt am ehesten Schimmel.
Insgesamt alles in allem eher minderwertige Qualität, so als wäre es seit 50Jahren nciht mehr renoviert worden. Der Boden hatte überall Flecken. Die Ecken und Kanten waren dreckig und abgenutzt. Aber am schlimmsten war das Bett. Deutlich spürbare Federn, die an den Rippen und anderen Knochen fast schon Druckstellen machten und man komplett durchhing, da die Matratze so durchgelegen war. Und das obwohl ich definitiv nicht zu schwer bin.
An der Rezeption wurde nicht gegrüßt, noch nichtmal zurückgegrüßt.
Das \"Schwimmbad\" ist lächerlich klein und dreckig. Mittendrin schwamm wirklich ein riesiger ca. 20-30cm großer Haarballen im Becken und genauer wollte ich mir den nicht angucken. Die Sauna ist eine kleine Kabine, wo man sich beim Rausgehen leicht den Kopf an der Decke stößt. Es gab insgesamt 2 Liegen und 2 Stühle für alle zum Sitzen. Der Fitnessraum war geschlossen.
Das Wasser sowohl in den Duschen in der Sauna, als auch im Zimmer brauchen Ewigkeiten bis sie warm werden. Das eine Mal hat es deutlich über 5min gedauert. Das Frühstücksbuffet war okay, aber teilweise war selbst das Rührei aus Eipulver schlecht gemacht.
